Located inside of terminal 3 makes this hotel super convenient for early morning flights. We loved the technology used for check in and the cloakroom and dropped our bags off early in the morning before heading out for the day to return to check in. The whole thing was seamless and made our early flight such a breeze.

Super convenient location! Easy access from Terminal 3 of HND. I always stay here when I visit Japan from the US. No connection on the same day. Onsen & breakfast buffe are excellent. Room is smaller, but functional. Nice bed (maybe hard for some). Most staff speak in English.

Breakfast is not part of the stay, however there are dining options nearby. Incredibly convenient to Terminal 3. So glad we decided to stay here the evening prior to our international departure. Check in and check out were so easy and one at a kiosk. Very large hotel and a lot of tourists passing through. English speaking. Cloak room for luggage hold was also super easy, done with a QR code.

Big hotel, very busy throughout the day. Good point is having an onsen hot spring, but it is quite crowded. We booked a room with onsen entry ticket, thinking that we can go for a shower before our overnight flight on the day of checking out, but found that the ticket is only valid until checking out, which means 11am. If anyone would like to use the onsen after checking out, it is better to buy the onsen ticket separately instead of inclusive in the room charge.

Nice hotel with good surrounding shops/ restaurants and is conveniently connected to Haneda T3. Higher hotel pricing, but you are paying for convenience to the airport. Note.. no free hot springs for hotel guests here. You have to pay like 2500 yen per adult per day...just fysa.

Room was too small. Terrible closet space. Tiny bathroom where tub was dangerously high. Had to turn off entire room to just turn off over head light so watching tv in a dark room was not possible. Toilet paper was too thin. A hotel of this rating should include a breakfast where there was an extra charge. Internet was painfully slow.

The check-in queue was over 2 hour long. I have never experienced anything like it. The staff were polite and nice, but still. Not ok. The staff were very apologizing and typical sweet and polite Japanese. But after a long flight, the last thing you want is a 2 hour queue for a hotel check-in.

What a wonderful stay for families getting off a long flight. Couldn’t be closer, the bathroom was beautiful, which was excellent because we all need showers and baths after our flight. The service team was so welcoming kind and professional.

Super convenient, located as you exit international arrivals at Haneda and easy to find. We had a late arrival and it was a convenient place to stay. Many staff are English speaking and the rooms have built in features to assist you in English as well.

Great location—just a short, fully indoor walk from Terminal 3. Self check-in and check-out kiosks make everything quick and easy. Breakfast offers a mix of Asian and Western options. Also very close to the train and monorail stations for fast access into the city. Perfect for a convenient airport stay.

Hotel is attached to the airport so it's very convenient for catching flights. You don't have to go outside to get to the airport. Rooms are fairly small but are clean, modern and very quiet. There are blackout drapes so the room stays dark in the morning. Bathroom is very small. Good for a one night stay. Onsen is great and breakfast at the Onsen overlooking the city is very nice and reasonably priced.

酒店要準時下午三時check in ，有多台self check in 機器，櫃檯有一至兩位員工協助做人手登記。本人有行李前幾天前已經送達，酒店代收並保管至入住。酒店非常大，走很長走廊才到達房間，不過大堂有大量行李車供應。兩間酒店Grand 及Premier 大堂在四樓，共用兩部升降機為出入口至機場三樓，本人早上7時許check out，升降機非常繁忙，要排隊。如果行李少，可以走行人電梯。房間空間足夠，酒店地點非常方便。

The rooms were clean, decent size, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, close to transportation (train and bus). The hotel held our baggage while we did an 8 day trip to Vietnam, which worked out extremely well for us. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity were very good and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with our stay and intend to repeat.

Room clean and well serviced each day. Room on the tiny side, but this is Japan after all. Pajamas changed each day. Slippers are one size for size 5 shoes. Onsen is a huge drawcard on the 10th floor - try it, you won't be disappointed. Breakfast more than adequate with good mix. Plenty of eating options in the airport area.

We chose the stay with onsen and breakfast buffet on our first night in Japan after landing in Haneda. The room and hotel were very clean. The onsen right after a long flight was refreshing. The breakfast buffet is a bit more expensive than other places I've stayed at but it was also the one with the most variety and options which were all excellent.

We stayed here as a family of three. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and all of the reception and service staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a shopping area right downstairs with a wide variety of souvenirs, snacks, and gifts, which was extremely convenient. The airport shops and shopping area are also within about a five-minute walk, and it is very convenient to take the direct airport express train to the city. Overall, we had a wonderful and very pleasant stay. It was a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I think for convenience to airport and surrounding the hotel is excellent. The room is overall acceptable. However, the pillows had very terrible smell and the smells like people just sneezed. I am not able to sleep on a pillow at all. End up unable to slept well. I may try the nicer preimer hotel next door in the future instead of the grand. Hope it will be better.
