We booked the Kids room with our 0 year old. Although the kids space (with no shoes allowed!) was very helpful to let our baby play on the floor, the play mat was torn, and some strings of hair was found on the toy (very sure they’re not ours because they had different color and the length). Because the play mat was torn, our baby almost ripped the flap and ate it. Glad she didn’t. I had a question about the room and I sent a question, they replied once in a few days but they never answered my follow up question. They didn’t say anything at the check in counter either. Now I remembered the line for the check in was horrible. We checked in at around 4, and they accept checking from 3, but there was a loooong line (about 30ppl waiting) and we waited for about 30min to check in. I don’t know why they take that long. The hotel itself is in the big market building and very convenient, but the service was…?

I had reserved two rooms for my family three months prior via Expedia. Upon my arrival for check-in, the hotel staff informed me that they had no record of a reservation under my name. This presented a significant challenge. Despite providing my reservation number, the staff were initially unable to process my check-in. It was only after presenting all reservation numbers I had received via email that they were able to locate and confirm my booking. Given that my family and I had endured a fourteen-hour flight, this situation was particularly taxing. Also, the cleaning conditions of one room were bad. 50/50 rating

Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical. No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed. Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor. Fridge was useless as was the air con. The freezer door was missing which meant that everything we put in the fridge, like fresh milk and drinks and snacks, got frozen and had to be thrown away. Coffee machine wasn’t used as couldn’t add milk. Housekeeping was great. Room air conditioning was awful. Another hotel that controls temperature centrally and it’s fixed for every room. Not good when having a heatwave. Nice to have bottled water every day. Breakfast was on 51st floor. Amazing views. Noisy and chaotic but food good.
