Sehr gut: Große Suite (sogar mit Mikrowelle) zu einem günstigen Preis und nettes Personal. Mittel: Knapp 15 Minuten zur Fuß bis zur U-Bahn (für Geschäftsleute mit Auto allerdings super Lage inmitten verschiedener großer Firmen). 1 Stern Abzug, da im Fitnessraum die zentrale Kraftmaschine defekt war und blieb, und ich mir das Hotel auch nach den Fitnessmöglichkeiten ausgesucht hatte. Dennoch eindeutige Empfehlung, und ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

The hotel was nice, but not conveniently located, it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. As an American, none of the staff spoke much English. Or could help us with any type of directions or amenities in English? The rooms were clean, but there was no air condition. We were on vacation, we were very excited to be in Germany and did not need to be catered to But some of the amenities were limited, such as only German channels on television, At breakfast, all of the food labeled in German. At the hotel, such as the fitness center. Was only labeled in German. When I asked the staff for more bacon, she did not understand what I was saying, even though she was putting the food out and we were standing right next to the empty bacon container, and we did not feel safe if there was some type of emergency due to the lack of communication in our own language.

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Gebucht hatten wir zwei Familien-Suiten mit je einem Doppelbett und je zwei Einzelbetten. Leider haben wir uns erst am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption erkundigt und man sagte uns man hätte unter dem Doppelbett noch ein zweites Einzelbett herausziehen können… Wir haben auch keine 24 Stunden in der Garage gestanden - sind einmal nach 4 Stunden raus und dann nochmal nach 24:00 Uhr für knapp 10 Stunden wieder reingefahren - und mussten zusammen EUR 37 zahlen (12+25). Ohne Worte! Zudem ist die Garageneinfahrt mit nur 2,30 m breite sehr schmal - da haben sich schon so einige verewigt. Bezahlung der Unterkunft ist bei Anreise…

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, was mir am Anfang aufgefallen war, war die tiefe Türklinke. Erst dann haben wir gesehen was es ein Rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Ausstattung war auch gut (Mikrowelle, Spüle, Kühlschrank), einzig der Duschvorhang war nicht unsers, aber das ist dem Zimmer geschuldet. Da das Hotel an dem Tag ausgebucht war, war dementsprechend das Frühstücksbuffet chaotisch. Zu wenig Platz für zu viele Menschen, und für den Preis hätte ich mehr Auswahl erwartet. Einzig gut, Kinder zahlen nichts für das Buffet, was den Preis wieder schmälert. Die Auswahl an Spirituosen an der Bar ist überschaubar und nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Bier war lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett. Alles in allem war es ok, aber nicht herausragend.

Incheckning gick snabbt och de kunde bra engelska. Men hotellrummet var verkligen gammalt, blå heltäcknings matta som hade varit med ett tag. Frukosten ville de ha 25€ per person, fick för mig att barnen åt gratis (kan ha missuppfattat) om vuxna betalde fullpris men det hade forfarande kostat nästan lika mycket för frukosten som för rummet, så den provade vi inte. Då standarden på rummet var så låg har jag svårt att se att frukosten var i världsklass. Parkering i garage kunde ta hissen ner, smidigt.

O hotel parece uma versão melhorada do Ibis. Os quartos possuiam carpetes, que estava sujos e que dão ar de velho ao hotel. Não podíamos se quer andar sem chinelo pelo quarto. A área do toilet é separada do área de banho. O estacionamento fica em baixo do prédio, e é público... a entrada, para que estiver de carro grande / largo é difícil, por ser uma entrada estreita... o custo da diária foi a mais cara de todos os lugares em que ficamos hospedados... $25/dia, mais que o dobro do que era cobrado em outros hoteis. Possui bonde e trem que te levam de forma fácil até o centro da cidade. Café da manhã - pouca variedade, espaço médio... teve dias com muita fila.

We’ve had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The staff was courteous, the amenities were ok, and the ambiance was delightful. However, there was an incident that left a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay. Upon my check-in night, we were greeted by an unwelcome guest, a cockroach in the room. Naturally, this was an unpleasant surprise and not something one expects in a hotel of this caliber. When I reported the incident to the administrator on duty, I was disheartened by their initial response. They seemed to try and shift the blame onto me, suggesting that the insect had entered when we opened an outside window. ( I was explicit in my explanation that it was my first room entry and no opening windows). While I understand that bugs can find their way into any space, I found this explanation lacking in accountability and not customer friendly practice. Apart from this unfortunate incident, stay was quite comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed.

Von der Lage her war das Hotel optimal für uns, allerdings könnten die Zimmer mal modernisiert werden. Die “weißen” Wände hatten teilweise dunkle Flecken und waren schmutzig, die Toilette war zwar sauber aber hat sehr nach Urin gestunken. Ich hatte das bei der Rezeption gemeldet, allerdings ist darauf hin nichts passiert und wurde einfach vergessen, was ich sehr schade fand. Hier wäre sonst eine kleines Entgegenkommen der Unterkunft nett gewesen aber das gehört hier wohl nicht zum Service dazu. Werde es nicht weiterempfehlen und ungern wieder kommen.

Die Zimmergröße war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings gab es ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten: Das Bettlaken war leider nicht ganz sauber, der Stuhl wies einige Flecken auf und die Toilettenspülung hatte nur sehr wenig Druck. Zudem war der Empfang bei unserer Abreise ( um 5 Uhr) leider nicht besetzt.

This is a sister hotel to the Ibis next door, except this has "suite" rooms. Here, "suite" simply means there's enough room for a desk and a bathroom with a bath. The installations are very tired, despite its being fairly new. For example, the lamps look battered, the blinds were replaced but the old ones never fully removed, the shower was leaky, and the sink drained very slowly. The pictures show a screen that can divide the room. This was missing in my room for no apparent reason. Some surfaces were really dusty, like the light fittings, bedstead. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. I *may* have also been bitten by bedbugs here. I can't prove this was from this hotel.

Breakfast was really good. Appreciated the checkout time: 12 pm, it gave us extra time to rest and get ready. Downside: the area around is not very walkable- closest busstop is at 6 minutes walk. Also our room had carpet- i am not a big fan of it. Rooms was qquirky- unlike normal rooms- shower area was separate from the toilet- quite convenient as we were 4 people in the room- 2 adults and 2 teenagers- we did not have to wait for showering if the toilet was occupied. It had a bar with sink- which was also very convenient for making tea.

Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Gebucht hatten wir zwei Familien-Suiten mit je einem Doppelbett und je zwei Einzelbetten. Leider haben wir uns erst am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption erkundigt und man sagte uns man hätte unter dem Doppelbett noch ein zweites Einzelbett herausziehen können… Wir haben auch keine 24 Stunden in der Garage gestanden - sind einmal nach 4 Stunden raus und dann nochmal nach 24:00 Uhr für knapp 10 Stunden wieder reingefahren - und mussten zusammen EUR 37 zahlen (12+25). O atendimento na recepção foi bem grosseiro, má vontade para encontrar minha reserva querendo induzir que eu não tinha reserva no hotel. Além disso meu quarto não estava pronto (checkin a partir das 15h, eu estava lá aprox 15:15h), mas ao argumentar nos realocaram para um quarto disponível. O hotel é muito antigo, precisa de uma renovação. As toalhas eram boas e o banheiro estava limpo, mas como é antigo não passa uma sensação de limpeza.

O hotel parece uma versão melhorada do Ibis. Os quartos possuiam carpetes, que estava sujos e que dão ar de velho ao hotel. Não podíamos se quer andar sem chinelo pelo quarto. A área do toilet é separada do área de banho. O estacionamento fica em baixo do prédio, e é público... a entrada, para que estiver de carro grande / largo é difícil, por ser uma entrada estreita... o custo da diária foi a mais cara de todos os lugares em que ficamos hospedados... $25/dia, mais que o dobro do que era cobrado em outros hoteis. Possui bonde e trem que te levam de forma fácil até o centro da cidade. Café da manhã - pouca variedade, espaço médio... teve dias com muita fila.

Breakfast was really good. Appreciated the checkout time: 12 pm, it gave us extra time to rest and get ready. Downside: the area around is not very walkable- closest busstop is at 6 minutes walk. Also our room had carpet- i am not a big fan of it. Rooms was qquirky- unlike normal rooms- shower area was separate from the toilet- quite convenient as we were 4 people in the room- 2 adults and 2 teenagers- we did not have to wait for showering if the toilet was occupied. It had a bar with sink- which was also very convenient for making tea.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, was mir am Anfang aufgefallen war, war die tiefe Türklinke. Erst dann haben wir gesehen was es ein Rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Ausstattung war auch gut (Mikrowelle, Spüle, Kühlschrank), einzig der Duschvorhang war nicht unsers, aber das ist dem Zimmer geschuldet. Da das Hotel an dem Tag ausgebucht war, war dementsprechend das Frühstücksbuffet chaotisch. Zu wenig Platz für zu viele Menschen, und für den Preis hätte ich mehr Auswahl erwartet. Einzig gut, Kinder zahlen nichts für das Buffet, was den Preis wieder schmälert. Die Auswahl an Spirituosen an der Bar ist überschaubar und nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Bier war lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett. Alles in allem war es ok, aber nicht herausragend.

Incheckning gick snabbt och de kunde bra engelska. Men hotellrummet var verkligen gammalt, blå heltäcknings matta som hade varit med ett tag. Frukosten ville de ha 25€ per person, fick för mig att barnen åt gratis (kan ha missuppfattat) om vuxna betalde fullpris men det hade forfarande kostat nästan lika mycket för frukosten som för rummet, så den provade vi inte. Då standarden på rummet var så låg har jag svårt att se att frukosten var i världsklass. Parkering i garage kunde ta hissen ner, smidigt.

Das fängt beim frischen Schnittlauch und der laktosefreien Milch (beim Frühstücksbuffet) an und hört bei den Zimmern auf. Das Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam und hat ordentlich auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit geachtet. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.

The ground floor has been refurbished well but unfortunately the bedrooms need attention now. The decor was dated and a strange configuration, we all felt like we were on a ship! The bathroom didn’t smell great and all the furniture was worn. Location is walking distance to tram and buses.

The staff was the best part about this property as well as the size of the room. The size was the biggest reason we chose this so that we could rearrange our luggage. It looks like a rundown motel six. The furniture is not well maintained. Really love the hospitality and the staff though
