M Boutique Hotel - Designed for Adults

Hotel brand new, very clean, sun beds incredible, pool gorgeous. Great location, 2 mins from the harbour. Reception staff very friendly, lovely roof top bar (although view is of derelict buildings and can’t see the harbour). Food by the pool is amazing. Pool area next to a main road, loud traffic all day, building works opposite hotel so had to listen to drilling and banging very loud for 10 hours a day by the pool. Our room was very small and a bit like a prison cell (we did book the cheapest room with no balcony but didn’t expect a 5 star hotel to have rooms so small with no surface space in the room to put my stuff and nowhere to keep suitcases) Not enough plugs by mirrors. Food and drink expensive by the pool, told off for drinking own water and sprite that we bought from the shop. Smell of sewage by the pool. The hotel was heaving at the weekend as it was fully booked, capacity of 120 people and only 40 sun beds was ridiculous, people had to sit on chairs and the floor around the pool and they brought the sun beds from peoples balconies to the side of the pool. It felt overcrowded. They had a no reserving sun beds policy, the life guard was very hot on removing towels but if we got in the pool for a while we worried we'd lose beds. Had to ask for towels to be put by the pool everyday at 10am (we got to the pool at 8am). If room at the front expect loud noise until late. It does feel like they put a 5 star hotel in the middle of a building site.

Cons - they don’t refill coffee pods unless you call reception not a huge issue just an inconvenience when the cleaners come in daily, balcony chairs are not the comfiest to sit on and pool is only in the sun for the morning. On a whole we really loved our stay here and the team went above & beyond to help us celebrate with a bottle of bubbily! I would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a nice getaway that is modern, clean and close to everything!!

The staff were lovely , welcoming and helpful especially Maria who was there every evening. The location is great with restaurants , beaches and the harbour in walking distance. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes away too. We would highly recommend the spa , me and my partner called the spa and was able to book ourselves in for the same day, as we were guests we also received 20% off our treatments. The only downfall was that the outdoor area did not get as much sun due to the height of the building.

The place is in the tourist area so you only need a 5 minute walk to the sea, which is rocky but safe. There is a large supermarket only a 2 minute walk. There is a small parking on site on the right hand side of the property. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a nice chillout roof garden with sushi and a few other things on tge menu. Breakfast is slightly limited but adequate. The pool is a good size but the sunbeds are cramped due to limited space.

Magnifique hôtel, service haut de gamme nous avons adoré notre sejour en amoureux. En septembre, le parking de l'hôtel convient mais en haute saison je pense qu'il doit falloir se garer ailleurs. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit car nous avons demandé une chambre côté piscine eloigné de la rue principale, sinon il y a effectivement du bruit principalement en fin de semaine. La zone est top pour les familles très peu de nightlife (ou musiques de vieux, electro si ce n'est pas votre dada vaut mieux aller à ayia napa). Super séjour, location de voiture recommandée pour visiter cette magnifique île qu'est Chypre!

Good property very close to the beach / promenade. Really nice breakfast, expensive but a very large portion. The rooftop Japanese restaurant was delicious but very loud music, a strange combination of restaurant and club vibes. Nice quiet private pool area. Staff mostly very friendly. Room was fine, cleaned twice a day but the air con wasn’t great. Overall a good hotel and I would go back, it’s good value for money, and especially liked the area around the pool. It is right next to the road though and it was very loud traffic / engine revving on a night time although I appreciate this can’t be helped. Perhaps better sound proofing?

We stayed for 7 nights. Should have had a larger room but photos seemed ok. Music in roof top bar was a bit weird and often not conducive to eating there. I'm 66 and love most types of music but they need to think hard about their target clients needs.

Hôtel très beau avec un design très moderne. Les chambres sont très belles privilégier tout de même la chambre avec balcon plus belle vue :) Le personnel est hyper sympa ! L’emplacement également a quelques pas du centre. Seul bémol la piscine est un peu petite et pas trop de place pour bronzer de plus beaucoup de monde déjà à 11h!! J’ai dû aller à la plage à côté. Sinon le rooftop est sympa mais je n’ai pas été convaincu par les plats en revanche. Dans la globalité je recommande cet hôtel niveau rapport qualité prix

We had the BEST stay at M Boutique Hotel. The staff were so friendly, attentive and professional and the hotel itself is immaculate. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was very quiet. We absolutely loved the luxurious sun beds and bean bags on offer around the pool and we never struggled to find space, perhaps due to the time of year we visited (mid-October). The pool was very cold but I personally find this very refreshing and welcome after laying in the sun! All our needs were met and the food and drinks were superb. All I can say is that everything at M Boutique was to a very high standard and we were so happy we chose to stay there. My partner and I actually got engaged whilst we were in Paphos and we were thrilled to be staying in such a perfect hotel for it!

A great new hotel that oozes effortless cool, in a prime location. It feels secluded from the outside world like a mini resort, and the facilities are great. The rooms are nicely decorated in a modern style, but are also comfortable places to spend a few hours. There were three annoyances that let this property down: 1. The pool is freezing! The air was a nearly constant 30 degrees during our stay, yet the pool was uncomfortably cold so that no-one stayed in it for more than 5 mins. 2. The main door to our room (301) let in loads of noise. This was not helped by the fact that the cleaning closet was outside our door and the cleaners stood around talking loudly from around 8:30 in the morning. 3. The cleaners were a real mixed bag - the room was never unclean, but quite often our mini bar or tea/coffee supplies were not restocked and our glasses were not cleaned/replaced. Additionally, there was no price list for either the mini bar or room service, which really put us off using them. Finally, because we had the audacity to not leave our room at 09:00 each day (instead often leaving between 10:30-11:30) we were asked multiple times on separate days by a cleaner when we were planning to go or if we didn’t want cleaning that day. It really made us feel like we were misbehaving in some way… Overall, this is a great place that I would stay at again, but there are some things to fix. Shoutout to Sophia and Joanna for the pool service!

So either bring earplugs or join the party — there’s no in-between. And here comes the best part: the hotel proudly claims “150 meters to the sea” on their website. Technically true… if you’re a seagull flying over rooftops. What they don’t mention is that the nearest beach is actually 1 kilometer away. My room had a “slum view” — very authentic. On the bright side, it was quieter than the pool-view rooms, which come with front-row access to the bar noise. Bottom line: if you have low expectations, strong earplugs, and a sense of humor — this place might just be for you.

Moderne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Terrasse mit Blick auf eine Mauer und Hotelpersonal läuft direkt vorbei also keine Privatsphäre. Gestört hat auch die Hellhörigkeit und die Lage direkt am Aufzug, d.h. bei jeder Benutzung hört man das Piepen, Gespräche der Wartenden und die Koffergeräusche. Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung, aber der bestellte Flat White war ein Milchkaffee. Der Pool und die Liegen sind die meiste Zeit im Schatten. Highlight war der Bluetooth Lautsprecher auf dem Zimmer.

Really nice and beatiful designed room, friendly staff but a very big NO to the leak-proof plastic-sheets. They make my sleep very uncomfortable and make disturbing squeaky noises!

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. We stayed in a junior Sonesta suite. It was very large with a nice small balcony overlooking the pool. The staff from check-in to cleaning to breakfast, were all wonderful - pleasant, interesting and helpful. Breakfast was very generous and individualized. The location is superb, just a block from the Mediterranean promenade. Would absolutely return.

Stylish designer hotel in fantastic central location. Breakfast is fabulous as is the food in the restaurant and drinks in rooftop bar. All staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff always on hand to assist with car hire, taxis & recommendations. Rooms clean and beds extremely comfortable. Super handy large supermarket just round the corner. It was cold during our stay so didn’t get to use pool sadly but I can imagine it can get very busy in high season as not much space for sunbeds. Only niggles are that we could hear everything from our noisy neighbours next door. Soundproofing is not great/non existent. Hotel is also on a main road and can understand noise from bars in summer might be an issue. Finally the complimentary toiletries (Molton Brown) didn’t seem that luxurious. Would recommend taking your own shampoo! Other than that can highly recommend 😎

I loved staying at this property, staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is perfect (walking distance to most things). Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Besonders das Frühstück hat überzeugt – ein kleines, feines Buffet kombiniert mit einer abwechslungsreichen Auswahl von der Karte und super leckeren Kaffee. Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten und Poolliegen sind super gemütlich. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, und auch das Parken verlief völlig unkompliziert. Ich komme sehr gern wieder!

Amazing service, staff were very attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was top notch, everyone was kind, patient and friendly. The location has a bunch of low end beach stores around it with a large unfinished/ abandoned building across the street. The M is a converted Motel type property and it still has some of that vibe, but mostly very well done.

Beautiful hotel with a great location close to the harbor! But the noise on Sunday nights is unbearable because there is a bar next door with live music until 1am that you can hear completely - couldn’t even hear myself think!

Very new boutique hotel with ideal location a few minutes walk to the beach where ample restaurants and shops await. The highlight is the breakfast! If there is fine dining for breakfast, this one qualifies. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay, and highly recommend it to everyone who wishes a perfectly relaxing vacation on the island in Mediterranean.

My stay in the M Boutique was fantastic - a beautiful hotel, recently renovated, with great rooms and service. The food was top notch quality as well (in both the restaurant and the rooftop bar) and the service from everyone was second to none. Will definitely be considering staying here again on my next visit to Paphos.
