Amazing stay with an incredible view. I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive or full board option because meals are pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet, except for the last day, was outstanding. Fish night was amazing and lunch offered a huge salad bar plus a main course from the menu. Breakfast was also excellent. I loved it all. As a solo traveler, the noise from kids was a bit bothersome but I still had a great time. The hotel has an amazing gym that is better than many regular gyms I have seen elsewhere. The spa is included and the sauna was great. The hotel met all my needs and I cannot wait to come back, hopefully with fewer kids around next time.

Nice facilities including multiple pools, kids' club and a nearby beach. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which had nice sea views and two small balconies. Cleanliness was mediocre though staff really put an effort. There was a problem the room which I alerted - there was strong body odor /sweat smell coming from the cabinet which the cleaners tried to remove twice. after the second time complaining, a manager inspected the room and said that this was the smell of "fresh fabric". The problem wasn't solved. Breakfast was nice with multiple options - they could improve the vegetable section. Overall it's a nice hotel but more like a 4-4.5 star hotel.

Superb panorama room with two balconies. Great views, especially sunsets. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very good food with different themes each night. The only problem was that the entertainment was in the Cuban bar which was a smoking area, difficult for non-smokers.

Really amazing hotel and service, we enjoyed our stay. The room was fabulous and the food was also great. One thing to improve - the water in the indoor pool are very cold (outdoor as well).

Fantastisk beliggenhet og et virkelig 5 stjerners hotell med topp standard på alt. Vennlig personale på alle steder, lekkert rom med komfortabel seng. Flotte uteområder, underholdning i baren, bra treningsrom, flotte solsenger. Topp beliggenhet med kort gangavstand til Nissi Beach og hyggelige lokale restauranter.

We booked the short 2 night stay for a complete rest and requested a high rise floor with a westerly facing room - sadly neither were allocated to us on arrival - after a wait we were shown to top floor sadly the room wasn’t westerly and has a 3rd bed set up / after a call to reception I requested its removal as wouldn’t be required & preferred the space. Unfortunately the room didn’t have a great view or aspect so it hindered my stay somewhat. We do love everything about this hotel and will definitely return on another trip to cyprus. One aspect to be mindful of is the pool can get super busy with babies & children especially on the sloped entrance - we didn’t see a single child use the kids pool all stay - shame as they’ve gone to alot of trouble placing it in the shade. I totally respect the waiter staff by the poolside who constantly tend to everyone’s needs they get my top marks of my stay. It is a superb hotel in a beautiful location and I’d highly recommend a stay to everyone of all ages. Book a high rise floor & westerly room for a possible sunset view

Super sauberes Hotel. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Service war hervorragend. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Der Strand ist leider kein Privatstrand. Eine Liege ist nicht garantiert. Außerdem ist es überfüllt. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich. Die Gegend ist leider überfüllt mit Touristen so das wir nicht wieder nach Ayia Napa reisen werden.

This is the worst hotel in Cyprus I’ve ever stayed at, how they still have a 5 star is crazy. Arrived at midnight, staff around (3 when we came in). No help offered with our luggage and then asked us to move the car. It’s on a hill so would be a nightmare to get the luggage up without parking there while you unload. That was the first thing, no information given on breakfast or anything but was offered a drink. Will mention later about the bar man and that area. Had to sign a policy, which was a first. No late checkout unless you pay 30 euros lol (which I’ve not had before). We had a sea view suite, it was dirty as you can see and that’s only some of the images. Theres a strange surround not sure what was there but the tiles are sharp and they have attempted to fill it will silicone so really unsafe for children. The suite which is made for 4 had one wardrobe with a whopping 10 hangers!! lol. Dressing gowns are disgusting and the two we had just needed going in the bin. There was black hair everywhere, dust, yellow and brown stays on the wallpaper. The bathroom was the worst, stains everywhere, and no taps in the bath! Which meant you had to put on the rainfall shower (which one was over the bath) to fill the bath. Of course you get soaking wet doing this (and when you have a young child a bath is the only option). I’m still confused who decided to not put taps in a bath! Odd. This hotel is awful everything is too much trouble for them. One good comment is the bar staff,

Huge queue on Sunday at 9:45, but could be related to clocks changing? - Room 154 - ‘Partial Sea View’ was still a good view, although directly above children’s playground which was noisy at points during the day. - Very poor sound proofing between bedrooms, could hear talking, bathroom and impact sounds. - Nice big bath and powerful shower, no taps for filling the bath which was strange. - Good TV but struggled to mirror screen from iPhone - Default pillows were too big and hard, but pillow change service is great. The property is lovely in a wonderful location with a beautiful pool. And the staff are terrific, they could not have been more helpful. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently. There were a few things that I was a bit unhappy with, but they are relatively minor 1) the hotel never responded to two of my "messages to the hotel" on the hotels.com website. I had to call them to get my questions answered. 2) one of my questions was about transportation from the airport and the operator said that taxi was the only option other than having them arrange for transport. But, after taking a taxi, at the front desk I was told about a shuttle service which would have dropped us off near the hotel. It was considerably cheaper. 3) although we reserved a superior room, the room size was rather small and the bed configuration was not as requested. Converting from a double bed to two twin beds meant that they were still right next to each other. We had to pull one bed out and put it in front of the night stand. However, the view from the higher floor was amazing.

I had to call them to get my questions answered. 2) one of my questions was about transportation from the airport and the operator said that taxi was the only option other than having them arrange for transport. But, after taking a taxi, at the front desk I was told about a shuttle service which would have dropped us off near the hotel. It was considerably cheaper. 3) although we reserved a superior room, the room size was rather small and the bed configuration was not as requested. Converting from a double bed to two twin beds meant that they were still right next to each other. We had to pull one bed out and put it in front of the night stand. However, the view from the higher floor was amazing.

If we had to book it again, we would choose the garden view. The price for the upgrade for the view we had wasn't worth the price. Also, all the rooms have a view, and it gets very hot, especially with a sea view.

We booked the short 2 night stay for a complete rest and requested a high rise floor with a westerly facing room - sadly neither were allocated to us on arrival - after a wait we were shown to top floor sadly the room wasn’t westerly and has a 3rd bed set up / after a call to reception I requested its removal as wouldn’t be required & preferred the space. Unfortunately the room didn’t have a great view or aspect so it hindered my stay somewhat. We do love everything about this hotel and will definitely return on another trip to cyprus. One aspect to be mindful of is the pool can get super busy with babies & children especially on the sloped entrance - we didn’t see a single child use the kids pool all stay - shame as they’ve gone to alot of trouble placing it in the shade. I totally respect the waiter staff by the poolside who constantly tend to everyone’s needs they get my top marks of my stay. It is a superb hotel in a beautiful location and I’d highly recommend a stay to everyone of all ages. Book a high rise floor & westerly room for a possible sunset view

We had a wonderful stay at Nissiblu - we arrived on a late flight and from the moment entered, the stay was amazing. we were greeted by staff with a smile and a welcome glass of bubbly. The room was good size and with a great view, located close to restaurants and Nissi Beach. All staff were lovely, food outstanding. I am struggling to find a fault. I imagine in high season, the resort might get busy at meal times/ sunbeds around the pool, however this time of year, it was simply perfect.

This was our second time at Nissiblu and just when we thought it can not get any better, it did. The service level and kindness of staff is unmatched. The quality of food amazing- whether it is the buffet breakfast or pool bar. We enjoyed an amazing week and will for sure return again.

Couldn't recommend anywhere else! Definitely the 'posh' bit of Ayia Napa. Nissi Beach is divine. The deal breaker on this place ? The staff! Just wow. Best service ever. Breakfast - massive and chaotic. But aren't all hotel breakfasts a bit chaotic? Loved it.

This is the worst hotel in Cyprus I’ve ever stayed at, how they still have a 5 star is crazy. Arrived at midnight, staff around (3 when we came in). No help offered with our luggage and then asked us to move the car. It’s on a hill so would be a nightmare to get the luggage up without parking there while you unload. That was the first thing, no information given on breakfast or anything but was offered a drink. Will mention later about the bar man and that area. Had to sign a policy, which was a first. No late checkout unless you pay 30 euros lol (which I’ve not had before). We had a sea view suite, it was dirty as you can see and that’s only some of the images. Theres a strange surround not sure what was there but the tiles are sharp and they have attempted to fill it will silicone so really unsafe for children. The suite which is made for 4 had one wardrobe with a whopping 10 hangers!! lol. Dressing gowns are disgusting and the two we had just needed going in the bin. There was black hair everywhere, dust, yellow and brown stays on the wallpaper. The bathroom was the worst, stains everywhere, and no taps in the bath! Which meant you had to put on the rainfall shower (which one was over the bath) to fill the bath. Of course you get soaking wet doing this (and when you have a young child a bath is the only option). I’m still confused who decided to not put taps in a bath! Odd. This hotel is awful everything is too much trouble for them. One good comment is the bar staff,

The house keeping staff need to be more professional and considerate. Entering the room as early as 9am in the morning to clean the room when the DND sign is up is a deal breaker, not acceptable under any circumstances. The rest of the staff where great.

Veldig flott hotell, vi hadde det fantastisk fra ankomst til avreise. Hotellet er nytt (nyoppusset) og det merkes, var veldig flott. Lite minus for at dørene ut til gangen kunne hadde bedre lyd isolasjon, men er et rolig hotell. Kan ikke skyte nok av de ansatte! De er service innstilt fra a-å og veldig hyggelige. Å gjelder alle ansatte ikke kun enkelte. Trengte knapt løfte en finger. Maten var meget god og mye å velge i. Flott med aktiviteter og underholdning inne på hotellet. Må også skryte av spa avdelingen, som tok oss på litt av en avslappende og behagelig opplevelse. Ellers ligge hotellet med fin utsikt mot havet og berømte Nissi beach, som er under 5 min gange fra hotellet. Det er også mange flotte restauranter i gangavstand rundt hotellet for de som ønsker det. Kan virkelig anbefale hotellet for både barnefamilier, kjærester og vennegjenger. Takk til hotellet, vi kommer tilbake her neste gang!

New and modern, with a nice courtyard, well-kept greenery, and the pool area. Immediately next to spectacular Nissi beach (great colors, clear water though gets busy after 10 AM). A long walk by the sea to the Ayia Napa downtown, and harbor, though a good local-bus connection.

It’s not on the beach it’s a short 5-10 min walk to a sandy beach but it’s extremely misleading to advertise it as being on the beach. We booked it as being beach front and couldn’t use the beach beach as it was too far for my elderly mother to walk to

Amazing stay with an incredible view. I highly recommend choosing the all inclusive or full board option because meals are pricey but the food is absolutely delicious. The buffet, except for the last day, was outstanding. Fish night was amazing and lunch offered a huge salad bar plus a main course from the menu. Breakfast was also excellent. I loved it all. As a solo traveler, the noise from kids was a bit bothersome but I still had a great time. The hotel has an amazing gym that is better than many regular gyms I have seen elsewhere. The spa is included and the sauna was great. The hotel met all my needs and I cannot wait to come back, hopefully with fewer kids around next time.

We had a great short stopover here. The hotel is very good and the staff are excellent. Our room was excellent with a very good view over Nissi beach. The food and drinks here were excellent also. There are more beaches, shops, bars and restaurants which within easy walking distance if you want to get out and about.

Staff are great as usual and the rooms are as fresh as when I first came to the property. I have noticed the extra touches and finishes too, keeping it up to date. Breakfast was ok and the same as always
