We loved everything about this hotel! Fantastic family connected rooms (family of x4 with young children), lovely heated pools inside and out, the best breakfast we ever had in Cyprus and beyond. Lovely approachable staff that will accomodate every aspect you could ever wish for. Yes its more exoensive than alot of the competition but it is definitively worth it and certainly worthy of its x5 star status. If we ever return to Pafos, then we will stay here!

Beautiful hotel with 3 lovely pools and plenty of space to sunbathe (late September stay) right on the coast. The choices at breakfast were extensive and all very well presented/cooked. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and our room was kept spotless with regular checks if anything extra was needed. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return - thank you Annabelle!

The surrounding streets of Paphos could be quite noisy at night which we could hear from our room. Some staff were amazing, others were less engaged. Communication regarding spa and restaurant bookings were sometimes a bit confusing. We tried to email two weeks ahead but got no reply. Staff came round at breakfast to confirm dinner reservations which was helpful. The swim up pool-bar and grotto were great.

A fabulous fourth stay at the Annabelle - everything to a very high standard, with lovely facilities, excellent food (especially at the Mediterraneo restaurant) and the location so close to the crystal waters of the little local beach and the harbour makes it a great location. The 'lagoon' pool has always been a favourite spot for a lunchtime beer (on and off over 30 years!) and will hopefully continue to be so in the future.

Wonderful hotel - staff were welcoming - lovely surprise when our room was upgraded to sea and harbour view with balcony. This was the cherry on top - as the pools, sunbeds, swim up bar and extremely high standards of all facilities would have alone, made staying here an absolute pleasure. Beautifully designed and great layout of the property with the iconic palms, and a fantastic location just added to the experience. Really highly recommended.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. My room was very clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Med. sea. It was the most perfect view for NYE fireworks, they were right in front of my room. The staff was kind and helpful. Great breakfast and room service. Best location in Paphos!

Got the room to the back alley Unfortunately was super load Garbage pick up and other maintenance related work was done late into the night and 6am in the morning again. Staff service in the lobby bar - none existent and if you find someone they dont care much about the guest

Beautiful resort style property. Top notch service. Staff knew we were leaving to airport early and prepared a to go breakfast bag that was truly fantastic. Overall great, 4-star rating because rooms are somewhat outdated and need a complete refresh, but given that hotel opened in the 80s it has been well maintained.

We had an amazing time at the Annabelle! The staff was very helpful in helping us find the perfect room for us! The only downside I would have to say, and this isn’t the hotels fault at all, is that the boardwalk gets a bit noisy early morning with workout classes, people, and birds. I’d recommend an inside facing room to try to block that out.

Love love love this hotel. Highly recommend it. It’s absolutely central to the gorgeous Paphos harbor, shopping, great restaurants, cafes and bars, plus all the essentials like pharmacies and grocery stores. And yet the hotel is shielded from any noise. The hotel is beautifully classic in design, feels modern yet retro, with a relaxed pool area and lush gardens to enjoy. Great buffet breakfast with options for everyone and the customer service at the hotel is excellent. They even packed us a lunch for a day trip. Thank you to the team there! Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.

You do not feel welcome here as a guest. Towel service impossible before check in. Poolbar extremly rude - all the lady wanted to know was the type of payment, even she has not started serving yet. Check in experience horrible for a "5* property". Never again!

This was a return visit for a relaxing late summer holiday and we cannot think of anywhere better. The Annabelle is a luxurious resort hotel with a good range of facilities, perhaps now a little jaded, although broadly well-kept and good value. It has lovely gardens and pools for sunbathong and swimming, and its frontage to the bay and closeness to the harbour shops and archeological park are assets. There is effectively no beach anywhere near; this is a wellknown feature of Paphos. Staff are well-trained and service is efficient and friendly. The fine dining restaurant seemed to be closed, but other restaurants were excellent. It is situated in an area with continuous road works, which do not seem much advanced, even possibly worse, than a year ago, and poorly maintained infrastructure, uneven pavements. It boasts a no smoking policy, but ashtrays were everywhere and unpleasant smoking and vaping was universally permitted by staff.

This was my best hotel experience and I’ve travelled the world as a former flight attendant and tourist. Location is devine, right on Mediterranean Sea with 4 beautiful pools and in center of town and walkable to archaeological sites. Dining in is spectacular. Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Room is serviced twice a day. Receptionist staff eagerly and happily assists you with any question. This was the most perfect stay. I booked a special room which had beautiful views on the hotels.com web site …. ( I first went to the Annabelle 25 years ago and remembered the stunning location / views ) The room had relatively poor views by the side of a public walkway and views from the room over the next door hotel . Everything else perfect , apart from the Breakfast Food which looked perfect for us as we eat very fresh healthy food but was tasteless …. on the last morning I asked the chef to put a bit of seasoning in an omelette and he said that he had no salt/pepper so I had to bring from the table … so funny !? No pics of those but lovely poolside pics etc ….

We had an amazing Easter break week at Annabelle’s. Everything was better than expected, from the staff, always helpful and smiling, to the facilities, clean and without anything lacking. The breakfast buffet was a dream both for the kids and for us adults, with an egg station, all imaginable kinds of fruit, great cheese and cooked items for those who wish. The service was personal, after only a day they knew our preferences, joked with our children, and very attentive, noticing when the cappuccino was finished and offering one more. The room was not huge but with 4 proper comfortable beds, a good sized bathroom and an outdoor patio where we soaked up the evening sun. The one heated pool was large and never too crowded, and very warm (30 degrees Celsius), there were always empty lounge chairs with good umbrellas when the sun was to strong. The hotel is well situated, close to everything, with a great stretch along the sea for morning runs. All in all, an excellent week at an excellent hotel. We will gladly be back!
