Gutes Mittelklassehotel. Für einen Kurztrip sicherlich ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Fenster aufmachen war keine gute Idee. Aber die Klimaanlage war super. Frühstück war ganz gut und ausreichend. Es wurde immer nachgefüllt. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend in der Größe. Die Umgebung hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir haben uns abends (2 Frauen) nicht so ganz wohl gefühlt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel in der Umgebung Schwanthaler Strasse nähe Hauptbahnhof. Mittem im Gewusel, viele Dönerläden und Shishabars. Mein Zimmer nach hinten war leise, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Nur begrenzte öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Das Hotel bietet aber Parkplätze im nahegelegenen Parkhaus zu fairen EUR 15 pro Tag an. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Italien und haben eine Nacht in München verbracht. Wir hatten eine Family Suite dort war eine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, mit 3 TV‘s uns hat es gefallen. Kleine Wermutstropfen man findet nur mit Glück ein Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Man kann aber am Hauptbahnhof ein Parkplatz bekommen in vorheriger Absprache. Aber alles in allem kann ich es weiterempfehlen. Frühstück ist ausreichend, da ist für jeden was dabei.

De badkamer stonk heel erg naar rook. Kwam door de ventilatie dus kwam elke keer weer terug. Het doucheputje liep niet door waardoor we na 2 min niet meer konden douchen anders stroomde het over. Een raam open zetten kon ‘ savonds ook niet vanwege de herrie en het gerook op straat. De baliemedewerker waren wel vriendelijk. Alleen hadden ze wat duidelijker mogen waarschuwen waar we precies moesten parkeren. Er is een parkeergarage met een bord waarop staat Belle Blue parking en daar moet je dus blijkbaar niet parkeren… heel logisch. Daardoor liepen we de korting mis en moesten we enorm veel parkeerkosten betalen.

Quarto pequeno mas confortável para uma pessoa por poucos dias a trabalho na cidade. Banheiro com box mas apertado. Café da manhã continental muito bom, com salada de frutas, frios, pães, iogurtes, bolos, geleias. Atenção que quartos do segundo andar não possuem elevador. Precisa subir de escada. Estacionamento não fica no hotel, fica dentro do hotel Maritin e precisa de uma caminhada de uns 2 quarteirões.

Good value for the money. Had nice cold A/C and a refrigerator in the room which more expensive hotels didn't have. Room had some wear, but bedding was clean and it was quiet at night. Staff was friendly and courteous. Close to the train station so it was convenient, but not really the best neighborhood to walk around for dining or entertainment. Good budget option.

I booked this hotel because it had AC and close to Central train station. Breakfast was simple and sufficient for the price included in room charge. Would not pay extra as it is very basic.

Hotel is close to the train station , however it is like a better hostel. Parking in the near garage is completely confusing and bad organized. Breakfast was ok. There is molt in the bath and it smells very bad. Overall it is not bad for a night however the prize is very much overprized.

Check in und check out war einfach und schnell. Schnell vom Hauptbahnhof zufuß erreichbar. Zimmer war kalt. Wir brauchten lange bis die Heizung warm wurde. Es war staubig und es lag noch Müll auf dem Boden. Man konnte alle Geräusche aus der Küche etc hören, obwohl die auf einem anderen Stockwerk waren. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht, jedoch waren zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben. Das Fenster ging zum Innenhof, konnte aber mit den Vorhängen nicht komplett abgedichtet werden und daher konnte man ins Zimmer reinschauen und es wurde auch nicht wirklich dunkel. Ein Fenster ließsich nicht öffnen. Minibar war leer. Beim Frühstück gab es nur noch Löffel. Wer keine Schweinefleisch mag oder vegan ist, ist hier falsch. Wir haben uns mit Käse und gekochten Eiern begnügt, was für ein schnelles Frühstück OK ist. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, daher hab ich nichts gesagt. Aber nochmal nehme ich das Hotel nicht.

The room was quite dirty and outdated. The bed was very sunken in. The neighborhood is also quite bad, bunch of strip clubs on the whole street. Breakfast was fine for being included, the scrambled eggs were VERY bad. Staff was nice and helpful though

Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht gut: Schimmel in den Fugen und an der Wand im oberen Bereich der Dusche. Ecken nicht geputzt. Für eine Übernachtung insgesamt ausreichend.

Im Bad war Schimmel an der Wand, keine Becher oder Gläser im Badezimmer, auch nicht mal ein TRINKGLAS auf dem Zimmer, lobenswert war das Frühstück es war alles da , was ein kleines Bufet bieten kann.

Das Hotel war sehr neuwertig und sehr sauber. Das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt. Das Frühstücksbüfett bietet alles, was man morgens braucht. Der einzige Makel ist die Gegend, sehr laut, aber perfekt zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The hotel itself was just fine. Mainly it was nice and clean, staff were friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The room was easy to hear outside noise and people in the hallway. The area coming to the hotel from the train station was sketchy. We basically walked through the red light district/ adult entertainment area to get to the hotel. We were able to find an alternative route the following day. The breakfast was good and it was clean!

Lage super (nach Hbf), Umgebung ist nicht so schön, aber man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt. Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück war gut (für den Preis ok). Wände leider nicht so schalldicht, manchmal hat man stimmen gehört, wenn etwas lauter geredet wurde.

The room was great. I loved everything about it. the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, the kitchen. The location was also good. Short walk from central station and from Marienplatz. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends. My only complaint is the dishes in the dishwasher were not clean from the previous occupants and there was a used towel on the top shelf of the closet that was left there.

Kleines Hotel in den Seitenstraße des Bahnhofsviertels. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber äußerst klein. Das Frühstück ist mit hotelüblichem ausreichendem Buffett an viel zu eng gestellten Tischen. Für Bed & Breakfast für eine Nacht ist das Hotel ok. Als Urlaubsunterkunft könnte ich mir das aber nicht vorstellen.
Kleines Hotel in den Seitenstraße des Bahnhofsviertels. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber äußerst klein. Das Frühstück ist mit hotelüblichem ausreichendem Buffett an viel zu eng gestellten Tischen. Für Bed & Breakfast für eine Nacht ist das Hotel ok. Als Urlaubsunterkunft könnte ich mir das aber nicht vorstellen.

De receptie is niet altijd bezet en ze hebben geen draagbare telefoon, dus als je nog geen sleutelkaart hebt kun je soms moeten wachten. Het hotel is goed, voor de prijs geweldig. Heerlijke douche, prima ontbijtje (tenzij je alleen veganistisch eet) en de kamer is ook goed. Het kussen (en ook het extra kussen) is erg zacht. Fijne centrale locatie. Al met al een goede deal!

Check-in war ein Disaster. Als ich die Türe zu "meinem" Zimmer öffnete, schliefen bereits Leute im Zimmer. Daraufhin musste ich eine halbe Stunde warten, bis man es schaffte, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen - nicht das, was ich mir von den Photos erwartet habe. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Gäste mussten am Gang auf einen freien Platz warten. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Our room was large and well laid out in addition to very clean and comfortable. It was great to be a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station for a 5am train departure.

The staff here is great, the girl who worked the front desk was helpful and friendly. The room is okay but for the price pretty solid with comfy bed. The area around the hotel is meh but convenient if you need to catch a train. Danke!

The hotel itself was just fine. Mainly it was nice and clean, staff were friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The room was easy to hear outside noise and people in the hallway. The area coming to the hotel from the train station was sketchy. We basically walked through the red light district/ adult entertainment area to get to the hotel. We were able to find an alternative route the following day. The breakfast was good and it was clean!

Voordelen: Dicht bij München Hbf. Redelijke prijs voor de kamer. Prima ontbijt. Alle voorzieningen in de kleine kamer waren voldoende. Door het incheckpasje voel je je veilig in het hotel. Zonder dat pasje kan geen enkele deur door eventuele indringers worden geopend. Nadelen: Luidruchtige buurt met red light activiteiten. Deze dringen ook na middernacht door tot in je kamer. Een goed matras mag je niet voelen. Mijn matras was helaas niet best, waardoor ik moeilijk in slaap kwam. Tip voor het hotel: Er moet aan een betere en vriendelijker uitstraling ( kleuren/ verlichting) van de entree worden gewerkt. De eerste avonden liep ik het onopvallende hotel ongemerkt voorbij. Ik zal dit hotel niet nog eens boeken.

The room was quite dirty and outdated. The bed was very sunken in. The neighborhood is also quite bad, bunch of strip clubs on the whole street. Breakfast was fine for being included, the scrambled eggs were VERY bad. Staff was nice and helpful though

Property is closed to central train station but be cautious with surrounding area. Hotel is dated and needs some updating/ renovation. Stench in the bathroom is a concern. Hotel Staff are professional in dealing with guests and buffet breakfast is okay. Stayed for 5 days including a day extension just for convenience with busy excursion schedules. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.
