Overpriced for the room and hotel quality. No breakfast served. No Aircon. Very small and old room with tiny toilette. Worst ever experience at such super expensive price. Tradeshows in the city should not allow to set a price 10 times the worth value.

Very small room without A/C. Bathroom was clean, but carpet in the room was dirty. Front desk personel was friendly. Breakfast is not available on the location - we were sent to a nearby bakery/café. The hotel charged for the rooms upfront, even though my booking on Hotels.com said "pay at arrival". Tried to contact the reception about this, but communication was not their strong suit.

It was a good place, very close to the tram station. Room is small but enough for a single person. My only complaint were the maids. At 2 in the afternoon, they still didn't clean my room. Worse than that, the maids were talking in Vietnamese and they were so loud going down the hall cleaning the other rooms. Non stop yelling to each other. I came back to my room to relax and all I could hear was them yelling down the hall. No respect to the guest and the front desk didn't even care. Even from downstairs you could still hear them yelling at each other. They need to do something about them.
