Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake

Would not check in early, took luggage, but did not give good info on where to get food/lunch. Staff not friendly.

It was a very independent check in and check out process which is Greta if you’re tired of talking to people, but I like a personable touch at my hotels so I missed that aspect. I would’ve liked someone to walk me through the ins and outs of the hotel. It was also so hard to find the entrance form outside taxi drivers didn’t know where to drop you either. More signage outside would do good. There weren’t many amenities compared to a lot of other cheaper hotels I stayed at this trip and it’s pretty out of the way of most things in tokyo. Overall pleasant! Just wish there were a few personal touches and more clearly outlined rules and signs !

Excellent hotel with large rooms (for Japan). Staff was accommodating and facilities were excellent. Ate breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was an incredible spread of both western and Japanese items.

Good sized room, but lacked a proper desk area for working. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, cell phone chargers provided in room and need room key to elevators, next to Ariake mall, clean hotel all the way around.
