I had to make a last-minute trip to Munich. Finding a hotel was mission impossible because of Oktoberfest (Motel One at over €300??). I ended up at this hotel, which is a bit out of the way but still easy to reach by tram. Honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could have rated this hotel positively. The person who “welcomed” me at the front desk clearly had no training in hospitality. My room was a disaster. Cleanliness was lacking (I found hair in the bed, the towel rack was stained with some unknown substance, and the paint was peeling everywhere). But worst of all, since my room was right next to the bar, it was almost impossible to sleep. At 2 a.m. there were men (at that point I assume they were staff) having a loud conversation. It was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel—go somewhere else if you can.

Wir haben einen Nacht im Hotel verbracht, um einer Veranstaltung im SAP Garden zu besuchen. Die Entfernung zwischen Hotel und SAP Garden ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zurückgelegt - also ideal. Das Hotel an sich machte einen sauberen Eindruck, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto anreisend gibt es in der Hotel eigenen Tiefgarage genügend Plätze.

Die Lage war für das Tollwood perfekt, Preis-Leistung passt hier. Die Garage war relativ voll und wir konnten das E-Auto nicht laden, weil die 2 vorhandenen Parkplätze besetzt waren - aber das ist halt Pech.

La situation de l'hôtel permet de rejoindre facilement l'Olympiapark, le BMW Welt ou la belle église contemporaine dédiée au "Herz Jesu". Accueil très compréhensif et professionnel au check-in. Encore merci ! L'hôtel est confortable et très bien aménagé. Le parking-garage est sûr et relativement spacieux. Grâce à la détection des sortants, la porte automatique permet de visiter la ville à vélo ! Au retour, il suffit de traverser l'hôtel à pied et de se rendre dans le garage pour déclencher la porte...

服務會扣一顆星是因為傳了訊息但是飯店沒有回覆。但是現場CI的時候，飯店人員的態度很好👌 1. 距離慕尼黑車站走路要20-30分鐘，但是可以搭路面電車Tram 20/ 21到 Leontodplatz，再走4分鐘就到了。 2. 飯店一樓有提供免費開水和軟糖，房間有膠囊咖啡機、熱水壺和冰箱、一罐免費的開水、毛巾和浴巾 3. 房間很舒服，床和枕頭較軟但是有支撐性；燈光比較暗，但是有增設立燈和檯燈幫助增加光源；有空調冷氣；吹風機要吹比較久，但是不會到燙手，沐浴用品（洗手洗髮洗澡合一）的起泡性很好；衣架不能離開衣櫃，有需求的人請自己帶 4. 飯店本身有供應早餐，每人18歐，附近走路3分鐘～8分鐘也有麵包店可以當早餐；飯店似乎有提供晚餐，確定有bar，街角有德國連鎖餐廳、隔壁巷子有義大利餐廳，都很好吃。也有非洲料理和越式餐廳等可以選擇 小提醒：飯店沒有接駁車。入住前會請你先在網路上辦入住（會用到護照資料）

Parken - es gibt ein Parkhaus, beim einchecken wurden wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es Geld kostet. Man konnte es sich denken aber ein Hinweis wäre toll gewesen. 1 nacht 15€.. Frühhstücksraum - klein und eng für die vielen Menschen.. aber war reichhaltig und die Pancake Maschiene war super! Zimmer waren gut, Bett durchgelegen aber beim schlafen hat man nichts gemerkt, war sehr bequem. Sauber, schöne Innenausstattung! Wieder gerne !

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück! Die Betten sind auch bequem. Kritikpunkte: - Spezifisches Zimmer: wir wurden von Comfort auf Superior geupgradet, was an sich schön ist, aber das Zimmer ganz oben (606) hatte irgendwie kein richtiges Deckenlicht und dadurch ist es abends trotz der Steh-und Wandlampen nicht hell genug. Handtuchheizkörper war in diesem Zimmer leider auch nicht, was wir gebraucht hätten. Das Zimmer ist war an sich größer, aber das Bad winzig klein. Eine Steckdose von einer Stehlampe kam schon aus der Wand und die Vorhänge waren nicht ganz in den Schienen drin, wodurch man sie nicht komplett zu ziehen konnte - Parkgarage: sehr sehr eng, als nicht souveräner Fahrer rate ich davon ab, dort hineinzufahren. Die meisten Parkplätze sind leider auch Duplex-Stellplätze. Wir sind leider vorne mit unserem Kia Proceed aufgesessen.. zum Glück war noch ein normaler Stellplatz frei, aber diese sind sehr schmal. Ein SUV-Fahrer passt da keinesfalls rein.

Not very well maintained—cracked paint was the first thing I noticed in my room. There were stains on the sheets, which didn’t give a clean impression. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. However, I didn’t have a "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room, so I was very annoyed when the cleaning staff opened the door twice during my meetings. I mentioned this at checkout and was told that the signs are kept at the reception and I could have requested one. That seems like such a basic accommodation detail that should be provided in every room! So was a poor experience overall.

My family and I stayed here and while the property looks decent, the rooms were not cleaned. The floors were disgusting and one of my pillows had what seemed like blood on the pillow case. They did not look like they were switched out or cleaned so I had to go to the receptionist and get a new set of pillows. That made me weary of the cleanliness of the bed that me and my children were laying on. Luckily we only booked for one night.

Die Lage ist zentral zum Olympiastadion. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und war in Ordnung. Das Bett war bequem. Leider waren die Handtücher nicht alle sauber, das Waschbecken im Bad war beschädigt, die Dusche als auch der Wasserhahn waren verkalkt und die Toilette wirkte nicht richtig sauber.

Insgesamt würden wir dem Hotel eine Bewertung von 3,5/5 Sternen geben. Es gibt direkt eine Tiefgarage am Hotel und wir konnten schon früher einchecken (ca 11.45 Uhr). Große Pluspunkte. Das Zimmer war von der Größe und Ausstattung ausreichend. Manko war die Sauberkeit, die Verbesserungsbedürftig ist. Im Bad waren noch Kalkflecken und wir hatten das Gefühl der Boden war nicht richtig sauber. Auch die Teppiche überall im Hotel sind teilweise sehr fleckig. Die Matratzen waren leichte Federkernmatratzen, was für eine Nacht ok ist. Generell war es für eine Nacht ausreichend

Das Personal der Rezeption blieb mir als überaus freundlich in Erinnerung. Das Erscheinungsbild des Hauses empfinde ich auch nach über fünf Jahren noch als modern und gefällig, die Zimmer sowohl von der Größe als auch der Ausstattung her sehr angenehm. Die in warmen, harmonischen Farben gehaltene, geschmackvolle und durchdachte Einrichtung vermittelt Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, die Schallschutzfenster hochwertig. Man merkt, das notwenige Instandsetzungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Einzig der Teppichboden, der doch viele durchaus behandelte Flecken hatte und bestimmt die ein oder andere Geschichte erzählen könnte, sollte in absehbarer Zeit mal (vielleicht wie im Bad durch einen pflegeleichten, strapazierfähigen Vinylboden) ersetzt werden. Leider war das Housekeeping mangelhaft, der tägliche Durchgang wurde komplett vergessen.

Auf dem Boden befand sich von einem Handtuch ein abgerissen Etikett von einem Handtuch, hinter der Tür ins Badezimmer wird nicht geputzt und der Staub sammelt sich. Wasserhähne stark verkalkt. In der Toilette sehr alte Kalkablagerungen im Wasserbereich und in der Dusche waren Fusseln vom Putztuch zu sehen

Nice hotel with very large rooms. The air conditioner does not cool the rooms so they were very hot at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great location next to public transportation. Bonus fridge in the room.

Had a good trip to Munich and hotel was well situated near to 2 tram stops. The rooms had fridges in the rooms which were very handy. Nice large shower and decent sized room. If I was being very picky I would say that the decor could do with a freshen up, but overall very happy with the hotel. Would stay here again for definite.

God service, venlig og hjælpsom personale, stort værelse lidt slidt, men god komfort. Morgenmaden trak ned jeg har været på 20 hoteller de seneste par år mest **** hoteller men også *** hotel fra 03. juli til 10. juli i Koblenz og der var morgenmaden bedre. Der var ikke mørkt brød og kun toastbrød og semmel første dag. Der var en slags normalost og den samme alle 5 dage. Andre hoteller har mindst 2 og ofte 3 slags oste ud over specialostene. Croisanterne var ikke gode, i Koblenz var de varme og lækre og større. Det er fint med varme pandekager og røræg og bacon, men basis morgenmaden skal være bedre end på et **** hotel. Af de 20 hoteller jeg har været på havde kun 1 hotel lige så dårlig morgenmad som Leonardo Olympia Park.

I had to make a last-minute trip to Munich. Finding a hotel was mission impossible because of Oktoberfest (Motel One at over €300??). I ended up at this hotel, which is a bit out of the way but still easy to reach by tram. Honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could have rated this hotel positively. The person who “welcomed” me at the front desk clearly had no training in hospitality. My room was a disaster. Cleanliness was lacking (I found hair in the bed, the towel rack was stained with some unknown substance, and the paint was peeling everywhere). But worst of all, since my room was right next to the bar, it was almost impossible to sleep. At 2 a.m. there were men (at that point I assume they were staff) having a loud conversation. It was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel—go somewhere else if you can.

The service was great. I accidentally booked three rooms in this hotel and one room at a sister hotel 5 miles away. The front desk took the time to shift my booking to the correct hotel and were amazing. The staff went way beyond my expectation during a busy Oktoberfest weekend.

Wir waren wieder für das Wochenende in München und waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Unterkunft. Empfang an der Rezeption war prima, Zimmer wie immer sehr sauber und das Frühstück absolut zu empfehlen. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass alles immer frisch zur Verfügung steht, und es ist dort alles sehr sauber gehalten. Ein spezielles Lob an Maurice, der alles immer im Griff hat! Wir kommen wieder.

Gutes und modernes Hotel, allerdings hier und da bei genauerem Hinschauen ein wenig Renovierungsstau. In meinem Zimmer hatte das Waschbecken eine H-Riss quer im Becken, an der Dusche am Übergang zu den Fliesen ein Schimmelrand. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Parkhaus kostet 15 Euro, habe einen Parkplatz für 11 Euro vor der Tür bekommen und hätte übers ganze Wochenende für den Preis dort parken können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt reinzufahren. Abzug gebe ich für die Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken: Desinteresse und die Mitarbeiter fühlten sich ganz offensichtlich bei ihren privaten Gesprächen gestört.

Fairly basic hotel, perfectly ok for 4 days. City centre about 10 minutes away by tram. Reception staff super friendly, good choice available for breakfast. Walking distance away for marathon start. Breakfast hall too small when hotel is fully booked. Was turned away and told to wait 2 out of 4 days as all tables were taken.

Breakfast was more then Great and didn’t miss anything. Aircon did work, but it was to cold for us, not sure how to operate it. Shower very small, but all in all a very good hotel I would recommend
