Met all our needs. Great staff. Can’t say much about breakfast since I was only half awake and missed the next two days. I did notice live egg and noodle station outside on the patio that no one told me about. Hotel has a secure free parking. Bike rental from that garage next door is a plus ! Wish we had stayed here longer.

Hotel ist nah am Strand, die Straße ist etwas ruhiger als die meisten Straßen in Canggu und Berawa, was sehr angenehm ist. Es hat einen schönen Infinity Pool im fünften Stock, ein gut ausgestattetes Gym und vor allen Dingen phenomenal freundliches und super aufmerksames Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The location is great, it’s super convenient to take grabs everywhere and the parking makes it easy for car pick up rides. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within a minute walk radius. The staff are friendly but poor communication and understanding. I called down to the restaurant, it took 3 people to order, at the end I just went down. Also it took almost 2 hours to get towels for the room, called 3 times because they didn’t replace any while cleaning. Then there was another incident with dry cleaning. I was very specific with my laundry and even written it down to make sure it was brightened but nothing was done. PS. DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINES. It ruined all my nice clothes, my stuff came out dirty and murky, I don’t know if it was the water or the machines but I tried multiple and they all made my clothes dark and streaks of dirt. I think overall the amenities (pool gym) and location were their best features but they can definitely work on communication and clean their washing machines.

Hotel was in good condition, and staff are kind as well. But it was a bit dirty because it didn't clean properly. I stayed for 2 nights and I think it's uncomfortable to ring the bell on the second morning. The staff asked me if I need to clean the room and we got up because of ring the bell. Also, when I booked the room a month ago, I requested a high floor room, but I got a ground floor room and finally I got a new room. It's been two hours since I checked in.. First and last time at this hotel. Bad soundproof. Could hear motorbikes and loud music from the clubs distance away Bathroom was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Hair and mildew found in bathroom. Shower gel bottle was not refilled. When asked for it, we were given bar soap instead. And the tissue box was empty

Excellent room but the room smelled the mold. Also, bad noise isolation. We heard people and staff in the corridor from far away, and children screaming at the swimming pool at 7am (bad after a flight arrival at 4am…) We decided to not stay and move to a villa to be in a quiet atmosphere.

Lots of things to do nearby, staff members are kind and attentive. I would say that one of the buildings are a bit far from the lobby, but I was told that the other one is noisier. The room was slightly wet (ans opposed to dry), but after all you are in the Southeast Asia! Overall I would recommend.

Overall I really liked clean my room looked. There was construction next door and it went on all day. It was hard to relax at the pool and all you hear is loud construction. Also the walls are very thin in the rooms. Whenever the room next door to me would move a furniture (grad chair on tile) I would hear it very loudly. Whenever you would readjust in bed, the floor would make the drag noises too and I’m sure it made the next room annoyed as well. You shouldn’t be able to hear furniture being moved. That such a flaw to this place. It would’ve been perfect but this issue made it hard to have a good night of sleep. I would never stay here again.

Citadines is an excellent option for those looking to stay in Canggu, Bali. It’s close to a lot of the eateries and bars. Shops are at a walking distance for those that would like to indulge in some shopping during their trip. I stayed in the Executive Studio at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff go to good lengths to maintain the room cleanliness. The only issues I faced was that the jet spray/health faucet had a very weak water pressure and the sink in the kitchenette had a faint stench. The hotel has been notified of the same. I hope the correct measures are taken to rectify these problems. Other than this, the hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and cooperative.

Helt fantastiskt ställe! Hotellet var superfint, stor utbud av saker att äta från rooftop bar, café, pool bar. Vi tog aldrig del av frukosten eller roomservicen tyvärr. Rummen var rymliga och rena, supersmidigt med ett litet kök och kyl så man kunde förvara och laga lite smått på rummet. Rekommenderar starkt!

Fantastic Stay in Berawa, Bali We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Berawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffee on arrival—a lovely touch. Our initial room was located on level 5 at the back of the hotel, but due to nearby construction noise, we requested a change. The staff handled this promptly and moved us to a room on the second floor in the middle section of the hotel. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. The hotel itself is spotless—our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained. A standout feature is the fresh water stations available on each floor, along with fresh, refillable water bottles provided daily. It’s a great sustainable touch. Another bonus is the location: directly opposite the hotel is a free shuttle bus that takes you around the town centre, making it super easy to get around. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The disappointing lack of hot water in my room was vastly overshadowed by how amazing the staff of this hotel are. They were kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Their customer service alone makes me wish to stay again if I am ever to return to Canggu. On top of that, it is only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a ~10-15 minute walk to the major beach clubs. The hotel itself is very pretty and well taken care of.

Die Lage war eigentlich sehr gut, jedoch waren leider viele Baustellen Schlecht war das die Regel das man am Pool nicht rauchen darf nicht eingehalten wurde und das Personal nichts dagegen gemacht hat. Bei dem anderen Pool wurde immer morgens gestrichen und die Farbe hat sehr gestunken- dad hätte man auch zu einem anderen zeitintensiv machen können

We were very happy with your service. We appreciated being moved from the noisy side of the building. We did have some very inconsiderate noisy guests near us but once we rang reception, the issue was quickly resolved because this was at 2am. Nice property, the room was nice, staff were amazing. There is not a lot around the area, also not close to the main part of Canguu if that’s where you want to be. Overall a nice stay and very friendly staff. I would recommend this property.

Located in one of the best parts of Bali, not to mention Canggu, the hotel has great facilities and is just a short walk from restaurants and two of the best beach clubs in Bali - Finn’s and Atlas. Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, wunderschöne Pools! Die Lage ist gut, man kommt mit dem Roller problemlos überall hin. Der Rooftop Pool hat es in sich, wunderschöne Aussicht und auch immer sauber. Lediglich die große Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist etwas lästig, da sehr früh schon gearbeitet wird.

Très bonne localisation, super Hotel, personne très serviables et très gentilles chambre confortable. Le seul bémol, ça sentait l’humidité dans la chambre mais comme un peu partout à Bali le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel très varié et surtout vous avez au lobby du café délicieux et de l’eau citronnée à volonté toute la journée jusqu’en début de soirée, si je reviens à Bali ce sera dans cet hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The hotel is just a stone throw from the Berawa Beach. They have a wonderful roof terrace with the best view you can get in Canggu. They also serve excellent food and entertainment at the rooftop where there also an infinity pool. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay here! I’m a solo female traveler and felt safe. There is constructions going on tho around the hotel but it didn’t really affect my stay. The views from the pool on the upper deck was nice. The restaurant food here was alright.
