The hotel was walkable to Dotonbori which was great for food and night life. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. Check in was very easy and convenient. The hotel also offered luggage delivery in the lobby and had a money exchange machine!

Much larger room compared to the regular Sotetsu properties. Small bath and mini fridge but otherwise feels more spacious. More free amenities and other essentials as well. Larger reception hall and many more kiosks to check in and out. Very close to many markets and famous streets to allow large selection of shopping and food. Would stay here again.

The rooms are quite small with no storage space for suitcases if you have them. A twin bed room would satisfy one person. We did not have any noise pollution in our room. Washer/Dryer facilities are limited (3) but available; there was usually always a queue so I may suggest handling laundry at another hotel if you have the opportunity. Overall, the hotel is relatively clean with a seamless check-in/checkout process. It is in a great location to have access to Dotonbori Street with a myriad of food options and multiple convenience stores within walking distance. About 5 mins from the nearest station as well.

Location was amazing. The only complaint is the laundry service only had 3 machines and each load was tiny and not dried even after 2 hours. Also does not offer drinking water.

チェックインもアウトもオール自動システムでスムーズ。ロビーにあるアメニティは充実。メイク落としがあるのはうれしい。宿泊客のほとんどがインバウンド。場所柄でしょうが、深夜まで廊下でうるさい。立地が便利ですが、大きな道に面しているので、深夜までバイクの音などで何度も目が覚めてしまいました。部屋はきれいでした。フロントも感じが良かったです。朝食の評判が良さそうなクチコミもあったのですが、まぁ、まぁ、という印象。混雑することもなくスムーズでしたが、和食のおかずが少なく、焼きそば、たこ焼き、ピザとか、味もうーーむ…というメニューが多めですが、ほぼインバウトという客層にはこういうメニューがウケるのでしょうか。チェックアウトが11時なのはありがたいけれど、部屋でゆっくりするためにコーヒーの部屋への持ち出しサービスがあれば尚ありがたい。枕と部屋着が油臭い臭いがしていたのが最も残念なところでした。

Hotel lobby was messy and dirty. Hotel room was very dirty, many bugs and flies. Walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms and hallways. Air conditioning on but room was still hot.

Almost perfect, one thing I noticed though, every time I had my room made up, they do not vacuum the room carpet, I do not see a vacuum at the aisle as well. Room and washroom is clean, it would be better if rooms are to be vacuumed.

The air conditioning was virtually non-existent. It didn't cool the room at all. There we 3 coin operated laundry machines for a 14 floor hotel, this made trying to laundry impossible because they were always occupied. The location of this hotel was excellent. Cross the street for all the excitement of Dontonburi, but don't work up a sweat as you'll never cool off once you get back to your hotel.

Great location, okay-sized rooms. The thermostat is very minimal though - it's just a knob that you turn to either cool or warm. No temperature setting. So it's often warmer than how we would want it on a hot September day. The walls are thin, so it's easy to hear everyone in the hallway. Amenities are good. Breakfast is okay.

Extremely busy hotel which seems to cater to large foreign tourist groups. Check-in was somewhat challenging. There are machines to scan ones passports to check in. However, the machine wouldn't properly scan our passports. One of the staff directed me to the checkin desk, after which they directed me back to the machine to scan my passport, which again didn't work. So, they directed me back to the checkin desk and we did the procedure the "old fashioned"way. The hotel is clean, but not as clean as the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. As well, the rooms and hallways were mostly quiet, but this was the only hotel in our Japan stay where we heard loud talking in our room coming from the hallways. Breakfast is decent, but there are restaurants and cafes nearby which offer better. Dotonbori street is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend a little restaurant at the far end of Dotonbori called "Gyozaoh". It's a little restaurant, but the food is excellent as is the staff.

The best part of my stay in this hotel was the great customer service. Despite of the language barrier, they will go above and beyond to help especially when I needed to send my luggage’s back to Tokyo. Shout out to manager Sato for all your help.

I would say staff has went beyond our expectations from not satisfied to very satisfied. At first, I accidentally booked a smoking floor cos I didn’t know such floors exist and all of my family members have asthma so it was a nightmare for all of us. The smoking floor has a really bad smell to it and the smell goes in even inside of our room. First person said he couldn’t do anything about it. We took our chance, and asked a 2nd staff person in the morning and the person we spoke to, helped us changed our rooms from the smoking flr to a non smoking flr and it made a HUGE difference, no foul smell, rooms are clean, amenities are provided like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner plus there is complimentary supplies downstairs, free umbrella rental just in case you needed it, free night wears. Very convenient location just across the street from Dotombori, lots of food choices and a 7 eleven and family mart just right outside and train station was just around the corner about 3-4 minute walk. Staff are very welcoming and I appreciate it so much that they were able to make things happen with our room because we will definitely come back and recommend this place. Just beware booking smoking floors if you’re not aware.. otherwise other floors is totally fine.

**Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba** During our first night, we stayed on the third floor, and the view wasn't great. I requested a different room with a better view, and the next day, we were moved to the tenth floor, which had magnificent views overlooking the river. The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it's close to shops, transportation, and restaurants. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated, and the rooms are somewhat small but clean. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for a reasonable price. The hotel’s location was very convenient for food and shopping nearby. The hotel was in a decent location, near shops and food and subway stations. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. We liked the variety of food they offered and it tasted ok. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean and the bed was comfortable.
