This is a terrible hotel. We were provided a room next to the kitchen and cleaning staff rooms. In fact, you had to walk through staff corridors at the back of the kitchen to get to the room, There was early noise from kitchen and then late noise of chairs above in restaurant being moved. The staff at front desk were rude and unhelpful, We could not park in hotel car park the first night as guests of a private function at the hotel, but not staying there, used all the parks. Airport runway results in planes flying over the hotel. Do not stay here, there are plenty of other options available.

4 X Day Golfing Break. Check in was easy and the room was clean. Only one small bottle of water for 2 x people on arrival in room. No other water supplied throughout the stay. Thought this was mean for a 4 Star hotel. Excellent selection for breakfast and the bar staff did us proud. Swimming pool was very crowded, but the Spa provided a wonderful massage.

Stayed 1 night

This was a very expensive night at a hotel for our family, intended as a treat at the end of the holiday, and the facilities in the bedroom just didn’t match the cost. One kid was on a foldaway trundle bed that creaked constantly and jutted out over the door of the bathroom. The bathroom handle was loose, and it just didn’t feel like it should cost as much as it did. The beach and pool were great but you have to be out before 9am to secure beds together as a family (some people leave there stuff there permanently to bookmark their beds). Staff at reception were efficient but not very warm and welcoming and we couldn’t find anyone to ask about the foldaway bed when we were around to ask.
