Staff brilliant, Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Downsides - sunbeds and umbrellas are cheap and some are falling apart. The grounds themselves need some tlc. We stayed 20 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel. Now it’s kids focused and some of the walkways are patched up with offcuts of astroturf.

The hotel isn’t really clean and everything needs to be refreshed. The pool looks dirty and the people are just a bit wrong. Definitely noisy and pushy and not the greatest crowd. I would avoid

Excellent pool area for kids! The Buddha head swim-up bar was a highlight. Very convenient for the beach and a huge variety of restaurants close by. The rooms and breakfast were fine. Overall, brilliant stay for families.

Our stay was great, friendly staff and a lovely resort. Thexresort is a bit tired and needs a refresh but all still functional. The housecleaning staff sometimes forgot rmto replace consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper. The bars and staff were great but the cocktail list needs to be rotated, after a few days they git a bit boring. The location is in the quieter end but tuk tuks are always available or everything is a nice walk away.
