Nice facility. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good water amusement facilities. Unacceptable dining conditions due to insufficient cooling/air-conditioning in the dining hall, and unacceptable charge for basic liquids( drinking water , for example) during Lunch and Dinner. No coolers near and around the pools ( in spite of extremely hot weather). Slippery floor due to wet areas in the corridors leading from the pool area to the lobby.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented. The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well. They charge extra and even a glass of water. The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge

A large very lovely hotel. Staff great. Spa even better. Room was good, clean with complimentary bath robes, fridge and coffee pod maker. Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked. Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing. Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre. There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a stunning modern design. The reception is air-conditioned, though the corridors to the rooms are not. Our room came with sparkling wine and complimentary water, which was a nice touch, but I had to request cleaning as there was mould, toothpaste stains under the sofa, and dust beneath the bed. The hotel kindly arranged a birthday cake for my daughter, which was lovely. Entertainment was very good, and the on-site store was reasonably priced. The gym is excellent, and the pools are great fun—especially the lazy river when it is running. However, there were some issues. There was faeces in the pool one day, and removal took a while. The private beach has rocks that hurt your feet, though stairs offer a pain-free entrance. The two water slides operate for limited hours but did not follow the timetable. We stayed half board; the air-conditioned food hall is good, though it’s a long walk to the buffet. Check-out was smooth, and the hotel stored our luggage so we could enjoy the pool before our late flight. Unfortunately, the shower facilities had no gel or towels, so I had to dry off with a hairdryer before leaving.

We went here with our 9 month old baby and had such a great stay in the Junior suite. Unfortunately our room (Elegance) with Sea view wasn’t ready, so they was very nice to upgrade us to the junior suite. Big and lovely room with bathtub, more privacy and nice view. All the staff from reception, cleaning, spa, poolbar and specially in the restaurant is very nice and friendly - and they all said hi and played with our baby and she loved it! Specially thanks to the ladies in Guest Relations for helping us out. The hotel is located perfectly with Nice private beach and different pools. Also just 50m from Nissi Beach. Unfortunately no heated pool, so the water in all pools was cold but ok. There are restaurants and shops everywhere just 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa and 5 min by the bus which cost 1,5 euro. We walked everyday. There is also a nice gym with many machines and dumbbells aswell. The perfect big size hotel gym i’ll say. The breakfast in the restaurant was great! They had everything, different kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fresh fruit and a lot more. That was a really nice buffet! Overall we are very happy about our stay at Adams Beach Hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the big pool area and private beach is just amazing! We would love to stay here again next time for sure! ❤️

The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

Zimmer war sehr sauber. Blick auf den Nissi Beach war gut. Unterm Zimmer war die Anlieferung fürs Hotel was unter der Woche etwas mühsam war, wenn man mit offener Balkontüre geschlafen hat, weil die Lieferungen schon sehr zeitig begonnen habe.

This is a great hotel We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious. Very good activities for the kids and shows. Very generous staff and accommodating. A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel. The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything! The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative. Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!

Läge bra, en bit utanför centrum men det är ändå en gå gata med affärer utanför. Busshållplats nära. Smidigt. Små saker som kunde förbättras: Lekrum/barnklubb kunde göras mer seriös och flyttas närmare poolen, ligger lite källaraktigt man får lämna och skriva in och ut barnen. Önskvärt med nån lollo bernie liknande klubb. En uppvärmd pool vore önskvärt. Kallt vatten i maj, men ändå skönt att svalka sig i. Blåser lite så ta med en extra tröja till kvällen. Rek. verkligen rum 830 queen suite. Amazing view!! Skulle gärna återvända. Närmare nissi beach än jag trodde.

I had an enjoyable stay, except that the person cleaning my room could not speak a word of english or understand a word of english. That made communication very difficult. The noisy beach bar across the road also was a challenge during the day because of how loud they played their music. There is no escape even with closed doors and windows in your room! Lastly, don;t try to get a refund if you have to leave early because of changes your carrier made to your iternary, cause that won't happen.

Zimmer war sehr sauber. Blick auf den Nissi Beach war gut. Unterm Zimmer war die Anlieferung fürs Hotel was unter der Woche etwas mühsam war, wenn man mit offener Balkontüre geschlafen hat, weil die Lieferungen schon sehr zeitig begonnen habe.

We went here with our 9 month old baby and had such a great stay in the Junior suite. Unfortunately our room (Elegance) with Sea view wasn’t ready, so they was very nice to upgrade us to the junior suite. Big and lovely room with bathtub, more privacy and nice view. All the staff from reception, cleaning, spa, poolbar and specially in the restaurant is very nice and friendly - and they all said hi and played with our baby and she loved it! Specially thanks to the ladies in Guest Relations for helping us out. The hotel is located perfectly with Nice private beach and different pools. Also just 50m from Nissi Beach. Unfortunately no heated pool, so the water in all pools was cold but ok. There are restaurants and shops everywhere just 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa and 5 min by the bus which cost 1,5 euro. We walked everyday. There is also a nice gym with many machines and dumbbells aswell. The perfect big size hotel gym i’ll say. The breakfast in the restaurant was great! They had everything, different kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fresh fruit and a lot more. That was a really nice buffet! Overall we are very happy about our stay at Adams Beach Hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the big pool area and private beach is just amazing! We would love to stay here again next time for sure! ❤️

Was not impressed. Check-in is at 15:00 and it is the time that shift change for the reception so we had to wait to be served. Room not ready had to wait for the room to be ready until 16:00. Breakfast average quality and options. Housekeeping was very helpful.

Check in was an absolute nightmare as the hotel hadn’t received our booking from Hotels.com and we had to phone up your customer service department which took over two hours to resolve. I am very unhappy and will not be using Hotels.com again.

This is a great hotel We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious. Very good activities for the kids and shows. Very generous staff and accommodating. A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel. The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything! The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative. Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!

Läge bra, en bit utanför centrum men det är ändå en gå gata med affärer utanför. Busshållplats nära. Smidigt. Små saker som kunde förbättras: Lekrum/barnklubb kunde göras mer seriös och flyttas närmare poolen, ligger lite källaraktigt man får lämna och skriva in och ut barnen. Önskvärt med nån lollo bernie liknande klubb. En uppvärmd pool vore önskvärt. Kallt vatten i maj, men ändå skönt att svalka sig i. Blåser lite så ta med en extra tröja till kvällen. Rek. verkligen rum 830 queen suite. Amazing view!! Skulle gärna återvända. Närmare nissi beach än jag trodde.

The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

A large very lovely hotel. Staff great. Spa even better. Room was good, clean with complimentary bath robes, fridge and coffee pod maker. Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked. Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks. Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal) The hotel is located beside a sandy beach. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had a really nice stay in Adams during the Christmas holiday in the end of 2025. Friendly staff and great location just next to the beach and we would love to come back in the future. The only recommendation I would like to give is the number of coffee machine available during the breakfast period as it has always been a long queue and it might ruin the relax atmosphere. Other than that, everything was really nice.

Adams Beach hotel reklamerer med at de er et 5 stjerners resort. Jeg vil si 3+ Adams er bygget på tidlig 90 tallet og bærer preg av det. Gardiner henger litt skjevt, gammeldags interiør, skittent i flisefuger både på baderom og bassengområdet. Frokostrestauranten var kjempestor og veldig bråkete. De hadde ikke mineralvann bare vanlig vann. De hadde ikke fersk juice eller prosecco på søndager. De hadde dårlig med oppskåret frukt og jeg har vel aldri vært på et 5 stjerners hotel hvor de ikke serverer kaffe og te ved bordene. Betjeningen var lite imøtekommende og veldig bråkete med sine store traller de trillet rundt i restauranten for å rydde. Det verste var vel fuglene som konstant satt å spiste av brødvarene fordi de ikke var dekket med lokk eller glasstak. Glutenfritt var ikke eksisterende. De hadde noen plastpakket rundstykker som var harde som stein. Bassengområdet er vel det som Adams vinner seg in på. Flotte bassengområder og Strand. Både Vala og Vitaminas poolbar var bra. Litt dårlig med servering rundt bassengområdet og stolene bærer preg av å være gamle. De tre hyggeligste og mest hjelpsomme av de ansatte var hovmesteren på The glass house, damen som leverte håndklær til oss daglig i gymmen og damen som ryddet rommet vårt! Hun var super hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Middag i buffetrestauranten er bortkastet. Den er relativt dyr i forhold til kvaliteten av maten som ikke var god. Denne store restauranten trenger masse planter for å få ned støynivået.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented. The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well. They charge extra and even a glass of water. The food is average at best. We went here with our 9 month old baby and had such a great stay in the Junior suite. Unfortunately our room (Elegance) with Sea view wasn’t ready, so they was very nice to upgrade us to the junior suite. Big and lovely room with bathtub, more privacy and nice view. All the staff from reception, cleaning, spa, poolbar and specially in the restaurant is very nice and friendly - and they all said hi and played with our baby and she loved it! Specially thanks to the ladies in Guest Relations for helping us out. The hotel is located perfectly with Nice private beach and different pools. Also just 50m from Nissi Beach. Unfortunately no heated pool, so the water in all pools was cold but ok. There are restaurants and shops everywhere just 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa and 5 min by the bus which cost 1,5 euro. We walked everyday. There is also a nice gym with many machines and dumbbells aswell. The perfect big size hotel gym i’ll say. The breakfast in the restaurant was great! They had everything, different kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fresh fruit and a lot more. That was a really nice buffet! Overall we are very happy about our stay at Adams Beach Hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the big pool area and private beach is just amazing! We would love to stay here again next time for sure! ❤️

The breakfast had a great variety to choose from .Flora Kokkinou and Maria Kokkinou were very friendly and helpful every morning with a smile. Thank you . The hotel rooms were clean and we had a great view from our balcony overseeing the sea . Antonis Antoniou a very professional and helpful man if we needed anything around the hotel he would point us in the right direction.
