No parking, nothing to eat near by except a Burger King. When we went to eat at the hotel restaurant nobody was there for 20 minutes so we didn’t eat anything. Our “king” bed was two twins put together.

This hotel is located right in front of a bus station, which makes getting someplace, extremely easy. My wife and I really liked the sauna and fitness center. Overall, this was not a bad stay, however, there were a few things that we didn't like. The shower had a small door that really didn't do a great job of preventing water from going everywhere on the floor. I'm not sure if the a/c in our room was working, but it was almost impossible to cool our room. I would stay there again if I had to, however, I might be a little more picky before accepting a room like the one that we had.

Hotel ist ok aber hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Wasser war nicht sonderlich warm und die Sauna steht derzeit nicht zur Verfügung. Auch sind einige Sportgeräte defekt. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ok.

We came from the USA for the funeral of my mom and I booked 3 rooms. Very disappointing. The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches, the AC units didn’t work and the beds were very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to touch the hair dryer, because it was so dirty and sticky. Wouldn’t stay there again. Not recommended!!!

Booked a standard room for 2 nights and was only really in the room for sleeping, not a lot of time during daylight hours. It would have been nice if there was a tea or coffee maker in the room, as advertised. I asked at reception about it and they said they thought that it only applied to superior rooms. I liked the fact that I had an inner door to my room to shut out the noise from the corridor. Not that there was much of that. It seemed a very quiet hotel. If you arrive from the airport and are not using a taxi, be aware that we caught the S Bahn train then 2 buses to get to the hotel.

In dem mir zuerst zugeteilten Zimmer war der Verkehrslärm der anliegenden Autobahn derart laut, als wäre das Fenster geöffnet (was aber nicht der Fall war). An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Nachdem ich dies um 2 Uhr nachts an der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatte, wies man mir sofort ein von der Straße abgewandtes Zimmer zu. Hier war es erfreulicherweise besser. Einziges Manko: In diesem Zimmer machte dafür der Kühlschrank im Betrieb ein extremes Geräusch. Trotzdem wesentlich besser, als in dem Zimmer mit äußerst schlechtem Schallschutz.

Das Zimmer 1120 war leider sehr laut (Autobahn). Die Stehlampe hat nicht funktioniert und beim einchecken wurde mir die Zimmerkarte gereicht die nicht freigeschalten war. Die Qualität des Frühstück sollte verbessert werden. Die Auswahl ist zwar groß aber die Produkte könnte von bessere Qualität sein.

Came for Octoberfest and found this hotel to be reasonably priced. Located further from the city center but the public transportation in Munich is top notch and we were only minutes to the nearest metro station with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The location itself was in a more residential neighborhood so very quiet and peaceful. The size of our room was bigger than most hotels that are closer to the city center which was another factor for our decision. Hotel staff were super friendly and all spoke perfect English so communication was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The hotel failed to inform that there was construction renovation in the hotel At first they were not willing to move us to another room ! We asked for a cancellation and refund which they would not agree to! Finally they moved us to a much smaller room, lower category , but refused to adjust the room rate The safe inside the room was not working , there was no remote control for the TV, no bottled water ! Overall horrible experience! Do not recommend NH hotels ! zero customer service and the staff was horrible ! It was as if I was asking for something totally absurd ! To be able to have a room with no construction work next door !

The hotel was clean but it felt like a Premier Inn (but pricier). The staff both at check in and check out were not up to the job. We had to remind the check out lady to book a taxi for us. She told us to sit and wait but she forgot to order a taxi. We got the taxi in the end but her actitud her was careless. At check in the person in charge made all sort of excuses when I asked a few things saying that he was not normally posted at the hotel. The price of drinks was quite high. Moreover the room was perfumed with such a strong flavour that we needed to open the window (it was snowing) to freshen up the room smell. The air conditioning made the air very dry and again needed to keep the window open a bit all night to be able to breath properly. The place is Velia my expectations for an NH hotel (which I use frequently)

Hårda sängar men ändå acceptabelt. Inte helt enkelt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen med kommunala hjälpmedel, detta försvårades ytterligare av att tåg s8 endast trafikerades till Johanneskirchen på grund av banarbete. De kommunala bussarna till och från hotellet gick endast var 20:e minut och var överfulla på grund av Adeles konsert i mässområdet. Frukosten var bra med allt man kan förvänta sig.
