O hotel é confortável. Fica perto da Praia de Patong. Um taxi ou tuktuk ate la custa 200 baths - mais ou menos USD 7. O nosso quarto tinha uma piscininha tipo jacuzzi na varanda. O café da manhã é excelente, a comida do restaurante boa e o staff prestativo e atencioso. O custo beneficio foi ótimo! Ainda tem um spa bem bacana! Pode-se caminhar para alguns restaurantes, lavanderias, bancos etc

Facilities & grounds of Deevana Patong are lovely. Breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from, we walked away with very full bellies every morning. We loved our deluxe room with jacuzzi. It made our holiday even better, as it's private, covered and cooler water than the pool, so was extremely refreshing during the extreme heatwave we experienced for 2 weeks. We'd really love to thank Nuch, our house keeper who was so lovely & did an absolutely fantastic job. She even made me a basket of flowers out of vines, in her spare time at home. Very appreciative. Thank you Nuch and all staff who made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend Deevan Patong Resort & Spa

Stayed 4 nights in Jacuzzi room. Bed was a bit harder than we were used too and the pillows could have been better. Breakfast was reasonable, standard buffet style, nothing special but it did the job. Situated in a good location and easy access to the main road.10 min walk to beach and 15 minutes to Bangla walking street. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cream the cleaning lady, she was very helpful and friendly, we liked her. The main pool is great, very clean and inviting, the pool bar was good. Overall, the hotel is good, reasonably priced, we booked through Expedia months prior and got the Jacuzzi room overlooking the pool for 4 nights under $600 AUD. Definitely get Jacuzzi, you'll be thankful for it during the day when you just want to chill out in your room without having to be around the pool.

Security were a little over the top with sending non-patrons to reception for ID when bringing friend/s to the room for a drink, (no funny business) but I guess that’s their job. Otherwise a great stay with good facilities, a friendly and accommodating environment

Amazing hotel and service, staff were all so friendly. Peaceful location but 2 minutes walk to main road. Near Bangla road, walking distance to beach. Would definitely stay again. Great pool and swim up bar. Best strawberry daiquiri I’ve tasted.

Stayed 8 nights in a Delux room overlooking main pool. Nan at the Tour desk was amazing. So helpful. I cannot recommend her enough. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many choices. We Dined in the restaurant on 2 occasions for our evening meals and the Food so tasty well priced and the service Great. We made use of the Day spa for massages and body scrubs only slightly more expensive then on the street but so Clean and Therapist very good. Our room was cleaned on the Days we wanted by Nuch and we recieved many little personal touches, she was so lovely. The room was very sound proof and the bedding extremely comfortable. Can not fault a thing with this Resort for the very affordable price. Kim and John

It was...okay, but not as it appears in photos. Also, our room had a mildew smell, there was...a large amount of dust on top of the closet. I had to remove a few bugs. We moved to a different hotel relatively quickly.

The room was amazing and housekeeping did a great job daily as well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. The location was great was great. Close enough to everything but still removed enough to all for rest and relaxation.

Quite disappointed to the point where I had to check out of my room at 1am in the morning. Upon check in my room was incredibly dirty with stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, cobwebs, mirrors that were dirty, razor blade cover and a sink that backed up. While I went out to dinner I gave them the opportunity to clean the room in full and upon returning the only thing that had handled was changing sheets. I’d rethink staying here.

Sehr sehr gutes Hotel. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer wurden täglich gut gereinigt. Entfernung zum einkaufen, zum Strand und Restaurants und Bars war sehr sehr gut. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal besuchen.

The hotel says "NO smoking" and non smoking rooms But this stinky smell is all over the hotel. I saw people even smoke things around the swimming pool, on their balcony or on the stairs. The hotel answer : "we can not do anything". Why say it is forbidden if you don't react when something is forbidden? Our room was clean but there was a kind of old humid smell. The wall are too thin. We heard our neighbourg kid through the walls.

The staff were fine and very attentive and the property is quite nice. My issue is that the Gardenview rooms are a party zone. Late night, talking music, etc. Did not sleep for two nights straight. Tried to get a refund on the third night, but they refused. Do not stay in the garden view rooms if you want a quiet nights sleep.

Great hotel! Fantastic location, main pool area is so nice! Great cocktails also! The room we had was a little out dated and the shower wasn’t hot hot but our friends had a room closer to the reception which seemed more modern and had a nicer shower/bathroom I would say their room was much nicer. All in all fantastic stay would stay here again! We had a great time.

Great stay, staff were lovely and polite, they were very accommodating and helpful, communication was good even prior to arrival. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff helped make this extra special. Breakfast was great, very good variety and nice which is something hard to find! The room was nice a comfortable, we had a jacuzzi room which also had a great view, only thing was the room was a little smaller than expected. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to shops, shopping mall, food places and main tourist attractions. Alot is in walking distance if not only a 3 minute bike or car ride. I would definately stay here again and would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here to!

Amazing quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are large, bed is huge and extremely clean. You can walk out to the street and have many dining options, massages and money exchanges with great rates. Would stay again for sure.

A lovely hotel, a beautiful setting around the pools and it’s an impressive exterior as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was great, even had multi plug sockets so didn’t need a converter (this is however room dependent). Bathroom was average. Also not sure how sound proof the rooms were as at one point I heard someone cough and it sounded like they were in the room with me, but that is the only noise I heard from other guests. The housekeeping are loud and chatty in the morning which is annoying if you want a lie in!

The staff were willing to help with anything and even had a breakfast prepared for when I checked out very early the next day with my pre booked transport to the airport. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a lot of variation.

The staff at front desk did not speak great English . I checked in the first day showed them my passport and got the room key. Later on after my tour, I came back with my luggage from other hotel at 10 pm at night . Our room was on the third floor . I didn’t know where the elevator was . When I asked for help with luggage to my room, the front desk said I need to know where the luggage is coming from . I said I already checked in. She said I need to see your passport. All I asked was for help with luggage and the front desk was rude and unhelpful . When I was leaving the day before I asked for a ride to airport they said they couldn’t help the company they use was booked . I booked a ride through the airport through get your guide . I revived no upgrades in room even though this hotel Is listed as VIP through Expedia. Our tours left early in the morning , I was not even offered breakfast bag , skipping the buffet. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the Buffett and location off the street is quiet.

We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff helped make this extra special. Breakfast was great, very good variety and nice which is something hard to find! The room was nice a comfortable, we had a jacuzzi room which also had a great view, only thing was the room was a little smaller than expected. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to shops, shopping mall, food places and main tourist attractions. Alot is in walking distance if not only a 3 minute bike or car ride. I would definately stay here again and would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here to!

Shower was not working well and had to hold it in hand to use. Toilet bidet was leaking and water was accumulating on the floor. The staff at the hotel was always there to help you, we also celebrated a birthday while there and during breakfast a member of staff bought my husband a cake, candle and 2 sang 'Happy birthday' to him, we even had our bed decorated on the day too. Nothing is too much trouble for them there, will certainly be returning.

the hotel was designed for westerners and i wanted the Thailand experience - food was triple price and my cab to hotel was cheaper then from hotel because hotel added a fee to get a cab back to airport. 20% more cost. Never will I recommend this place due to the distrust

Stayed 8 nights in a Delux room overlooking main pool. Nan at the Tour desk was amazing. So helpful. I cannot recommend her enough. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many choices. We Dined in the restaurant on 2 occasions for our evening meals and the Food so tasty well priced and the service Great. We made use of the Day spa for massages and body scrubs only slightly more expensive then on the street but so Clean and Therapist very good. Our room was cleaned on the Days we wanted by Nuch and we recieved many little personal touches, she was so lovely. The room was very sound proof and the bedding extremely comfortable. Can not fault a thing with this Resort for the very affordable price. Kim and John

I loved how this property was a little tucked away from the main road but still walkable to all the night life and the beach! The food options around that street are also very good and have a nice variety. The staff were incredibly nice and we felt very taken care of during our stay here. The room we had was a little dirty on arrival, but nothing too horrible. They clean the linens every other day or every three days, but you can make a request for more. One note I'd make is we got food poisoning on the last day from the hotel's breakfast, so be wary of some of the fruit. Other than that, it was a pretty pleasant stay.

Room was very clean! Staff were fantastic. Definitely an older building and fixings but comfortable! The pool and swim up bar are SO good, especially with the frozen margs. Great location, so much within walking distance. Breakfast is a very typical, hotel European breakfast.
