Stayed in an executive room for three persons. The hotel is located within walking distance to the U6 station which goes directly to Marienplatz. There is a coin operated laundry room at level 1 which I find it rather useful since I stayed there for close to a week. Everything is great!

This was my second (and last) stay at Pulman. Arrived in the evening, checked in and was not informed of the restaurant being closed that day- couldn’t even get a beer. My room was clean but the safe did not work, there were coffee pods but no machine to use them, building work was being carried out with pneumatic drills daily,

The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening.

Skønt hotel som ligger godt. Reception burde efter min opfattelse være mere på. Min opfattelse er baglokalet er en hygge ting for de ansatte. Jeg var noget skuffet over at baren på en lørdag er lukket kl 23.50 da en del koncert gæster kom hjem fra Adele. Her kunne der uden problemer være godt salg i øl og sandwich. Måske en idé på den lange bane. Men skønt hotel som vil få et genbesøg

Leider ist das Hotel nicht den Preis wert, den man bezahlt. Das Zimmer war ziemlich schmutzig und vor allem der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt und wohl lange nicht gereinigt, weil dort einige Flecken vorhanden sind, die dazu führen, dass man sich nicht wirklich wohl und in einem dreckigen Hotel fühlt. Zudem war anfangs auch kein Handtuch im Zimmer, erst am zweiten Tag wurde wohl wieder darauf geachtet. Der SPA bzw. Sauna Bereich brachte leider auch keine wirkliche Entspannung, da dort auch einige Stellen dreckig waren, es kein Wasser beim Sauna Bereich gab, die Dampfsauna und die beheizte Sitzfläche nicht funktionierten und ich mich dafür extra nochmal umgezogen habe, um an der Rezeption nachzufragen ob diese noch funktionieren. Denn Ausgeschildert war davon nichts. Auch Der Ruhe Raum war mit 3 liegen sehr klein dimensioniert und deshalb stand man meistens nur herum, anstatt sich zu entspannen. Wenigstens war das Personal meist freundlich und nett. Ansonsten lässt sich nur nochmal sagen, dass man für das was man bekommt leider zu viel bezahlt.

Ottimo Hotel a soli 15 min di metro dal centro città con la fermata di fianco l’ingresso dell’hotel. Colazione ben assortita tra dolce e salato. Vi è anche una spa e palestra della quale non ho usufruito ma ho visto con orari fino alle 22. Quartiere molto silenzioso, lo consiglio vivamente.

Convenient location 20 minutes from the city Centre. Airport shuttle is across the street. Room is clean and they have a water dispenser in the lobby to refill your bottles. Most of all it’s air-conditioned, much needed in the summer. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel ist direkt an der Opernstation gelegen. In vier Stationen ist man am Marienplatz. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Leider erhielten wir ein schmutziges Zimmer, Blutflecken auf den Sessel, verklebte Fernbedienung, verschimmelte Badfugen. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir netterweise ein Upgrade, was leider auch schmutzig war - Karamell und Schokoladenreste am Tisch. Netterweise hat uns der Nachtportier dann eine kleine Wiedergutmachung gegeben, jemand, der eigentlich nichts mit der Situation zu tun hatte - danke dafür. Frühstück war gut, etwas convenience-lastig, aber reichhaltig.

Wir wurden von einer netten Damen empfangen, welche allerdings offensichtlich erkältet war. Sie ging nach hinten und putzte sich die Nase und kam (ohne sich die Hände zu waschen/ desinfizieren) wieder nach vorne. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man erkältet zu Hause bleiben sollte, da man nicht nur sich selbst gefährdet, sondern auch seine Kollegen/Kolleginnen o. Gäste. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und wir konnten schnell unser Zimmer beziehen. Dieses war leider nicht das, was ich mir vorstellte: -Die Vorhänge waren dreckig -Die Schranktüren übersäht mit Fingerabdrücken -Der Kosmetikspiegel war fleckig -Die Dusche hatte Schimmel in den Fugen -Am äusseren Rand der Toilette waren Urinspuren des Vorgängers / Der Vorgängerin Ich habe irgendwann aufgehört genauer hinzuschauen. Sauberkeit ist für mich am Wichtigsten und das war in diesem Hotelzimmer leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal wiederum war sehr freundlich.

Da rivedere la pulizia giornaliera della stanza che è approssimativa. Oltretutto non é prevista pulizia giornaliera se non espressamente richiesta (devi scansionare un QR code da un cartoncino scritto in tedesco. Solo sul retro, se ti viene in mente di girarlo lo trovi in inglese…ma non ti verrebbe mai in mente…). In cinque notti non hanno mai cambiato la biancheria da letto!! Per cambiare un asciugamano che hanno portato sporco!!! Ci ho messo 6 ore. Due solleciti via telefono e uno di persona alla reception dove ho preteso mi venisse consegnato. Qualche receptionist é anche poco cortese e molto meno empatico con il cliente. La colazione é buona e abbastanza ricca. Il personale dovrebbe comunque pulire anche i tavoli e non solo le tovagliette di plastica che usano tutti uno dopo l’altro… La posizione è molto buona, poco distante dalla metro e dalla fermata del Lufthansa express il che ti porta in aeroporto.

Really like the location and the property overall, BUT the pillows are flat and there is black mold in the showers. I would expect more from an Accor hotel and these seem like basic needs. I do not see myself staying here again.

They wanted to put us in a room that ignored our bed selection we already paid for. The drapes in the room were ripped off the track so they can't be closed properly, which is very unfortunate when the main entrance that is very well lit 24/7 is right outside your window. The drain in the shower wasn't draining making for a quick bath tub situation that floods the bathroom floor. On our last day the staff were banging on our door every 20min starting at 830am when check-out time is noon. After a few attempts and me saying 'not yet', she walked away clearly saying something negative based on the tone of her voice, in a language I'm not familiar with (didn't sound german...) The hotel presents nice, but once you're inside....

Hervorzuheben war der sehr nette Empfang und auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich (haben wir so schon lange nicht erlebt): man fühlte sich direkt willkommen. Kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Schönes edles Zimmer mit bequemen Bett! Im Bad in der Dusche leider etwas Schimmel auf den Silikonfugen. Wir hatten bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt darum gebeten, dass Zimmer 1x zu reinigen zur Halbzeit. Leider wurden nur Handtücher und Klopapier nachgelegt. Der Boden wurde nicht gereinigt. Wir hatten einiges an Staub und Pollen im Zimmer, was uns nicht so sehr gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer lag im 3. Stock in der Nähe vom Haupteingang: das war mir leider zu laut weil dort oft am späten abend und frühen Morgen Leute standen und gelabert haben oder Busse / Taxen mit laufendem Motor standen. Das Zimmer war sehr warm Ende April (Klima funktionierte nicht) und auch der Frühstückssaal war extrem warm (leider). Das Frühstück war gut und ist zu empfehlen. Leider ist der Late Check out sehr teuer (45€). Wir hätten diesen für 20-25€ (Preise in anderen Hotels) gerne in Anspruch genommen. Ich vergebe 8 von 10 Punkten und somit Note gut.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Munich. I was amazed at the quality and location for an affordable price. Rooms are amazing. Very tasteful and modern. Mattress was by far the most comfortable one during my visit to Europe.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket. Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good. Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested. Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience. I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Arrived earlier than check in opened, my colleague at a seperate desk to me. He was offered a room, no extra check in cost and no security charge to pay. I was first off of all offered a check in, then this was taken away and i was offered a early check in for €45. I said no and was then told i must pay a €50 security charge. Hotel was okay, seemed pretty overrun at times, maybe cause of Oktoberfest. THe spa area is very small, and the sauna and steam room were not very hot

Lovely hotel, modern, clean and easy to access from city centre via UBahn. The airport bus stop is only a couple of minutes away too. Friendly staff and perfect for a city break. There is a supermarket next door for supplies too!

This is our little secret stay. It's in a super quite area and next to a subway stop and the Airfrance/KLM airport pickup and drop off stop. You can easily get to anywhere from the hotel in just a few subway stops. The hotel is updated, clean, and the breakfast is very nice. This is our second of many stays here.

This was my second (and last) stay at Pulman. Arrived in the evening, checked in and was not informed of the restaurant being closed that day- couldn’t even get a beer. Skønt hotel som ligger godt. Reception burde efter min opfattelse være mere på. Min opfattelse er baglokalet er en hygge ting for de ansatte. Jeg var noget skuffet over at baren på en lørdag er lukket kl 23.50 da en del koncert gæster kom hjem fra Adele. Her kunne der uden problemer være godt salg i øl og sandwich. Måske en idé på den lange bane. Men skønt hotel som vil få et genbesøg
