Our room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. We had connecting rooms, which was great for our stay. I loved that there was a charging port next to each bed—so convenient! The gym was excellent, with both weights and machines available. My husband and I also visited the spa and really enjoyed it. There was even a small market on our floor, which made it easy to grab anything we needed, and the laundry area was convenient too—no need to bring detergent. Overall, a great stay!

This hotel is really convenient to the train station and covered arcade area. Lots of restaurants in the area. Love the onsen but sadly there is a substantial charge for use of the pool so we never ended up using it.

The room was small but good enough for a couple to sleep in. This isnt my first time in Japan and small rooms are common here. I like APA because of convenience. This APA is a resort with lots of amenties however all amenities including the gym is not free. $30 for a 90minute use of gym is too much. They should have at least a discount if you are booked here but no discount. Sucks for all the gym rats going to Japan. Thats not against APA. Its just the whole culture in Japan. If you dont get lost, this is just a 7minute walk from Umeda station. Theres elevators and escalators in this area so you dont have to struggle carrying the luggage. Very convenient if you take the pedestrian bridge if you look up and around when you get out you could see the APA building so its easy. The room is clean and good to sleep in. I would book again here for convenience.

Super hotel, bien placé à Osaka à coté de la gare ce qui le rend pratique pour se balader à pied ou rejoindre n'importe quel coin ou l'aéroport. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours disponible pour aider. Le fait d'avoir un Kombini à l'interieur de l'hôtel est pratique dommage que le onsen soit souvent pleins, et les machines à laver le linge ne sont pas vidés.

We found a booger with nasal hair on the pillow. We had so little time and the front desk staff could not easily communicate in English (though friendly). Hence we did not make a big deal. But it is still very gross.

Basic, clean and functional. Close to transport options, although right on a very busy road and junction of highways so quite loud. Good having onsite cafes, restaurants, fitness center, convenience store, massages. However, the room smelled really badly of cigarette smoke one day when I returned to the room. Unfortunately there is a central fan/AC/heating system that cannot be adjusted per room, so there was nothing the hotel could do. So I decided to leave early.

The room was compact in an efficient way. Amenities were well stocked. Mattress and pillow was very comfortable. Only small issue, and this may be Osaka in general, is the room gets dusty really quickly. Unsure if the cleaner is aware or it's just dust resettling on the head board/ledgesfill highly recommended.

I had higher expectations but probably I shouldn’t. The hotel is good, well located, well decorated and furnished. However the bed was not confortable, the window keeps blowing cold winter air that makes your sick. When raising the issue that the house keeping did not do the vacuuming of the floor, the staff did not believe me and then she was trying to find excuses like « maybe your room is not organized so the cleaning personnel couldn’t do the floor vacuum.. », or « if you want floor cleaning you should put the room cleaning sticker on the door » which of course we did, besides we did well organise the room and it was the room cleaning day anyway… That was truly disappointing even though the cleaning personnel were really nice and smiling.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent, but the seal around my window was non existent. I was on the 33rd floor and I could hear what was happening at the street level outside, and it's a busy street. I got no sleep for the 3 nights I stayed. I advised the staff and they apologised and said this is the way the window is meant to be. I find this crazy, because you could feel the wind coming in. If this is was isolated to my room, I would recommend this hotel. Since I was advised that this is the way the windows are meant to be, then I can only recommend that you stay somewhere else. Which is a shame, because it's a nice hotel.

Such tiny rooms. I didn’t realise when booking that the rooms were only 11 sq metres. There was no where to lay out your luggage. So you had to pack it up and put under the bed each day. However the location was great. Close to trains and shopping.

Rooms are very small but that's normal in Japan. AC, because it's winter they have it set up for heat only, no AC option, had to call reception to get a small fan and we open the window for ventilation. Pretty much we slept with no heating on and the window cracked open. check out is very early 10 a.m. to have a late check out you have to pay $2,000 yen per hour which is worth it. We paid all the way to 1:00 p.m. 6,000 yen. They have a convenience store on the 4th floor in an amazing spa. So yeah it's worth it

I had a standard room, but found it exceedingly clean and well appointed, with lots of nice touches, in spite of its small size. A five minute walk to the nearest subway access. Many, many small restaurants and bars in the area. Would stay again here in future with no hesitation.

This is a modern and very busy hotel. It offers a lot of amenities and is in a good location. Our room was on the 33rd floor and had a great view. The only negative was that is was too busy. It took a long time to catch an elevator to get back to your room. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay

The room was small, but clean. It’s a large building with a labyrinth of dark hallways and a multitude of rooms. The breakfast buffet was goods. The check in was very frustrating. When I’ve been traveling and tired, I look forward to a friendly face to check me in. Now there’s computers at Apa. Somehow my name got messed up so I had no reservation. It did get sorted but with much frustration. What happened to customer service? I’ve stayed in Osaka in wonderful hotels that have friendly, welcoming staff. I’ll stay there in the future.

Another wonderful APA Hotel with friendly staff, all the things I've come to love and expect. The new check-in process continues to be very problematic. I finally discovered this time that my reservation did not have my middle name in it, but my passport does which was confusing the system. But still, had to enter so much stuff manually that Expedia already had. It's poorly integrated and poorly implemented (I'm an IT guy so I know). Please fix this one aspect and it will be perfect again. Thank you.

施設の清潔さや利便性、スタッフの対応もとても良く、他のアパホテルと比べても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。直接ホテルの話ではないですが、夜21時過ぎくらいから横の商店街、公園の前辺りに客引きの女性がズラッと並んでいるのでお子様連れや未成年の方にはあまりよろしくないかもしれないです。

関西旅行の拠点に利用しました。大阪駅からは多少歩きますが、東梅田駅近くで交通アクセスは便利。館内にコンビニなどお店多数で便利。大浴場も快適。客室数が多いので、混雑時にエレベーターに乗る時はけっこう待たされますが、致し方ないかなとは思います。わたしは二日間快適に滞在できました。また利用したいです。

全体的に満足でした。立地面として梅田の曽根崎の方で少し距離はありますが、価格帯を考えると特に気にならないかと思います。チェックインの際自動化されているのですが、そこでの操作が若い人はできると思いますが、わかりにくい方もいると思います。アパリゾートなので部屋数も多く、各階も多いので、導線もよく見る必要があるでしょう。私は特に気になりませんでした。翌朝ビジネスとして出る方にはとても便利だと思います。

As a single traveler, there’s a lot about this hotel to love. The location is fantastic, surrounded by eateries and entertainment in every direction. It is also within an easy walking distance to the train and subway stations and entrances to the underground mall. The Lawson’s convenience store on the fourth floor is a real bonus, but if you prefer 7-11 it’s a three minute walk away. The rooms are very small, there is no question about that; but luggage can be stored under the bed, and everything is basically new and well kept. My room has a large flatscreen TV over the bed, with HDMI connection available along with streaming capability. The free Wi-Fi is very fast. There are also many food options within the hotel itself. I was a little worried about elevator congestion, but it’s only at certain times of the day and relatively easy to avoid if you plan ahead. If I am back in Osaka, I will stay here again.

Huge place in convenient area and often priced favourably. Gym is a bit weak but ample if creative and not too busy. Free movies nice plus. Wonderful onsen on site. Very engaged staff. Breakfast a but weak but again ample. Many nearby options. I value this hotel.

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I would not recommend going here with children. I am a frequent traveller & have been in many hotels but this is the first time I have ever gone to a hotel that charges to use the swimming pool. Stayed a week & found out they charge per hour for swimming. With a 15 and 11 year old who wanted to swim paid about £20/hr. 15 yr old charged as adult 🙄. Good for corporate stays not family holiday. Pool is also very small. Food was great and restaurant staff very good.
