Trying to find check in was difficult. Difficulty finding a space to park for check in. Check in staff was very slow and very rude, I waited in one of 2 lines for 20 minutes at least only to be told the line was “over there”, pointing to other line. When I left to eat my, by now, cold take out in the car, and then return, again there was 2 lines. I stood in one, my granddaughter in the other. The check in person told me I was 2 feet to the right of check in line earlier. What?? There was no one behind me and I was standing behind the man in front of me

The view of the falls and river was amazing.. the rooms were on the smaller size, but we were only in it to sleep.. my biggest issues were that only 1 elevator was working and with every one leaving by 11 we had to wait 3x till the elevator came thru that we could get on with a cart.. the other was all the fees added on when we checked out.
