Tiefgarage: Parkplätze Sehr Eng und sehr Dunkel, Bad: Reparatur bedürftig so wie auch das WC Abwasser, Frühstück bereich sehr, sehr klein und wenig Auswahl. Ob ich das Hotel nochmal Buche, NEIN! während mein Aufenthalt 1 Tag. musste das Fernseher ausgetauscht werden, Checkin war 14:00 Uhr, ich kam um 16 Uhr, aber Nein Sie mussten es dann Austauschen wenn ich da war. hätte also schon längst passieren können. Also Organisation Mangelhaft: Also eine 4 Sterne Hotel ist es Nicht.Aber das Service Personal hat 4 Stern verdient. Weil Sie Nett waren und ihre Arbeit erledigen.

Hotel ist in Zentral Gelegen Zimmerbaren ordentlich Und sauber, Duschkopfaufnahme war kaputt. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, war mit einer Corvette vor Ort und habe mir beim Gang der Tiefgarage ganzen Unterboden verkratzt. Daher empfehle ich keine Sportwagen oder tief gelegten Fahrzeuge runter zu fahren. Parkplätze sind viel zu eng. Frühstück war top Auswahl sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in guter, da recht zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Sowohl Richtung Universität als auch Richtung Schwabing und Zentrum gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Personal ausgesprochen aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer verfügt über das, was von einem guten Hotel erwartet werden darf. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Lediglich die Plätze in der Tiefgarage sind denn doch seeeehr schmal-abe rdas ist nicht beeinflussbar.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist gut und völlig ausreichend. Einziges Manko....aber Typisch Großstatt....ist die Möglichkeit zu parken. Auf der Straße geht auf Grund Platzmangel bzw. Parkverboten nur stark eingeschränkt. Die Tiefgarage ist klein. Und die Parknischen (Duplexparker) sind extrem schmal und klein. Das passt nur für kleine Fahrzeuge! SUW bitte erst gar nicht einfahren, sonst ist ein Schaden vorprogrammiert... Übrigens kosten 24h, 17 Euro.

Super Hotel, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet nur leider ist das hoteleigene Parkhaus nichts für große Autos (maximal Golf Größe). Sehr Leckeres Frühstück und top Personal. Durch die zentrale Lage erreicht man die BMW Welt , das Olympiastadion, den Karlsplatz, das Hofbräuhaus, etc. Zu Fuss in ca 30-40 min.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5.Stock.Klimaanlage funktionierte garnicht,bei dieser Hitze eine Frechheit.In der Badewanne lagen noch die Haare vom Vorgänger,der Kosmetikspiegel wurde anscheinend auch nicht gereinigt er war voll mit Fingerabdrücken.Im Frühstücksraum wurden die Speisen wenig nachgefüllt,der Kaffee war nicht gut..Für eine Nacht zum Schlafen OK,ansonsten würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstücksraum sehr klein und am Buffet sehr wenig Platz. Der Geräuschpegel im Frühstücksraum ist enorm hoch. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Allerdings wurde unser Zimmer einmal nicht gereinigt. Trotz Reklamation passierte bis heute nichts. Das wurde einfach ausgesessen, finde ich leider sehr schade, zumal ich schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel auch geschäftlich übernachtet habe.

Für mich kein weiterer Aufenthalt. Zimmerkategorie schlechter als gebucht, Bettwäsche auf einem Bett verschmutzt, Putzlumpen vom Housekeeping im Bad. Hochflooriger Teppich überall. Tiefgarage mit Duplex extremst eng, kaum Ein-/Aussteigen möglich.

The personal was friendly and service minded. The cleaning was very poor. An old towel was left from the previous guest, glasses were used, a plastic cup was left from previous guest, things missing from the minibar, strands of hair in the bath and around the toilet. The breakfast was okay. We liked the location of the hotel and the full length windows in our room.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit zuvorkommendem Service und hübschem Außenbereich des Frühstücksraums. Zimmer und Bad könnten optimiert werden: Teppichboden, Bad sehr klein, Dusche mit winziger Glaswand in der Badewanne, Armaturen teilweise defekt, Kissen sehr durchgelegen. Für eine Städtereise und ein paar Nächte trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Nice and clean room, but maintenance was not great. AC did not work well, and difficult to work there as the «high speed internet» just want usable at all. Very few and old AP’s that hardy had coverage in any room. In addition to the WiFi, there was a LAN cable on the desk in the room, but also not working. No link, so it didn’t matter that the RJ45 plug was a bit broken. On the good side, nice and friendly staff.

Great rooms with very comfortable beds and duvets and a breakfast that was perfectly sufficient. Some mornings had rather slow breakfast staff that made me feel invisible (no offer of coffee and none on the table after passing me 20 times each time avoiding eye contact) but all quick enough once you firmly assert yourself. The one major problem was that the WIFI didn't work in the room. My devices said the WIFI was on a channel that was competing with many other WIFI's. Only the slightest trace of a single bar - occasionally. If you need WIFI to work, then this is not a hotel for you. I thought the room itself was very good. And the proximity to the metro was fine.

Really nice quiet hotel. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were excellent and very quiet. There were a few small things missing. It would have been nice to have a tea kettle or coffee maker in the room, there was body soap but no shampoo, and there was no hand lotion. But overall, the hotel was very comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was awesome and the room was nice and spacious. The one downfall was the air conditioning not working, it was very hot at night to the point where sleeping was uncomfortable. Its location was very close to public transport which made it super convenient.

Excellent nearby restaurants Athena for Greek, San Bello Italian and Baal tapas/pub. Quite far from oldtown so used the subway which was good. Deep and slippery tub with nothing to hold onto, no coffee/tea in room but otherwise nice hotel. Breakfast was good.

Keine Empfehlung zum Übernschten ! Obwohl ich den Parkplatz bereits einen Tag vor meiner Reise reserviert hatte, erhielt ich am Tag meiner Anreise keinerlei Rückmeldung. Vor meiner Ankunft – nach einer 6,5-stündigen Fahrt – hatte ich zusätzlich extra im Hotel angerufen, um sicherzugehen. Mir wurde ausdrücklich gesagt, dass ich bei meiner Ankunft direkt in die Tiefgarage einfahren könne. Als ich schließlich ankam, wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die Garage voll sei. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Mitarbeiter des Hotels das Gespräch einfach beendete.. Es wurde keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten – nicht einmal der Hinweis, welche Parkgarage sich in der Nähe des Hotels befindet. Stattdessen musste ich das Hotel wieder verlassen und mir eigenständig nach der langen Anreise eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Dieses Verhalten empfand ich als sehr unpersönlich und in keiner Weise kundenorientiert oder hilfsbereit. Unter diesen Umständen werde ich dort ganz sicher nie wieder reservieren.

It was a bit dated but clean and valued for money. Overall it was a good stay. However, on the first morning at 8am, a cleaning MALE staff opened my door and turned the light on with the Do Not Disturb sign on. It made my rest of the stay very insecure as a female. I did mention this to the receptionist and I hope it won't happen again to other customers.

We stayed here for 2 nights during the Munich portion of our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, and front desk staff were friendly, however the location was not the greatest. It felt like more of a residential neighbourhood. Getting to main attractions in Munich are a long walk or Uber ride.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Good location with a roughly 30 minute walk to Marienplatz and max 5 minutes to the closest subway station (Stiglmaierplatz). Good breakfast with lots of different types of bread, yoghurt etc, but the scrambled eggs could have been better. Clean and fresh rooms, slightly small bathroom. Nice quiet area around the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Munich in the future!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was in a quiet street, but a 5 minute walk to the underground and only one stop from the main train station. It's so easy to travel on public transport in Munich. The staff were lovely and friendly at the hotel and there was a great selection for breakfast.

The Hotel is nicely appointed, located in a quiet, residential area. The street lighting is a bit low at night but I always felt safe (even as a single woman walking alone when I was back late). Our room was a good size.. the bed & quilt were lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but ok.. a mention regarding the screen to deflect the water from the shower head.. it is a bit short so we often ended up with a very wet floor mat. The breakfast (2 rooms to accommodate overflow) was good.. hot items, cold meats/cheeses, fruit, pastries.. a tureen with coffee at your table & the hot chocolate was great! It would be nice to have proper cereal not the dusty oat kind as it’s a bit dry. There is a nice Greek restaurant The Athena (walkable 10-12 mins) very good lots of food and reasonable.. otherwise not much else around. The local train station (Stiglmaierplatz) is just around the corner (10mins walk) and 1 stop to the Central Hauptbahnhof and 2-3 stops to lively Marienplatz (depending on where u get off) we exited Sendlinger Tor a nice walk in with lots to see and do. Check your prices there is a €9 day pass all transports.. you may only need single tickets up to 4 stops for €2 (ck so not wasting money!). Allow approx 70-75mins walking from the Hotel to the train Stn switch at Hbf and to MUC Apt €16.70 p/p one way.. quick and convenient.. A nice stay. Thanks

Super Stadthotel, gute Öffi-Anbindung und in die Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, inkl. Minibar. Das Bad könnte ein Update gebrauchen, insbesondere die Dusche. Der Wasserdruck war eher schwach. Das Frühstück war super, eine wirklich tolle Auswahl und sehr lecker. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas klein und eng, dafür hat die Freundlichkeit des Personals das wieder gut gemacht. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Gut war das Frühstück, die Betten, das Personal. Das Zimmer war aber zu Heiß die Klimaanlage zu Laut das man sie hätte zum schlafen anlassen können. Nicht so toll war, das das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen ist, und das man das Parken nicht zubuchen konnte. Zum Thema Parken gab es die Auskunft, man könne auf der Straße parken oder evtl. im Parkhaus. Auf der Straße war kein Platz und das Parkhaus ein Lotteriespiel. Diesbezüglich ist eine Verlässliche Aussage hilfreich.
