Preis Leistung ist oke. Wir waren dort drei Nächte in einem Comfort Doppelzimmer. Zimmer waren modern, relativ klein, aber sauber. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir es kaum im Zimmer aushalten konnten, da wir sehr warme Tage in München erwischt haben. Durch die Hitze mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was nur bedingt geholfen hat, da es dadurch auch wenig abkühlt. Außerdem hat eine verrückte Nachbarin bis 3 Uhr nachts rumgeschrien, was das Schlafen unmöglich gemacht hat. Ab 7 Uhr ging es auf der Baustelle nebenan los. Mit geschlossenen Fenster, wäre das ganze weniger Schlimm gewesen, aber durch die fehlende Klimaanlage ging das nicht. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer Wechsel angefragt, welcher gestattet wurde. Das andere Zimmer war klimatisch minimal besser, jedoch etwas kleiner und etwas weniger modern. Man musste trotzdem mit offenem Fenster schlafen und wurde morgens durch den Verkehr geweckt, bei dem man dachte die Autos stehen mitten im Raum. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren nett. Alles in allem, kann man das Hotel für das reine Übernachten empfehlen, sofern es nicht heiß draußen ist.

외곽에 있지만 트램으로 30분 거리입니다. 에어컨이 없기에 불편하지만 프론트에서 선풍기 달라고 하면 줍니다. 5분거리에 로컬 쇼핑몰이 있어서 여행중에 필요한건 대부분 살수 있습니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 트램이 9시 전까지는 많이 다녀서 괜찮습니다. 다만 냉장고나 포트 같은게 없어서 사와서 먹는건 불편합니다. 호텔청소는 3일에 한번 해줍니다. 동네가 매우 조용합니다.

On avait réservé cet hôtel pour aller à la l'Oktoberfest et visiter la ville. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Certes il faut prendre des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville mais l'hôtel est au bord d'une ligne de tram et à quelques minutes d'une gare. Côté hygiène et équipement il n'y a rien à redire. Enfin le bar ouvert tout le temps permet d'acheter des boissons sans sortir.

Netter Empfang, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parken in der Tiefgarage gegen gebühr möglich. Anbindung an öffentliches Verkehrs in der nähe (Straßenbahn, Bus und Zug). Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, wir haben außerhalb gesessen.

Un ottima esperienza all'Hotel Imperial. Il checkin é stato molto rapido ed efficace. Ottimo il parcheggio, ci sono posti auto a fianco e al piano interrato. Le tariffe sono più basse rispetto agli altri Hotel della zona ma il servizio non é da meno. Camera di buone dimensioni, letti molto comodi. Bagno pulito e funzionale. Tornerò sicuramente. Ottimi i negozi che ci sono nei dintorni, specialmente il megastore per motociclisti e il negozio di prodotti alimentari bio.

Preiswertes Hotel, Zimmer sauber, unseres war allerdings sehr klein, Einrichtung des Zimmers ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück für 10 € pro Person sehr gut und kann bei Bedarf dazu gebucht werden

Before arriving, you can see that the area is mostly commercial and quite far from downtown. Entering the establishment, people were very drunk in the lobby and the only staff member did not speak any English. The room was completely outdated, no outlets to charge a phone close to the bed, no place to put down a shower carpet getting out of the shower, because the toilet was blocking the way, mold in the shower. The handsoap and shower soap is the same and is as rough as dishsoap. Overall a bad experience, particularly at over 200 euros per night! I could not wait to get out!

Pregi:struttura economica con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulizia al nostro arrivo,possibilità di parcheggio sicuro in zona,10 minuti dalla metropolitana/stazione,solo 5 o 6 fermate dal centro, disponibilità del personale. Contro: abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti,e non ci è stata rifatta la stanza,non so se con più notti sarebbero passati, almeno per il cambio degli asciugamani. La zona é abbastanza tranquilla,con qualche ristorante e negozi, e in stazione c'è un grosso centro commerciale. Le stanze un po' piccole ma con tutto il necessario. Nel complesso lo consiglierei a chi vuole visitare questa bellissima Città,con un buon appoggio notturno. Non la coniglierei se pensate di restare nella struttura o in zona, perché ha poco da offrire.

Vores ophold var kun én nat og vi skulle ikke andet end at sove på hotellet. Det var et rigtigt fint hotel med gode senge og fint badeværelse, men MEGET lydt. Grundet Oktoberfest var der mange som ankom sent, og vi kunne høre snak meget tydeligt på gangen og værelset ved siden af. Men udover det var et fint sted til prisen.

Average is the perfect word for this property. It's well located, but it is in need of a face lift. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's also nothing special...but we don't really need anything special! It's walking distance to a great mall, the S Bahn, and plenty of bus routes as well so it's easy to get around. The bathrooms were painfully small BUT the shower was nice.

The hotel is very old, you can hear everything through the walls. Very hot room, no AC and by train line so very loud with the window open. I wouldn’t stay here again! Also the room is very tiny

Room was very hot and the extra bed was really uncomfortable. The shower and bathroom itself was very outdated. Service was ok, but it could be better. Positive was the lady that was working during the first evening. Would not consider if you are three grown men sharing a room. Gets really crowded.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we had a lovely stay. The room was a little small and cramped however very manageable for the both of us. The bathroom again was quite small and the shower had a bad leak but served a purpose nonetheless. We paid extra for the breakfast which was very good. Good selection of food and drink for breakfast even for myself as gluten free. The option to leave the key with reception whilst we were out was a very nice touch. Very good geographical location, about a 10 minute walk from the S-Bahn station and multiple amenities within a 5 minute walk. Definitely be returning.

This place wasn’t horrible but it basically fulfills your basic needs. There are some beds and a bathroom. That’s is. Very warm so the window is needed to be left open, which isn’t great because it is right next to the rail line and very noisy. So you get to hear the tram go by every 20 min. It seems like a very old building so the bathrooms are very small and awkward to use and fit in. Some of the staff were fairly polite and helpful but others not so much.

Klasse Hotel ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack, aber mit sehr freundlichem, aufmerksamem Personal. Immer wieder gerne! Leider sind momentan rund ums Haus Baustellen; sonst war es trotz zentraler Lage immer ruhig.

Was continually told that my shower was fine when it clearly wasn't and basically got yelled at every time I brought it up. The room, and everything thing in it is tiny. Barely had room to sit down on the toilet. You literally have more leg room flying economy than on the toilet.

The highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Was a little outdated. No fridge or microwave. Right next to large shopping center and restaurants.

close walking distance into shopping area, or could hop onto the tram to get to the train station with access to all S-bahn and many db trains. a little further on same tram in other direction ends at Munich's main train station. Would have been nice to have a water cooker, but we had our own with us. We would definitely return here again.

Great location to get back and forth to Oktoberfest at a reasonable price, the staff are more than accommodating very friendly. The property is a little tired but it was clean and tidy. The bathrooms are a bit on the akward side but still a good place to stay.

Godt ophold bortset fra gadestøj, da vinduet måtte holdes åbent pga varme. Ville være rart med køleskab på værelset (5.sal) men ellers ok. Morgenmad også. Hurtig forbindelse til Centrum (sporvogn) og Nymfenburg slot tæt ved.

Hotel selected as budget friendly compared to central Munich hotels, an easy 10 - 15 minute walk from Pasing station (trains to Munich every couple of minutes - journey 10 mins). Room was basic but clean & comfortable, breakfast was extra, the room overlooked a building site.

Preiswertes Hotel, Zimmer sauber, unseres war allerdings sehr klein, Einrichtung des Zimmers ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück für 10 € pro Person sehr gut und kann bei Bedarf dazu gebucht werden

Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we had a lovely stay. The room was a little small and cramped however very manageable for the both of us. The bathroom again was quite small and the shower had a bad leak but served a purpose nonetheless. We paid extra for the breakfast which was very good. Good selection of food and drink for breakfast even for myself as gluten free. The option to leave the key with reception whilst we were out was a very nice touch. Very good geographical location, about a 10 minute walk from the S-Bahn station and multiple amenities within a 5 minute walk. Definitely be returning.

Before arriving, you can see that the area is mostly commercial and quite far from downtown. Entering the establishment, people were very drunk in the lobby and the only staff member did not speak any English. The room was completely outdated, no outlets to charge a phone close to the bed, no place to put down a shower carpet getting out of the shower, because the toilet was blocking the way, mold in the shower. The handsoap and shower soap is the same and is as rough as dishsoap. Overall a bad experience, particularly at over 200 euros per night! I could not wait to get out!
