駅チカの割には列車の音も気にならず静かでした。お部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。大浴場もひろくて清潔で夜、朝二回利用させて頂きました。もう少し更衣スペースが広ければ良いかと思いますが、全体的には満足しました。

博多駅すぐそばの好立地で、分かりやすい場所でした。大浴場はサウナや露天風呂まであり、清潔でアメニティも充実していて、大満足でした。無理だろうなぁと思いながら、チェックアウトの日に荷物を預かって欲しいと申し出たところ「ロビーに無料のロッカーがありますので」と案内され利用させて頂きました。おかげで夕方まで博多観光やお土産選びをして、サッと荷物を引き上げて帰路につく事ができました。また、利用したいです。

This hotel is just ok- it's lobby is pretty, the onsen is nice but the rooms are smaller than average. Also the elevator is extremely dangerous- my daughter was badly bruised when the doors slammed on her as she stepped in after me. This had also happened to others we talked to. They need to be set to give more time or a sensor or something.

I stayed at the women’s exclusive floor, which I feel very safe. The room is tiny, so okay for a solo traveler like me but the carpet is a bit dirty and full of different kind of stains. The staff are nice, breakfast is okay and the extremely convenient location which you complain anything except the hotel room carpet and the noise from the train station nearby. Bus terminal is just opposite to hotel and you can easily access to airport / other tourist spots , also the convenient store is connected to hotel. I will stay in this hotel again if I need to rush for trains to other cities / locations!

バスルームは清潔でしたが、洗面所の床の素材が畳のような作りで、目地に色々な汚れが詰まっているのが衛生上気になりました。普通のビニール素材か石のようなタイルなどが掃除もしやすいし清潔かと思います。少し残念なところです。あと、謎に床にパジャマが落ちていてキレイなものが落ちたのか、使ってあるのか？わかりませんでした。

Staff was great, but the beds are traditional, Japanese beds and very hard. We asked for extra blankets to try to soften up the beds and either they didn’t understand or didn’t want to comply. I have a back injury and staying there 5 nights was torture.

Front Desk was very helpful. A/C didn't work well. We had two rooms. One room was very nice but the other room with 1 full size bed was pretty tight for 2 adults to stay in and the shower room smelled a bit (like sewer smell). The breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great. The food was fine but the workers there were so rude and not friendly. We didn't feel welcome there at all. One staff yelled at me for using the wrong towel to wipe down some spills on the counter (supposedly it was there for the employees to use, not for the customers to use). Not a great experience. We had free breakfast included in the package but we didn't go back. Other than that, it is located right next to bus station, easy access to Hakata station, Subway, Bus everything. We like it overall

The overall experience with the hotel was good. The location was exceptional and onsen was really nice. The hotel quality was generally good. However, the hotel washroom seemed a bit outdated for us. We requested to clean the washroom “throughly”but still it smelled quite disturbing. The hotel offered us to change the room but we did not feel necessary as other rooms seemed to be the similar conditions. The Wifi was also very slow. Other than these. The staffs are nice and friendly.

코로나 이전에도 자주 갔었던 곳이예요. 여전히 깔끔하고 정갈한 느낌에 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 객실 조명이 밝아서 룸이 답답해 보이지 않았어요. 여성전용층에는 고데기와 발맛사지기도 있는데 세심한 부분까지 신경 써주는 부분은 감동이었고 잘 사용했어요. 온천은 너무 좋았어요. 넓은 공간에 욕탕도 3개. 그중 노천탕은 일본에 왔다는 느낌이 들어 너무 좋았어요.^^

We had to move rooms because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff member did not help with luggage. Laundry facilities clean and there were many machines. Room small but hotel is lovely. Great location. Hot bath was great but crowded.

チェックイン、チェックアウトを端末で手続きするところが増えてますが、こちらも端末での手続きとなります。それはいいのですが、それでも館内に入ったらいらっしゃいませとかこんばんはとか一言あるべきかと。チェックアウト時もおはようもなければいってらっしゃいもお気をつけてもありません。スタッフさんはそこにいるんですけど。挨拶も無く、手続き終わったタイミングでおもむろにアメニティバーの説明を始めるとか非常識にも程があるな〜と感じてしまいました。ホテル自体が新しいようで部屋は少々狭いですが、清潔感はありました。が、二度と泊まりません。礼儀を大切にする日本の方だけでなく、インバウンドの方にも違和感や不快感を与えるのではと、同じ日本人として非常に残念に思いました。

博多駅、博多バスターミナルに近くとても便利。博多駅ビル施設や地下街の飲食店も豊富です。空港にも地下鉄で二駅、地下鉄やバスターミナルに隣接で移動拠点として申し分なし。大浴場は思いの外広く、清潔感十分。

Great location. Next to a train and bus station. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance from tourist attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is incredibly small, to the point where we can't even move around freely after opening one piece of luggage. Additionally, there are multiple crosswalks to cross from Hakata station to the hotel, and each one requires a considerable wait time, which can be quite inconvenient.

호텔이 깨끗하고 특히 대욕장에서 피로를 풀고 쉴 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 더 좋았던게 조식인데 매우 수준이 높습니다! 특히 네기토로가 있어서 밥위에 놓고 네기토로동을 만들어 4번 맛이게 먹었습니다! 다시 숙박 하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Front Desk was very helpful. A/C didn't work well. We had two rooms. One room was very nice but the other room with 1 full size bed was pretty tight for 2 adults to stay in and the shower room smelled a bit (like sewer smell). The breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great. The food was fine but the workers there were so rude and not friendly. We didn't feel welcome there at all. One staff yelled at me for using the wrong towel to wipe down some spills on the counter (supposedly it was there for the employees to use, not for the customers to use). Not a great experience. We had free breakfast included in the package but we didn't go back. Other than that, it is located right next to bus station, easy access to Hakata station, Subway, Bus everything. We like it overall

朝食はバイキングでとても美味しかったです。壁が薄いのか、廊下の音がたまに聞こえるのが気になったくらい。ホテルも綺麗だし、駅近だし、Netflixも観れて大満足です。また、利用させていただきます。

Location was perfect five minute walk from the Hakata station room was OK since it is located right next to a cut station. You will hear the train time to time. Breakfast was above average, however they serve sashimi. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel.

とてもゆっくり体を休める事ができました。ありがとうございました。一つ言えば　朝食の案内の不手際でしょうか。食事中のカードが席に戻ったら　なくなってましたし　案内もされてない人が続々入ってきて　カードがおいてある席に座ってました。入り口で　案内の人がいなかったと思われます。

Room was ok but needs an upgrade to cleaner floors and walls. Breakfast was very subpar. Staff were nice and the onset area was great including a sauna. Would stay here again for the convenience of the location- 5 minute walk to the Hakata Train/ Bus Station.
