Et ophold vi havde set frem til længe. Og vi blev ingrnlunde skuffede. Fantastisk centralt beliggende hotel. 25 meter fra indgangen till Hauptbahof. Eminent service. Perfekt oprydning. Skønt fitness lokale. Fremragende udvalg af brød, frugt, drikke etc. Hyggeligt bar område og foyer. Fuldt hus af stjerner fra os. Glæder os til næste gang vi skal dertil.

The hotel is nicely laid out. The lobby is open and inviting with loads of seating. The have a fitness room and you can get lite snacks in the lobby. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean with all the amenities you would expect: nice bedding to shampoos to coffee maker and mini bar. Our room was a good size for two people and had a safe. The location is right across from the main station which is ideal for people using public transport. It is about a 10 - 15 minutes from the old town centre area. I would stay again!

The hotel is located right across from the main train station and it’s also centrally located that it’s walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, churches and etc. The hotel parking is 2 minutes walking distance away in a different building. They’ve a great selection for breakfast and also they have complimentary cookies, candies, fruits and mini chocolates in the front desk area. The staff is awesome too.

Great location near the train station for our trip. Walking right out of the station and into the lobby made everything much easier. The hotel was great. The staff and breakfast offerings were top-notch. We also rented bikes for a few hours to go sightseeing. Made for a super fun stop in Munich.

We really enjoyed this hotel! The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were great. We were given the choice to forego daily room cleaning and were given a free drink in the bar for every night we decided not to have the room cleaned. We often forego room cleaning (to save water and resources) and the drink was a great reward for doing so. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and even included prosseco! A special thanks and recognition to Ibrahim Iman in the bar and Bahre at breakfast. Both went above and beyond and made our stay even more special.

The hotel no hot water to take a shower at the last day. I check with hotel reception then only reply must be wait for technician to repaired it. And our bathroom never clean very well during our stay in hotel. Very terrible experience.

Booked and paid in advance for 2 premium rooms to be given only 1 correct room and the other one was standard room that was much cheaper. Complaint but ignored and hotel refused partial refund. Very dirty hotel with coffee cups still dirty and wrong amenities given that supposed to be hand soap liquid next to washbasin but they placed shampoo instead. Carpet in the corridors have lots of big spillage marks everywhere.

Property is very convenient, across the street from the train stain station. Breakfast is okay, better options could be provided for $28 usd. I stayed at this same hotel in Heidelberg and they had everything around the sun, wish it was the same here. Either way, good stay. Cleaning needs to be better though, the bathroom and dust around things that shouldn’t have in the room tells me they haven’t wiped in ages. I had to buy my own things to wipe to feel cleaner. Either way good location at least.

Just steps from München Haupbahnhof. Extremely easy access to public transportation from taking the S-Bahn to the airport to taking the U-Bahn to places of interest. Straßenbahn is just outside the hotel, too, not to mention scooters. You will NOT need a car. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of high-quality. Property is modern and upgraded. Rooms are pretty much soundproof (no drywall here). My girlfriend and I had a balcony on the top floor: costs a bit more but the views won’t disappoint.

If you want easy access to the trains in Munich, you cannot get a better hotel. It was so convenient for our daily adventures. Not only is the hotel convenient, but it’s clean and nice. The rooms are spacious. Our only complaint, and it’s more a personal preference than a complaint, was the beds are hard - uncomfortably so, in our opinion. But everything else was PERFECT!

The room was satisfactory for what I needed, although the walls don't seem to block out all of the sound from neighboring rooms. The hotel wifi was very difficult to work with. It kept disconnecting my phone and I only managed to get my computer logged in once with help from the Front Desk and IT support.

Von außen und in der Lobby schaut das Hotel optisch gut aus, aber das Benehmen des Personals absolut unbeschreibbar, inklusive des Managers oder Schichtleiter. Unfreundlich, gleichgültig. Einer fragt den anderen Mentalität, da 4-5 sehr junge Azubis am Schalter stehen, was an sich nicht schlimm ist aber die Mitarbeiter haben eine Attitude, wie man es sich nicht wünscht und wie schon gesagt, selbst als der Manager kam und dieser genauso war. Weiß man warum die jungen anzulernenden so waren.

Great location, nice and clean room. Full of amenities from slippers to shoehorns. I love my stay here. Maria from front desk was super helpful. There was only one slipper in our room and she delivered the other slippers to us herself. Starbucks underground is the spot where we looked for when we got back from the train rides. The elevator to the hotel just right behind Starbucks. Lots of shops underground so easy to grab anything you want for your trip.

A nice modern new hotel, in a very convenient place, easy to get to, with nice rooms well kitted out. The lack of a dedicated concierge made it difficult to get served at reception as the staff had to do everything- which was very inconvenient and caused long delays.

Loved the central location and friendly reception staff (they moved us to the lovely room 509 with bathtub and view). But the breakfast, aagh !! It was quantity not quality: why have 3 different strange "smothies" when the basic orange- and applejuice was the lowest quality? Drop the smothies and buy quality juice instead ! Sometimes the breadrolls were like golfballs, other times they were ok. But they have better bread at the discount Formula hotels by the autobahn ! (loved the omelet-lady though)
