The hotel is very well located in the heart of Canggu. The suite was beautiful and well laid out. We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only downside is the fitness room, which I only used once because it is not well ventilated and caused me to have allergies due to the dust.

My stay at the Komu was exceptional! The service was very polite, accommodating, and nothing short of excellent. The space itself was minimal yet functional and gorgeous! The amenities, including the private pool was the highlight. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the Canggu area!

Brat, Sayu, and Guntur was very accommodating with my stay. They were very polite and even helped me when I left some stuff at the hotel. Rooms were great and the private pool was very nice.

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible 8-night stay at The Komu last year. Our room on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel has such a great vibe with fantastic amenities - especially the rooftop pool and amazing staff. Breakfast is à la carte, and wow… we still talk about how good the food was. Truly one of the best hotel options in the area. Highly recommended

Getränk. Das Frühstück wurde dann frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für unsere Balireise wählten wir 3 verschiedene Unterkünfte (Hotel/Resort) . Tolles großes Zimmer(Suite). Zum Frühstück konnten wir von einer kleinen Speisekarte wählen, pro Person eine Speise inkl. One month into operation, the hotel team is already like a well-oiled machine, in an awesome way. One would expect some teething issues but boy the service was smooth. The service staff were well trained and very hospitable. Even the gardeners were able to engage in a short conversation. I booked a pool studio and it was a nice corner unit with a soak pool that is right outside the room for our exclusive use. There was also a long infinity pool with a bar, Alta for all guests to enjoy at level 6 rooftop and Vatos, the well known Korean fusion taco restaurant at the entrance. Even though it is listed as a 3 star establishment, it has just the right amenities. Xiaomi coffee capsule machine with Tana Mera coffee pods replaced every morning and evening, a big bath tub in a chic wooden decked bathroom, a comfortable day bed well positioned by the side of the coffee counter, a firm king sized bed and of course a private pool which I soaked in every evening. I simply love the industrial chic design and styling of the room! Kudos to the architects and interior designers. I have to also mention that there is turn down service at this hotel too! Simply love it! The stay came with free entry to Atlas, supposedly the world’s largest beach club - we went there on the first night and the party scene was vibrant on Christmas Day. We are not partygoers but enjoyed the music and the vast amount of space and lounge areas. Will certainly pick the Komu again if we are back in the area.

Hôtel incroyable, ultra moderne et récent. Une décoration magnifique avec sa petite mais belle piscine sur le toit. Nous avion la suite king plus elle était très belle et spacieuse avec un balcon d’angle et un coin séjour. La salle de bain est originale mais sombre cependant. Le petit déjeuner à la carte était bon et bien présentée. Le personnel est super serviable et aimable nous avons échangé avec plusieurs serveurs au petit déjeuner et à la piscine. Tout le monde et très bienveillant. L’hôtel et situé en plein centre de Canggun avec plusieurs restaurant, bar et beach club, dont l’Atlas entrée gratuite quand vous séjourne au Komu et le célèbre Finns. La plage et à quelques minutes à pied. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel sans hésiter

If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has everything we need. The hotel even has a gym open 24 hours and a pool open until later in the evening. I'd come back to this place if I visit Bali again in the future.

The staff is really friendly and amazing. Ambience is great. The room is beautiful, spacious and had great amenities - toiletries, water, coffee, hairdryer, robes which I did really appreciate. The room itself could have been cleaned better. Found a set of false eyelashes by the bathtub and it was still very dusty under the bed. There were also a lot of ants that kept migrating into my belongings despite me not having food in the room. Also, there is construction nearby so be prepared for that noise. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location were you have access to many restaurants and stores.

Gorgeous space! Absolutely loved staying here. There was a slight stale smell in the toilet but it went away with ventilation and an air freshener that was provided. Staff seem slightly overwhelmed, but still managed to process check ins & outs in the end. Comfy, convenient area, definitely returning.

We loved The Komu, our room was beautiful and the property was immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful wherever we needed anything. Our included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We look forward to coming back in the future. The location is also amazing with great shopping, lots of places to eat and easily walkable.

The property was new however for the price it was really not up to my expectations. The toilet and lifts had a weird smell. The room is next to construction and it was noisy. The entrance of the hotel is via a restaurant and it felt quite basic. Having stayed in other properties in Bali, I have paid similar prices for more comfortable accommodation.

The hotel block is outside and not connected to reception area and my room was at the furthest block. The room card couldn’t work in the lift. And it was a walk to reception and back. The room card also didn’t work to open the electronic gate. Sound proofing in the room was bad. Was woken up in the morning by the neighbours around who were getting ready to go out.

The room was beautiful, along with the patio and private plunge pool. Although you can hear the occupants of the neighboring rooms, there is sufficient foliage that offers viewing privacy from the other rooms. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Loved our stay but had a few low points. The room we stayed in was very close to the road and it was very noisy every morning with the traffic, could not sleep in. It was also especially noisy on Friday night. Service was good but a little too transactional.

The rooms are new and gorgeous. But the hotel is still unfinished. Lots of teething problems, Staff seemed uncertain. They ask you to download an app on arrival, but you can’t do anything on it. I couldn’t order anything from room service , no minibar, and the staff wouldn’t respond on the app. I had breakfast included in my room, but the choices are very limited. It’s not a buffet and they even charged me for water. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Komu. As a tourist I would say the hotel is located conveniently in one of the two main areas in Canggu. It is close to quite a few restaurants & bars and the beach & beach clubs are only a 15 min ride away. What really set the hotel apart was the service level & friendliness of the staff. They always had a smile on their face all times of the day and were always on hand to help or assist. The hotel app that you download upon arrival at the hotel is also super helpful in communicating with staff. On my last day at the hotel, I fell ill…the dreaded “bali belly” and the staff were helpful in getting me medical assistance and allowing me to check out late at no extra cost.

There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change.

We loved The Komu, our room was beautiful and the property was immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful wherever we needed anything. Our included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We look forward to coming back in the future. The location is also amazing with great shopping, lots of places to eat and easily walkable.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has everything we need. The hotel even has a gym open 24 hours and a pool open until later in the evening. I'd come back to this place if I visit Bali again in the future.

Loved our stay but had a few low points. The room we stayed in was very close to the road and it was very noisy every morning with the traffic, could not sleep in. It was also especially noisy on Friday night. Service was good but a little too transactional.

Good central location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, massage and some shops. Plenty of cafes close by for breakfast with good variety with better option than the in house restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it can be slightly loud at times at night being in Canggu and some construction happening next door but only a small issue.

The property was new however for the price it was really not up to my expectations. The toilet and lifts had a weird smell. The room is next to construction and it was noisy. The entrance of the hotel is via a restaurant and it felt quite basic. Having stayed in other properties in Bali, I have paid similar prices for more comfortable accommodation.

Overall the room is very huge and comfortable and it was amazing we loved it but we heard people noise while they get out from the vault night club Also the some of the staff helped us when we got a bali belly and call a doctor as soon as possible they was very helpful But we don’t like some staff behavior when we called several times to take tests samples for the doctor and they didn’t show up we delivered it and the nurse was waiting Also I had a suggestion for the hotel to improve their din in restaurant because it’s limited ( Mexican food ) and we don’t eat pork

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible 8-night stay at The Komu last year. Our room on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel has such a great vibe with fantastic amenities - especially the rooftop pool and amazing staff. Breakfast is à la carte, and wow… we still talk about how good the food was. Truly one of the best hotel options in the area. Highly recommended

Hotel is New and fine. However Canggu area is not a place to bring baby, keep that in mind. Proberty New and fine, but breakfeast could be better and cleaning forget to close balcony door severel times, so we had small animals in room. We Got another and larger room, but even if this was very nice it then came with noise. Hotel could have been a 10/10, We Will rate it 7/10 as for area, breakfeast and noise.

Staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room was very new and the interior was well designed. The western and Japenese restaurant are under construction, so do expect a bit of noise and dust during day time. Hope the staff will remember to water the indoor plant. The plant in the room was dehydrated and it seems like no one has water it for a very long time. We water the plant and clean the leaves, the plant looked revived.
