とてもいいホテルでしたが、駐車料金が高いのが不便です。

Good location (of course, it’s beside JR). Shopping malls and food choices though the malls close early at 8pm. Overall clean but very basic and amenities are very basic too. The interior design of the room is not as clean or comfortable as JR Kyushu Kagoshima. The parking was very complicated and quite a downer especially after driving long distance from another prefecture. Also, it’s very very exp, 2300 yen after tax. Overall, I feel this is not worth the stay if you are driving. Will not choose this hotel next time.

Very conveniently located right next to the main train station at the Amu Plaza. Check in was friendly and efficient. All the amenities are available for pickup in the lobby- toothbrush and paste, facial cleaners, skin moisturizer, hair brush and bands. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is provided:Western or Japanese-at the restaurant in the plaza. Basic but more than adequate. Location is excellent for touring- tram, bus and train all within a minute walk.

館内に喫煙室もあってよかったです

新しいホテルなので、清潔で駅近で、アクセスや食事や買い物に困らない良いホテルでした。レンタカーを借りていたので、駐車場を利用しましたが、物凄く高かったのが残念でした。

This place was excellent for its price. It\'s right next to the Nagasaki station and the hotel\'s elevator has a direct access to the shopping mall. The room was very clean and quiet. The TV had a cast option so I could watch YouTube using my own account which was nice. Their amenities are "take as need" basis so you can grab whatever you need from the reception. They had toothbrush, hair brush, cleanser, moisuriser, shaving kit, etc. I can\'t remember all but there was quite a bit if an option. They also have a laundry facility - 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. You can exchange notes for coins at the reception if you need to. There is also a vending machine in the laundry room and past the laundry room there was a smoking area. But the laundry didnt smell of cigarettes, or maybe there just wasn\'t anyone using it at the time I used the laundry. Would stay again if I go to Nagasaki again!

Loved our stay in this hotel. Very clean room and bathroom, with amenities, bidet, water pressure very good, comfortable bed. The staff very courteous and attentive. The have microwave, vending machine and washing & drying machine on 6th floor. Hotel is on the 2nd floor connected to AMU plaza and there’s a bridge going to electric tram that has elevator. Supermarket is nearby on the GF and Nagasaki train station is 2min walk and a money changer is 1min walk away. I highly recommend this hotel. Will surely stay here when I come back to Nagasaki.

This property is located just on the other side of Marriott hotel, and we went the wrong way and extended the time arriving there. They are only accessible from the 2nd floor, and up the escalator. If you need the elevator, it's only available through the mall nextdoor and they are closed from 8pm-10am. They are bare necessities hotel, and you will need to ask them to clean probably when you get to your room. No tea/coffee is available in your room, and the bathroom is a whole 1 1/2 step taller so if you forget how high one stepped up, you can be surprised, like if you had to use facilities in the middle of the night 1/2 asleep. The lobby is small but the ladies at the front reception are very nice. only 1 had no mask, and the rest were masked. The trams aka street cars are right off the main level bridge and the front desk can tell you which train to take depending on where you want to go. Make sure to have great hiking shoes or walking/running shoes because the hills are steep! also, mosquitoes are aplenty, so take precautions. Umbrellas are available at the front counter for you. The food court are located off the elevators 5th floor, and they are pretty good. The 2washers and 2 dryers are available on the 6th floor - the dryers did not dry the clothes after 1 hour of drying and had no heat. Other than that, I brought my own pillow since I'm typically allergic to the type of pillow that was there. Outside of the hotel, there are so many places one can visit for only 150yen

レンタカーで立ち寄りました。隣接する駐車場が大きいので、満車になる心配をしないで済んだのが良かった。

The hotel is at an excellent location if travelling by train as it is meters away from Nagasaki Station. It is also close to the Electric Tram where visitors can ride on it to get to tourist spots. There are many dining options in the area and shopping. We booked a standard double room and it was quire tight for a couple. The rate was good though. There was an odour in the bathroom after flushing the toilet or running the shower (beyond the responsibility of housekeeping). That said, closer attention could be paid to housekeeping in the rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and could communicate in English.

ホテル全体は大変清潔感がある。私が泊まった客室はやや部屋全体に雑巾のすえた匂いがしたため、ホテルの方に確認してもらった。確かに何か匂うと判断していただき、迅速に部屋を変えてくださった。大変親切に対応してもらった。ただ、新しい客室も、部屋全体は問題ないものの、浴室は少しすえた匂いがした。隣のいびきも聞こえて眠れず、初日はなんだかガッカリだった。翌日の清掃後はその匂いもなく、二日目の夜は静かで、気持ちよく宿泊できた。ホテルの方は笑顔を絶やさず、親切だからこそ、気持ちよく旅を終えることができた。最初はついてないなぁと思ったけど、最後はここに宿泊してよかったと思った。

85歳１人旅でしたので、駅近くに交通手段、食事エリアがあるのが大変たすかりました。 ホテル内も清潔さが保たれ、スタッフも親切に対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

最初に洗面台に行き手洗いうがいをしようとふと見ると髪の毛があちらこちらに残っていました。清掃後だとは思いますがふき残しが見受けられました。浴槽はどうかなと目をやるとやはり髪の毛が数本落ちていました。ホテルフロントに言ったらダプルチェックしているとのこと。たぶんしていないと思いました。

WiFiが遅いのが唯一のマイナス点です。 改善を期待します

ベッドのかたさ、コンセントの数などが良かった。 ユニットバスではなかったが、部屋の床面と段差があり、新しいホテルにしては珍しいなと思った。

駅前立地で便利 充電用のUSBポートが無いのが少し不便

夜、ホテルに帰ってきてPCで仕事をしようと思ったのですが、Wi-Fiの接続速度がどうしたのかなぁと思うくらい遅くて、仕事をするのに困りました。（２泊３日滞在しましたが、全日程そうでした）

Double bed was too small for couple.

Wifi was weak and cannot browse. Other property was fine and very convenient

Quite an old hotel in need of a revamp. As of November 2022, the train station area of Nagasaki is undergoing a complete facelift. I would hope that the hotel follows suit at some point.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. Staff were very friendly with easy check in and check out. Location is fantastic, mere minutes from Nagasaki station with a brilliant Starbucks a few metres away. Beds and pillows were exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

上の方の物音が結構聞こえて気になった。 チェックアウトをした後に荷物を預けていたので何度か受付に伺ったのですが、事務的でおもてなしに少々かけていたように感じました。

スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしい

Gave the property a 4 star because the internet was very poor. Other than that Property was excellent.service from front desk to breakfast staff and house keepers very good. Always pleasant with a hello and thank you.

施設の物を汚してしまったのですが、丁寧に対応して下さいました。スタッフ教育がとても行き届いていると思います。

Out of my expectation!! I couldn't believe that I got a large room with a cheaper price. It's just next to Nagasaki station, and you can arrive the station by 5 minutes. In addition, we appreciated of assistance from staff, Mr Masaki, he's helpful, friendly and patiently. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

スタッフの方々についてですが、チェックインからロビーを通った時の挨拶、全てにおいてとても感じがよくて気持ちよく滞在できました。また、足を挫いてしまい湿布がいただけるかお願いした時も快く受けていただきおかげさまでひどくならずに済みました。ありがとうございました。

事前チェックインして宿泊税もクレジットで支払っていたのですがホテルに着いたら支払いをするように言われて支払いました。 チェックアウトの時に重複に気がついたようで返金はありましたが、事前にチェックインして宿泊税も払ってスムーズに部屋へ行けると思っていたのに少し残念でした。確認をきちんとして欲しかったです。

チェックインもスムーズで駅近くで選んで正解でした。チェックアウトした日もスーツケースを預かって頂けて身軽になって観光も楽しめました。フロントのスタッフさんは落ち着いた雰囲気の方で、皆さん大変好感がもてました。 出張などでの利用も便利で良いかと思います。

Nagasaki hotel less than 5 minutes walk from the train station (all undercover if raining). Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in, so they stored our luggage, but even more, when we returned to check in, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Decent sized room for Japan. Good work desk and wifi. Strong airconditioning. Modern bathroom. Lots of amenities like kettle, hair dryer, phone charger, etc.

This was a quick one-night stop as part of a larger trip. The hotel is connected to the Nagasaki train station via a shopping mall — it was right on the streetcar to get where we needed to go, and also had shopping and dining options right around the space.

Conveniently located at the Nagasaki JR station with the AMU Plaza (mall) attached. This came in quite handy on rain days. Accessing the tram was also quite convenient. Many food options in the area.

Difficult to find hotel as it is on the 2nd floor of shopping center with different door. Bed was hard. Otherwise, good.

JR Kyushu Hotel Nagasaki is strategically located just next to the JR Nagasaki Station, where you will find the Nagasaki Road Seagull Market that not only offers plenty of dining options like sara udon and champon but also abundance of choices in getting local delicacy such as the famous Nagasaki Castella. Besides this, the hotel is also has direct connecting bridge to the adjacent AMU Plaza. Overall very good value for money. Highly recommended.

JRチェーンの駅前立地のホテルらしく駅直結、シッピングセンター上階で立地はどこへ出るにも便利。 内装、設備も清潔であり、宿泊費と見合ったシンプルで十分でした。 提携しているショッピングセンター内のお見せでの朝食でしたが、ハーフビュッフェ方式で美味しかったです。 駅からの動線の案内がわかりにくいのとwifi が繋がりにくいことは改善点かと思います

朝食を注文していたが、美味しくはなかった。長崎らしい食事内容でもなかった。残念！ ホテルには大満足でした。

Breakfast is served at the restaurant . The option of main course has Japanese style and western style.

朝食はビュッフェ形式で美味しかったです。値段だけの価値はあると思います。

Brkfst was very good but a long walk. Room was very nice but we were given the room farthest from the elevator which made it a long trip to and from breakfast and outings.
