The only two good things about this hotel are -right next to the train station -two lovely ladies working at the front-desk, but if you happened to meet the manager Mr. Frank when you checked in then good luck to you, it's completely hopeless! The bad things are -The hotel looks more like a student dormitory, except the lobby is decorated with modern styles. -The room is very simple and small with no comfort, out-dated furnitures, mini-fridge doesn't work and bathroom looks like in 60s/70s. -The safe batteries went out after locked our stuffs in, we couldn't open it and had to wait till the following morning to have the hotel engineer to change the batteries. What a big burden if you have a early train to catch the following morning!!! -It's a way way over priced considering the amenities that hotel offers.

Keine 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt! Empfang sehr freundlich. Zimmer angenehm groß und sehr ordentlich. Kleiner Kühlschrank (ohne Minibarinhalt), Safe im Zimmer. Ausreichend groß für Laptop! Wasserkocher und Kaffeetassen und Instantkaffee und Tee! Alles sehr angenehm!

Prefer to have a microwave in the room to be satisfied With making my own cup of tea (which I bring from home). What happened with wash cloths? First time Ive been in a hotel who don’t supply them. Is this a European thing? If so, funny because my Mom was from here and she introduced us to them! (Also sold as sets in Canada for decades.)

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer lag Richtung Bahnhof/Gleisanlage, daher war es auch bei geschlossenem Fenster laut. Vor dem Hotel durften wir nicht halten, das Parkhaus ist ein gutes Stück entfernt und wir mussten das Gepäck tragen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer lag Richtung Bahnhof/Gleisanlage, daher war es auch bei geschlossenem Fenster laut. Vor dem Hotel durften wir nicht halten, das Parkhaus ist ein gutes Stück entfernt und wir mussten das Gepäck tragen.

A La primera habitación que nos toco no le servía el mini fridge y el aire acondicionado no andaba muy bien. Para nosotros era importante tener aire acondicionado cuando pocos hoteles en Europa de este precio lo ofrecen . Tenia vista horrible , a las vías del tren inmediatas y gente trabajando en ellas . Sin cafetera en el cuarto Nos hicieron gracias a Dios un up grade por el tema del fridge y la nueva habiatacion fue lindisima , vista a hotel Carlton calle y árbol . Cafetera en cuarto y todo muy bien Lo que es excelente es q está a elndia cuadra de la estación de trenes y una cuadra de la entrada a la antigua ciudad

Toiletten, Fahrstuhl etc. nur mit Karte zu öffnen, die Karte musste mehrfach wieder freigegeben werden, sehr lästig und zeitaufwändig. Frühstück zu teuer, Aufbackbrötchen und wenig Brotsorten. Zimmer klein, aber gut und es gab einen Kühlschrank.

The hotel is next to the train station and near the theater and the entrance or the city. I think for one to two nights it’s a pleasant place to stay while visiting Nürnberg. + The room was clean + furniture and other items were updated in the last couple of years. + the room is set up for travelers. For example, there is a place to put your luggage and a nice closet. The only negative would be it is next to the train station and if the windows were sound proof it then would be excellent. Overall very good.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights on a recent trip, and were mostly satisfied with it. We had one issue in that several rooms did not have working air conditioning (in July!) so our first night was a hot one; however, hotels.com helped us to work with the hotel to move us for day 2 and 3 to a better room and we were offered partial credit from hotels.com. The whole thing was handled okay, but it seemed like something that should've been mentioned before we went up to the room. Beds could be more comfortable and there is only one pillow each - but this is a budget option hotel and for the price, the room is good - comparable to an ibis. Beyond those things, we found the staff friendly, the location excellent, and the hotel clean and modern.

The hotel was clean and close to the central train station which was great for transportation. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The downside was the bed was hard and the pillows were a bit to flat for my liking but overall everything was great.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist schon durchaus praktisch (Man verlässt das Hotel und steht praktisch direkt vor dem Bahnhof), hat allerdings auch den Nachteil, dass das Hotel direkt an den Gleisen liegt und man die Züge vorbeifahren hört. Mich persönlich hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, sensibele Personen könnten hier aber Probleme vorallem im Bezug auf Schlaf haben. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber, nur die Duschkabine wirkte etwas altbacken. Für Leute die z. B. Nur eine Nacht bleiben eine perfekte Unterkunft, da man auch durch die Bahnhofsnåhe schnell überall hinkommt.

Já estive neste hotel algumas vezes, sempre foi muito bom. Mas desta vez achei que o banheiro estava cheirando mal. Não tinha serviço de limpeza e/ou arrumação (isto eu não me importo, mas algumas pessoas podem achar útil). A localização é excelente, e o atendimento também!

Great location, great value of money. The room is compact and the deco is a little dated, but great hot shower, comfy bed, nice staff. If you are looking for convenience and value, this is the hotel.

フランクフルト空港の最終のルフトハンザでニュルンベルク空港に到着しました。空港出てすぐチケットを購入し地下に移動してUバーンに乗り、ニュルンベルク駅まで13分。駅からは少し暗い道を歩きましたが、駅近なのですぐに到着しました。23時にもかかわらず、スタッフの方がいて、チェックインも簡単に出来ました。 夜遅くに到着だと、ホテルキャンセルされてたり、受付終わってたり、不安なことがありますが、こちらのホテルは親切です。

The bad things are -The hotel looks more like a student dormitory, except the lobby is decorated with modern styles. -The room is very simple and small with no comfort, out-dated furnitures, mini-fridge doesn't work and bathroom looks like in 60s/70s. -The safe batteries went out after locked our stuffs in, we couldn't open it and had to wait till the following morning to have the hotel engineer to change the batteries. What a big burden if you have a early train to catch the following morning!!! -It's a way way over priced considering the amenities that hotel offers.

Det er et hotel vi har boet på flere gange. Det ligger supergodt i forhold til shopping. Da vi har brug for at køre i tog til det vi skal, er beliggenheden super. Vi mødte personale i receptionen som var super hjælpsomme. Venlige og med humor. Så dejligt. Vi vil helt klart benytte hotellet igen.

Toiletten, Fahrstuhl etc. nur mit Karte zu öffnen, die Karte musste mehrfach wieder freigegeben werden, sehr lästig und zeitaufwändig. Frühstück zu teuer, Aufbackbrötchen und wenig Brotsorten. Zimmer klein, aber gut und es gab einen Kühlschrank.

The hotel was clean and close to the central train station which was great for transportation. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The downside was the bed was hard and the pillows were a bit to flat for my liking but overall everything was great.

Prefer to have a microwave in the room to be satisfied With making my own cup of tea (which I bring from home). What happened with wash cloths? First time Ive been in a hotel who don’t supply them. Is this a European thing? If so, funny because my Mom was from here and she introduced us to them! (Also sold as sets in Canada for decades.)
