大浴場の清掃がイマイチだった。

Hotel is great! Clean, comfortable, ample size for solo person to stay in. Best of all the room type I stayed in have fridge with freezer, washer/dryer and microwave so you can have late night supper or breakfast from the comfort of the room. Staff are super friendly and helpful too! Plus there is a metro station just right in front of the hotel entrance (with another lift access to the metro just a few mins walk away) Definitely a great hotel to recommend for anyone looking to explore Fukuoka with ease!

1個站到達博多站, 1個站到達天神地下街, 很方便!!! 坐Taxi去中洲也很方便!!! 地鐵出口有扶手電梯不用走樓梯。 缺點是酒店的大浴場超多人, 同時間有10-20人也不誇張(但有的人在洗澡, 有的人在浸溫泉, 有的人在吹頭髮) 我的房型一開門就是床, 窗在廁所裡, 窗是磨紗款沒有窗簾, 如果一定要全黑的人就不能選這種房間了, 但房間在日本而言算是挺大的, 可以把2個大行李同時打開, 只是打開後會沒位置走路了~

チェックイン、チェックアウトはタッチパネルですが、そばで指示していただけたのでとても簡単に済ませることができました。お部屋に洗濯機と洗剤もありましたので気兼ねなくお洗濯ができて快適でした。朝食は和洋共に珍しいお料理や色々なお野菜が充実していて、とても美味しくいただきました。具沢山のお味噌汁が特に嬉しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんもやりすぎでない心地良いサービスでとても好感が持てました。 博多駅も天神も地下鉄で一駅。しかも地下鉄の櫛田神社前駅からすぐの立地。こんなに便利なホテルとは思わずに予約しましたが、大正解でした。

職員識英文，溝通無問題。有收費停車場，車位都夠。 1樓有洗衣機，男好湯分別都有，幾好，600 yen 可以洗衣 乾衣，大約半機衫，乾衫就要加鐘先乾得透。浴場夠大，地方乾淨，仲有御妝油使用。 步行去博多車站同中洲天神都好方便。去運河城只需幾分鐘。 早餐選擇多而且味道不錯。 如果可以幫忙搬行李上房就更好。

新しいのも有り全般的に良かったです。立地は博多駅と中洲の中間である意味微妙ですが、逆にどちらにも歩いて行けるとも考えればいいかもしれません。地下鉄空港線を使う時は中洲川端駅まで歩きましたが少し距離あります。 金曜なったことは大浴場の更衣室の床が濡れていたり、汚れていて不快でした。女性の方からもそういう声を聞きました。

新しいホテルで、しかも大好きな大浴場付きということでここに泊まってみました。大浴場は広くとても清潔で脱衣所の温度も入浴後ちょうどいい感じ。サービスのアイスキャンディーは最後の1本で、その後補充はなかったようです。夜10時半ごろは韓国の人や中国の人でかなり混んでいましたが、洗い場も少し待てば使えました。大浴場には、客室からタオルを持っていくシステムで、小さいタオルも持っていって濡らしてしまうと、お部屋にはもう乾いたタオルは残らず、翌朝顔を拭くタオルもなく、できればもう一枚小さいタオルがあるといいです。 フロントや大浴場の脱衣所には、体を洗うスポンジや、歯ブラシは置いてありました。ポンプ式のクレンジングや洗顔料は脱衣所にしかなく、これは大浴場の洗い場におくべきかと思いました。どうしても床や洗面台に抜け毛はたくさん落ちてしまいますので、もう少し頻繁に定期的に清掃が入るといいなと思いました。 自動チェックイン機もあり、スタッフさんとお話しする機会はあまりありませんでしたが、外人スタッフが多い印象でした。 朝食は口コミがとても良かったのでとても期待していきました。スープは3種類でどれもおいしかったです。きれいな冷たい前菜もあり、会場もとても綺麗で全体に満足でした。レイトチェックアウトで、朝食が10時まで食べていられるのも客目線で嬉しかったです。 小上がりツインルームは、和と洋が上手にミックスされて、ベッドは寝心地も良く、照明もほどよく明るく、とてもリラックスできました。とにかく新しいのでどこもきれいで気持ちよかったです。もちろん、交通の便も良く、キャナルシティも近くどこへ行くにも便利でした。また利用したいです。

Das Hotel ist einfach mittels U-Bahn oder auch zu Fuß mit leichtem Gepäck erreichbar. Das Hotel wirkt neu und es ist völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage um Fukuoka und Umgebung zu erkunden. Es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist leider, wie sehr oft in Japan, eher enttäuschend und sehr asiatisch.

基本的には文句なしのまた泊まりたいホテル。 換気扇？を付けると寒く、あまり付けたくない暖房を付けることになったこと。 加湿器の給水カップが分かりにくい。 洗面台の水垢が気になった。 たまに大きめの埃が降ってくる。 洗面所の窓にもロールカーテンがあり、外の光を遮断してくれるので… とても眠りに入りやすかったが… ベッド横に置いてある時計が、前の宿泊者がアラームをセットしていたのか、それがオンになったままで変な時間に起こされたのは1番不快だった。 ケータイのアラームが主流となり、ベッド横の時計のアラームをかける人は少ないかもしれないが… チェックアウト後はそう言うところも気にして欲しい。

The hotel is in a perfect location, to metro/bus/shopping center/food places… however the air conditioner is so loud, if I turned it off the room gets very cold very quickly, but if I kept it on, the noise will keep waking me up multiple times at night… Cleanliness wise, the room is quite small, can’t get away with the humidity and some smells :(( The breakfast is great tho, a lot to chooses from… If you are only staying for 2 nights, this place is efficient, but I don’t recommend long staying travelers, especially if you are sensitive to sound&humidity

酒店新淨，開業2個月…清潔麻麻地，今次我住榻榻米房，床有蝨，手同大肶都被咬 每朝開門就有一堆毛巾同床單堆一座山放門口...感覺唔多好

初めて宿泊しました。連泊だったので、部屋に乾燥機付き洗濯機と流し場（シンク）が設置されていて便利でした。部屋にこのような設備があるお部屋は初めてでした。 静かなお部屋をリクエストしたところ、対応していただき大変感謝します。おかげでゆっくり眠れました。 他にも困ったことがあった時も、フロントの方にご相談したところ快く対応していただきありがとうございました。 部屋でシャワーを使用する度に、壁から伝った水が床に漏れてしまうのでバスマットを2枚もらい対処してました。シャワーカーテンをきちっと閉めても水が壁を伝って漏れてくるので、この点は改善の余地があると思いました。 使用しませんでしたが、一階には大浴場があります。 外国人客がとても多いです。エレベーターの床が紙ゴミが散らかっていたりして驚いたことがありましたが、全体的には清潔感がある施設です。 駅からすぐで、周辺も大きなスーパーがあり、飲屋街も近いので便利でした。

The hotel is not next to but walkable to shopping areas and eateries. Although its location is not as convenient as those hotels in the Hakata Station area, it has the benefit of being quiet. The room was also very clean and well designed. The only setback being the pillows, which are very hard and thick. I had to remove the pillows before I could fall asleep.

清潔で、スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。 宿泊部屋に浴槽がなかったことを、事前に知らなかったため、もう少し事前情報がわかりやすいと助かります。

Room was very small. The very low chair provided was very uncomfortable for me.

A brand new hotel. Decent bed. Nice shower. Clean. Great location to canal City and a quick walk to the train station. There is no window in the room. Just a glazed one in the bathroom. So if you like natural light this will be an issue. I also thought the pillow was like a sand bag.

這間酒店最大優點是運河城就在隔離，酒店旁亦有地鐵入口，非常方便。但酒店房間比相片細小，而床褥正放地板上太魏了，老人家從床上站起來，甚至為困難。下次不會選擇再入住了😒😒😩

廊下や隣の部屋の声が聞こえすぎ！ ドアからすぐ部屋になるのはいかがなものか？

We loved the bunkbed with a tatami mat next to it. It was cosy and we enjoyed the public bath.

房間雖小，但十分企理乾淨，很舒適。即使是隔天打掃，也問題不大。有大浴場，洗衣乾衣機。交通方便，附近有24小時超市。唯一缺點是睡床太近大門，隔鄰開門關門會聽得很清楚，晚上如果鄰房有人出入會被開門聲打擾。

Grotere kamer met kitchenette en wasmachine - droogkast, op wandelafstand van Hakata station (10-15 min), ook een metrostation vlak aan de ingang. Smart tv op de kamer. Het bed was niet super comfortabel, bediening van airco/verwarming onduidelijk.

Thin walls and other guest not closing the door slowly instead of letting the door slam close on its own. Also the super slow elevator not forgetting all of the elevator by default will stop at 2nd floor even though you don't press the button for it. Which I find annoying and inconvenience to guest to be honest.

受付スタッフや施設も綺麗で大満足でしたが 初日10月20日16時前後に到着時、駐車場にいた年配の方の対応が不親切で残念でした。 それと博多と博多祇園店があることを知らずに間違えてしまったのですが、博多店のフロントスタッフの方が間違えやすい店舗がある事を早く教えていただけたら慌てずに済んだと思います。

Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

スタッフの方も親切で対応も良かった。ホテル、部屋も綺麗で居心地よく過ごせました。アクセスも良くてどこへ行くのも便利でした。また、博多へ行った時は利用したいと思います。

I am really very impressed by this hotel's excellent service. Not only is its room very clean and user-friendly but its managment is really committed to making its guests' stay comfortable. This can be shown by the following two examples: 1) I complained about getting a Japanese-style room when I wrote the post-check-in review because I had difficulty in getting up from its low chairs and bed. The hotel management promptly responded, offering to change the room for me. This has really exceeded my expectations because, when I later checked my reservation records, it was me who had mistakenly booked a Japanese room without realizing it. I am really impressed by how the hotel regards its guests' interests more important than defending their rights. They could well point out that it was me who booked the Japanese room but instead, they chose to ensure I had a comfortable stay. 2) I wrote before I arrived at the hotel to request leaving my luggage in the hotel aftet check-out for a few days because I would check in again after a short trip elsewhere. They promptly reverted with a positive response and, I could feel my request had been duly recorded. This is because all staff whom I met when I checked in and checked out seemed to know about my request without any need to remind them. This is not easy at all if not for the importance they attach to their guests' needs. Many hotels can serve their guests professionally but few serve its guests with heart, too. I would high

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. The shower, in particular, was very soothing with optimal heat and flow. I already look forward to staying at it again a few days later, after a short stay away.

2nd time to stay here, and the service and staff efficiency is still high even typhoon caused some inconvenience.

Walking distance from Hakata Rail Station, and it is very close to the shopping mall of Canal City. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Although the staff does not have perfect performance, they are still very nice and very helpful; help to make a call to the restaurant to reconfirm our booking with nicely smile all the time.

エレベーター使用時カードキーをセンサーにかざして行先階を指定する仕組みの説明がなかったので他の客に教えて貰ってやっと部屋にたどり着いた。また同じように戸惑っている客がいたので教えてあげた。エレベーター使用時には良い仕組みだとは思うが初めての体験だったがホテル側は当たり前だと思って説明しないのか？何より先に必要な説明だと思う。

綺麗でした。 キャナルシティに行くにも近くて良かったです。

酒店狀況極新淨，位置也很方便，可步行去運河城，附近也有很多餐廳及屋台。步行5分鐘，可到川端商店街，購物飲食也很便宜。 酒店門口有地鐵站，坐一站可到博多站或天神站，也有巴士去到LaLaPort及博多港。 酒店有大浴場，以市區酒店來說環境十分不錯。 但酒店房間偏細，雖然床褥很軟，但枕頭太硬，睡得不太舒服。浴室尚算寬敞，而且用高級廁具，有加分。 酒店員工年輕有禮，而且可以用英文溝通，check-in check out過程快速順暢，而且也協助我訂位心儀餐廳，服務滿分。

The location is quite convenient, walking distance to Canal City and Hakata Station. The hotel is very modern and stylish. Our room was spotless clean and very well maintained. The public bath was a great addition to the experience. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room for family, we found it difficult to find enough space to open our two 27” luggages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again.

機会があればまた泊まりたいです。 朝食も美味しかったです。
