OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts

A convenient hotel with wonderful views of Osaka and very friendly, helpful staff! There is a train station across the street, food options and a public bath on site, and plenty of other amenities. It is clean, modern, and a great choice!

温泉でもないのに、入浴料金が宿泊費と別で1,000円必要はビックリ。利用客はほとんどいなかった。

Excellent hotel, clean and modern and a lot of space in the suite we stayed in. Not the cheapest around cos the suite is for up to 6. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot though the buffet selection was the same for 3 days straight. However the activities are all in Japanese so may be less attractive for non Japanese speaker. I was unlucky that the last day of my stay, the laundry was under maintenance, and same for the free locker service, which means I can’t keep the luggage there after checkout to walk around. Maybe it is a bad period to be in Osaka.

很棒的住宿，空間大、舒適、有設計感。早餐有四種選擇，非常好吃！整體環境感受很新穎、充滿活力。洗衣機和烘乾機很多台，很方便，要電子支付。浴衣有代表星野的icon 繡花很可愛，電子支付的浴場也很舒適，但我們入住兩天，每晚在夜間12點浴場結束之前，大約11:30時，會有三個日本阿姨進來沐浴泡湯，非常喧嘩，配上浴場的天井特殊設計，使吵雜聲有回音，典雅的浴池瞬間變成菜市場。

Amazing hotel! We stayed mostly to go to USJ and it was perfect - free and convenient shuttle to and from the park. Rooms are really cool spaces. Highly recommend.

ホテルは過ごしやすく最高でした。畳敷きの部屋に靴を脱いで上がれる事、広いソファ、大きなテーブル、広い洗面所、洗面台、セパレートで清潔な浴室とトイレ、窓からの景色、夜のたこ焼きとビール＆ジュース食べ飲み放題のイベント、ロビーも広く楽しめる環境でした。ただ、湯屋がホテルと別棟だったので一旦通る距離が暑く、また雨だと大変かな、と思いました。エントランスも空調がなくムワっと暑く改善点かと思いますが、宿泊者全員が利用するわけでもない中では難しいですね。あと、2泊連泊したのですが、2泊目はコーヒーとお茶がいただけなかったのが残念でした。ホテルとは関係ないですが、利用駅のJR（新今宮）にエスカレーターがなく、重いスーツケースを階段で運ぶのが大変だったのと、駅までの間に日雇い労働者のような方が朝昼でも寝てる人が2〜3人。次回は御堂筋線（動物園前駅）を利用してみます。ホテルは子供が住みたいと言うほど快適でした。

駅から近く交通の便がよかったのがとても助かりました。 2階のお庭がとても広く、くつろぎスペースが最高で、夜のクラフトビールとたこやきの無料サービスも大満足でした。

酒店好大好舒服。可能有一日是星期日。早上早餐大把長龍，拿位要用QR填email。大浴場要錢唔係1000日元一日。6-10又要錢 下午就要另計。我們比錢唔介意但分開多太多時間收錢。浴場要12點就關門。對旅客時間太早關門。房卡4人房都只是2張房卡，唔夠用。下次未必會再來。

トリプルに泊まりましたが、式パットに髪の毛がついていました。14階の、廊下のじゅうたんに、ごみが沢山ついていて、びっくりしました。

隔音佳，房間大，打掃整潔度很棒，服務周到，住頂樓有無敵美景，離車站、通天閣近，是絕佳的飯店

室内異様な臭いがしました。 浴室内のドアの付近のカビ汚れが気になりました。

ソファーの座るクッション下にゴミが。あとはスタッフ対応やイベント、設備素晴らしい

とても良いホテルです。星野リゾートをお手軽に体験できました。 コンパクトにまとまった部屋　良かったのですが段々ルームのトイレの位置はリラックスできません。シーツが臭くて廊下も臭かったのが残念でした

The halls smelled of mildew. Not a pleasant property to stay at. Food on site was horrible. Had to request towels…would definitely NOT reccomend

The room was huge for 4 of us and cream quiet. I am so satisfied with this hotel!

いどばたスィートに宿泊しました。部屋も広々としていて、お風呂も浴槽と洗い場が別でとても良かったのですが、トイレに手を洗うところが無くて、離れたところにある洗面所まで行って手を洗わないといけないのが残念でした。是非、トイレに手洗い場を作ってほしい。

清潔感あるとても素敵なお宿でした。角部屋はとにかく眺めがよく、大阪の夜景を一望でき有意義な時間を過ごせました。

Big rooms and close to the markets

We liked the size of the room and the location.

せっかくバスとトイレが別なのに、トイレに手洗い器が付いていないせいで、結局、洗面所まで手を洗いに行かなければならないのは、恥ずかしいレベルの設計ミスと感じます。 誰かが入浴していたら、他の人はトイレに入っても手を洗えない。これではユニットバスと同じか、ユニットバスの機能合理性の方が優っているくらいです。 施設の内装、しつらえ、備品など、細かなところに気配りができているだけに、このミスの単純さと使い勝手の悪さが際立っています。 経営者やスタッフは一度でも泊まってみてください。

We booked 6 months in advanced and we requested to be near to each other or one or max two floors apart because we have kids, they divided us into 2 floors very far, and than the clients just after us had rooms same floor as my family!!!! Plus the layout of the room is so inconvenient, and u don’t have a choice ton wake up everyone to wash ur hands, because the sink is in the middle of the living area. I didn’t have a good experience.

チェックインのカード発行が全て自分でやるスタイルでわかりにくく、スタッフの案内も悪くチェックインだけで40分も掛かり エレベーターもカードをあててもなかなか上手く出来なかった　部屋に入るまでに時間がかかり疲れました。

新しいホテルなので綺麗です。フロントがなく機械でチェックイン 何人かのスタッフがいるので、わからないことは教えてもらえます。 いろいろホテル側からのサービスはありますが、スタッフは対応がイマイチです。 大型ビジネスホテルみたいな感じです。

初めて利用させて頂きました、さすが星野！ 従業員の方の対応はいやみも全く無く親戚なおもて無しでした、施設の、串カツツアーも参加させて頂きましたが素晴らしい対応で楽しかったです。夜は施設のガーデンで無料のクラフトビールとたこ焼きが制限無しで食べ放題でした、プロジェクションマッピングも楽しみ快適でした。1階には有料の、駐車場もあり 1日最大2,000円も利用しました、目の前が新今宮駅なのでアクセスも良く、徒歩で食べ歩きや通天閣、温泉施設、ドンキホーテなどあり十分に楽しむ事もできます。15時前に到着しましたがチケット案内でチェックインもできました。 本当にスタッフさんの対応が良く心良い空間を楽しむ事ができました、、ありがとうございました。 今後は全国の星野グループを体験したくなりました。

靴擦れをしていたので薬局を尋ねたら…バンドエイドを快くくださって助かりました。

家人住宿期間不適，因語言不通不懂得如何叫救護車，職員提供專業協助，令家人可以順利到醫院獲得救治。

Hotel was clean and buzzing, but staff were unforgiving and unsympathetic. We misplaced our hotel card on the day of checking out and they charged us 3000 yen as a penalty. Even though they have a stack of endless cards on the table ready to activate. It wasn't a key but just a plastic card that you can de-activate if lost. We felt this was very unreasonable and very expensive for a piece of plastic. The hotel stay was 2 x more expensive than other accommodation options and we chose this for the green lawn, thinking it would be great for kids to run around. However there were mosquitoes everywhere and not viable to run around for long. It was also too hot outside so don't expect to be able to enjoy the lawn during the summer. We also chose the hotel for their free takoyaki and free beer. Free beer is good but takoyaki is very average. No sauces, no bonito flakes, 1 tiny piece of squid and the rest is all batter. Rooms were relatively small given the price. I disliked that the mattress slid off the frame every time we moved. The bed frame did not have an indent groove to lock in the mattress. Area around the hotel - there is a family mart and Donki 1 block away but that's about it. There is no life outside the hotel so don't expect to come downstairs and enjoy some shopping straight away. You are not in the heart of any action. Would not stay again due to the expensive fee for card we lost while packing our suitcase that day.

Hotel is good. Staff sometimes not too friendly, maybe because we are foreigner, some staffs show impatience and being reluctant to provide information.Hotel have a paying public bath but not onsen(not nature hot spring).

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The breakfast is so-so. We have to wait 45 min to be seated for breakfast! The housekeeping department does not clean your washing basin and tub! They won't take away your dirty mugs and replace new ones. I think the only thing they do is vacuum the floor, make the bed, replace the towels and toilet rolls. The front desk staff's English is limited! I think it is not prepared to serve the tourists from around the world for the Osaka Expo 2025!

As soon as I meet the associate who checked me in I knew I was going to like this hotel.

お部屋が可愛くて子供が大喜びでした。カフェも広々していてチェックインまでゆっくり出来たのが良かったです。駅近で便利なのですが、やはり地域柄あまり治安は良くないなと感じました。でも、また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

酒店正正在JR 新今宮站，機場過嚟十分方便。 酒店環境十分舒適，公園很大，有一種很放鬆的感覺。 房間整潔空間大，放置行李完全冇問題。 酒店鄰近通天閣，天王寺動物園，就算去心齋橋蘭波搭地鐵都很方便。

ホテルは非常に良かったです。線路を挟んだ反対側が西成なので、若干不安を感じました。

Hotels are clean and modern The roundo area there's no many options

Room is large enough for kids. Everything ia good except it is a bit far from central area.

The corner room has great views, very spacious and comfortable. Very new and clean. The front garden is great for kids to run around. The evening activities are fun. The breakfast and cafe areas are great. The location is close to some attractions but far from the center. Near train lines is a plus, but also around some large pachinko parlors a minus.

Very close to Tsutenkaku

非常方便的地點， 不管是大阪地鐵/ 南海地鐵/ JR, 走路都是5分鐘以內的時間， 主要景點也都是幾站的地鐵而已。 強烈推薦！

Fantástica ubicación en barrio típico de Osaka tradicionalmente de trabajadores.

Staff was really friendly and hospitality was great. Room was clean and had enough room for us 4 boys. Located right next to the Shin Imamiya train station made it so easy to get around Osaka. Located near by is the Tsutenkaku tower, great place to get pictures of the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay.

目の前の駅から見えた時に凄いホテルだと一目で分かりました。 設備も綺麗、スタッフも親切、個人的に1番良かったのは朝食ビュッフェです。すごく美味しかったです。

ロビーやお庭など、ゆっくり座って休むところが沢山あります。 お部屋も明るく、とても綺麗です。 朝食もとても美味しいです。 １泊の滞在でしたが、次回は連泊したいと思いました。

全てにおいて最高でした✨ 夜のガーデンや朝食のビッフェのクロワッサン🥐パリパリで美味しかった〜😊 思い出をありがとうございます😊

This hotel was impressive — only five years old and beautifully built. The entryway and overall layout made us feel very welcome right from the start. Check-in was modern and easy with wireless self-check-in kiosks, which was a nice touch. They provide yukatas in both adult and children’s sizes, along with all the amenities you might need. Every evening, they even offer takoyaki, beer, and occasionally champagne, which was a fun bonus. The first room we were assigned had a slight musty smell, but the staff quickly helped us switch to a different room with no issues — and the new room was perfect with no smell. I wish we had time to try the bathhouse, but unfortunately, our schedule didn’t allow it. We did get to try the breakfast one morning, and I wouldn’t recommend it — it was overpriced for the quality and the food tasted mediocre. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the future, but I would skip the breakfast next time.

Sofa bed was comfortable and wide enough. Not enough tissue paper in the room. Lovely views on the 14th floor. Free takoyaki and drinks on level 1 in the evening. Though the takoyaki wasn't great. Have to get your own water from the dispenser outside the room. Coffee was great though.
