I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed!

家族旅行で2回目の宿泊です。朝食がとても美味しかったことと、子どもの希望でプール付きの宿を探していて、宿泊者は無料で利用でき、ロッカールームもプールも綺麗でバスタオルも備えられており楽しめました。サウナと大浴場もあったそうですが、場所がわからなかったので利用せず、部屋のバスルームを使いましたが、やはりバスルームとトイレは別の方がよかったです。あと備え付けのボディーソープやシャンプーはほぼ無臭で、もう少しやさしい香りがするもの希望です。浴衣以外に希望でパジャマが借りれたのが嬉しいです。お部屋はとても静かで清潔で、当日は雨でしたが朝食後12時チェックアウトまでゆっくり過ごせたので大満足でした。地下駐車場は枠が狭くて、停めたらドアが開けられず降りれないので困りました。他の車はほぼ2台分のスペースを使っていたので、やむを得ずその様に停めました。枠の線が上書きされたのか何重にもなっていて分かりにくかったので☆-1

Lobby, bar and restaurants are very nice. The gym is well equipped. The floors and mirrors are very clean but unfortunately the equipment is very dirty, especially the treadmills. I was working out at midnight and the cleaning crew were meticulous in cleaning thr floors and mirrors but didn’t wipe down the gym equipment. It looks like the treadmills haven't been cleaned in months. The one i was on my shoes stuck in the tread when i walked! You can see sweat drops and dust on the machine! Gross!

さすがHilton。室内プールやジム、テニスコートなど、名古屋の中心地にありながら、施設は大変充実しており、海外の方にも大変過ごしやすいホテルではないでしょうか。駐車場は着いた時は満車でしたが、直ぐに空くと言われ、半信半疑で待っていたら、本当に直ぐに空きました。足の悪い母親を連れての宿泊でしたが、スタッフ皆様大変お心遣いがすばらしく、また宿泊したいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

We stayed for 3 days, the room was not made up on our first day. Thrash was not cleared on the second day. Toilets had leaks, and shower areas were not very clean, spots and marks everywhere. Poor standard for a Hilton Hotel.

I found an unclean mug inside the cabinet even I was keeping used it everyday. The shower design is not good at all as you will splash the water beyond a small glass partition within the tub. Also, the swimming pool is tiny.The whole property is old and not worth to gain 4 stars awards.

The hotel is located within walking distance (15-20min) to the central train station and downtown areas. The area around the hotel is quite nice with several dining options and convenience stores nearby. The room was large (for Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. I asked for a room on a high floor and was situated on the 14th floor (or above) which gave us a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel has a very nice gym with all one needs for a good strength and/or cardio work out. There is also a pool, but for us the win was the sento with a fantastic hot and cold pool alongside a sauna. I would definitely recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience.

疫情前曾經入住，今次再來發現酒店房間曾經裝修，可是浴室隔音很差，幾乎僅有一板之隔，並且配上一大塊透光磨砂玻璃，淋浴等的聲音全都傳到房內，一個人入住問題不大，如果雙人入住有一人先就寝，另一人仍在使用浴室，不但噪音滋擾，浴室燈光更透過玻璃間隔照亮房間令先睡的房客難以入睡，可能酒店希望雙人房的房客每晚都同時關燈睡眠吧。

First time staying here. -bathtub/shower HALF glass door is strange. Why not a full sliding door or a simple shower curtain -no phone charger -no pen, notepad -it’s winter but they give you a Yukata. チェックインする際に先に預けていた荷物のことや予約していたプラン内容（食事やレイトチェックアウトなど）について何も説明が無く、見下したような態度で笑顔もないフロントの若い女性に当たってしまい、スタートからこのホテルにしたことを後悔しました。ホテル自体は掃除は行き届いているようですが古い感じです。場所は名古屋駅や栄方面へもタクシーですぐで便利でした。2泊しましたが朝食ビュッフェはほぼ同メニューのようでした。チェックインの際の女性スタッフの方以外は、皆さん親切なスタッフさんで好感が持てました。

We had a great stay here. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked-out, so we emailed the staff after returning home to Osaka. The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy.

Hotel surpassed all expectations. Outstanding hotel staff. They are exceptionally courteous & all spoke English when they saw that we didn’t understand Japanese. The breakfast buffet is worth it. We bought it at the time of reservation and saved some $ if you have 2 people or more. Also, the amenities are great. The gym had a full set up to include dumbbells, treadmills, rower, even a Smith machine and a lot of other machines. I’ve seen private membership gyms with less equipment. They also have a full locker room set up, pool, and tennis courts. The location is great. You’re right next to the Fushimi station which allows you to go anywhere on the subway and you can take the #16 bus back to the train station easily by walking one block from the hotel. As far as Nagoya- Everything is really affordable right now if you’re converting from either Korean Won or USD to JPY. But be prepared to get cash at the train station. There are few international atms in Nagoya, so get the cash while you can plus you’ll need it to buy a train ticket. The buses are cash only or IC card. The sushi is great-there’s a fish market past the Pachinko parlor- a 12 minute walk from the hotel & some of the best Tuna sushi and Sashimi we have ever had was served there. Highly recommend the Hilton for this trip. It’s right where you want to be and it’s exceptionally comfortable. Deluxe king included an iron, kettle, Nespresso, cups, empty fridge, glasses, hairdryer, safe, slippers, robes, laundry, kimonos.

家族連れで利用しました。部屋は清潔でした。メンテナンスが行き届いている印象を受けました。私達が宿泊した日は、カップルも、親子連れも、年配の方も多くいました。ホテルの周辺はオフィスビルやビジネスホテルがたっていました。日中も、夜間も落ち着いた環境でした。　ホテルまでのアクセスはとても良いです。名古屋駅からホテル最寄り駅の伏見駅は地下鉄に乗り一駅です。伏見駅から階段をあがり歩いて５分ほどで着きましす。JR名古屋駅からタクシーを利用して千円ぐらいでした。名古屋に移動する際は、また利用したいホテルという個人的な感想を持ちました。
