ouch the elevator did not go all the way up, the stay was wonderful- it was in a great location, we each had our own space in the room and the guest services and reception were helpful and friendly! The free breakfast was also a wonderful addition

Parking might be an issue for folks not used with the narrow European parking spaces. Forget about parking an SUV type in the underground garage… everything else about he property is absolutely wonderful.

Very easy check in. The property is walkable to museums ,restaurants and the platz. Only problem was parking. There is no on site parking. I was told there is parking off site for $25. But when we arrived i was told there is no parking available we had to find a parking garage for $45 dollars a day.

Estadia bastante decepcionante… O hotel encontra-se em mau estado de conservação, as fotos não condizem com o estado real. O elevador não chega em todos os andares e, portanto, os hóspedes que se instalarem no último andar terão que subir um lance de escadas, esteja com malas ou sem. Apesar do pedido insistente de mudar de andar, não me foi permitido. O café da manhã é bastante decente, assim como a lozalização.

Great location. They said they had onsite parking for 25 euros but when we arrived their “elevator “ was broke I was told and we could not park there. The lady at reception sent us to a parking garage a few blocks away that cost 40 euros!!! They did not pay for the difference. Nor did she give us a map or directions to the parking garage. Room was just ok. Would not stay here again due to the parking

Spacious rooms in great location with very helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast included. Expedia lists the hotel as having a restaurant and bar but it does not. There are plenty close by, but not on site.

The hotel have no bar or restaurant but breakfast is good. The staff very very nice and professional. There’s so many bars and restaurants in the area that You really don't miss one at the hotel! Rooms good size. Important: There’s no ice in the hotel!!

Difficult to get to because of construction. Room was pretty tight, but most European rooms are. Location was great and so was the breakfast. First time I ever used a car elevator for parking.

Great location walkable to marienplatz Hauptbahnhof and Isator S station. Breakfast was wonderful with great selection and servers quick to bring coffee and set up. Rooms are typical on the smaller size and shower was narrow. Housekeeping was fast and good. Parking is limited and very small area as you pull the car into an elevator and spots are tight. Will not fit larger vehicles. 20 euros per day.

Although the rooms were small by American standards, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved that our stay included a satisfying breakfast. The location is excellent with easy walking access to the train and old town areas. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English which we greatly appreciate. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich.

The good: -Staff was extremely friendly: from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Excellent service. -Room was big and clean, like a service apartment with small living room, bed room and 2 toilets. -Unbeatable location. Minutes walk to Marienplatz city square and Viktualienmarkt. 3 min walk to the S-bahn station. Bars and restaurants at doorstep (Hofbräuhaus is 3min walk) The bad: -Wifi was almost non-existent. Had 2 to choose from and both equally bad. -Hotel is old although the room looks modern. -Extremely small lift, cant fit more than 2 people at a time. It seems the lift cannot stop at all levels so if this is a concern you would need to request in advance. Overall great place and would stay again given the chance.

Good hotel in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. It's an older hotel and parking is a little tough in their underground parking lot. Walls are very thin and we were kept up half the night by the people in the room next to us letting their kids run and around and scream. Internal sound proofing is not that great. But, the hotel was in a great location and if you just need a place to put your head down and focus on going out this hotel is a good option. The staff make this place however. They were great. Top marks for staff professionalism and helpfulness. Would I stay here again? Yes.

The room was tiny and could hardly walk around each other. The beds are very hard and for someone with hip and shoulder problems it really got them stirred up that first night. They did put a pad on my bed when I asked if there were rooms with softer mattresses so I give them A for trying to help. The food is excellent, it is centrally located and close to sites you would want to see. Public transport is close as well.

This hotel was ok, felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were uncomfortably tiny. We were given a room that required stairs and we had a stroller, even though they have rooms that didn’t require stairs. I don’t think it was a good value and I wouldn’t book again.

First we were greeted by Dominic who was so friendly and helpful. I needed an extra room on arrival and I got the last one. He shared info about the area and gave us good directions. The room was adorable and the beds were amazing. The shower was hot and had great pressure. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was nice to have a parking garage so we didn't have to worry about finding parking.

Super hot (but tiny) shower and lovely breakfast were highlights. Staff was unresponsive to requests and concerns such as inability to control heat. Direction to cool stifling hot room was to open our ground floor window.

Paid 185 euro for 1 night in business trip. The room that they offered was a tiny room on top floor that u had to walk through stairs to reach. Furniture was really bad and the feeling was like a time travel, I believe that those rooms was sealed since 1980. The room was really noisy and could not understand the reason as it was on top floor. Keep in mind that I am a Gold Member of Expedia and I travel a lot . The personnel was really rude and didn’t accept to change rooms even if we ask to pay more money for that . Next day we had a chat with the manager and was even more rude and annoyed. It doesn’t even worth it to give more details. KEEP OUT OF THAT PLACE!!!!! Doesn’t fulfils even the standards .

I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Oktoberfest and service was excellent. I received a late check out via my expedia VIP status and was surprised since it was the high season. The breakfast was excellent and everything was in walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious. Great stay!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent and very convenient to old town Munich and the Christmas markets. The breakfast was very good. Parking was very convenient, The service offered, particularly by Dominic was incredible.

Our stay at Hotel Concorde was great. The location is conveniently walkable in under 10 minutes to the subway/train/tram station of Isartor and the shopping district near Marienplatz. The room had everything needed with a comfy bed, good aircon and the shower was powerful. Continental breakfast was included with our standard double room and the dining space was clean and staff were responsive to bringing coffee and clearing plates. The hotel is walkable to restaurants, shops, Christmas Markets, the Underground and the train system. The front desk staff were all very helpful with our questions about the different transportation lines. Our room was always too hot for us, even though it was December, but that was due to German energy regulations, not the fault of the hotel. The windows open so we just kept it open. Breakfast was good, but the same each day.

It’s small and only has one claustrophobic elevator, but it’s just literally a few steps away from a beautiful area. Everyone is friendly and it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choices. Coffee was not good. Overall I would stay again if I had to, but I would not hesitate to try another hotel as well.

All the other reviews are correct. This hotel is a great bang for your buck! The location can't be beat - 2 blocks from the Hofbrauihaus, and less than 5 minutes to the Marienplatz. Breakfast was plenteous and included hot foods ( eggs, sausages, European bacon), tons of bakery products ( pretzels are my new favourite breakfast food!); and fruit/cheeses. Staff was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
