Very limited inconvenient parking that cost $15 /night. If you missed out on the limited parking beside the hotel you have to park half a block away on the other side of the street. People hanging around the property both inside the lobby area and outside on the street and in cars in the small parking area beside the hotel. Gave us an uneasy feeling.

Hotel staff were awesome. I had problems getting to hotel ( construction everywhere). Room was immaculate. I would have liked hand rails in the shower for my husband. I’m am peeved that parking wasn’t included with my stay. After I booked I was informed that parking would be extra. If I had known that I might have gone elsewhere. But I will say this. The parking was very convenient, right at back door, with a ramp.

This was a great place to stay. However, I was not pleased when checking out and found out that I was being charged to park at the hotel. NO mention of this beforehand. No one thinks that their stay at a hotel does not come with free parking. I felt this was a backhanded fee.

I was in a King size room, having a late check in. In the morning, I had a shower only to find that the shampoo dispenser was either broken or empty as no shampoo came out. Also, the ice machine on my floor was broken. And my 3rd concern, I am a tea drinker. There was plenty in the room for coffee drinkers but not even a tea bag to be found. Those were the cons. Pros: I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Not a spider/ bug anywhere, no cobwebs, not even a dust bunny - I checked. I appreciated that there was a dark facecloth to remove makeup. I also appreciated that someone had turned on the heat so that the room was already comfortable on my arrival. One other thing to mention, the clerk on night duty was very informative and efficient. That was very appreciated by a tired traveler who just wanted to relax in thei room.

There was construction on the street so getting to the property is a little difficult. Once there the staff are fine. I often use the stairs especially when staying on lower floors. The back stairway was filthy. Concrete stairway so not difficult to clean. Aside from the construction and staircase, all else was pretty good. Wifi and TV are great. Quiet and clean room. The construction on the street looks like it could take the entire summer and has to be tough to deal with.

BED BUGS. No Quality in this place. Came in at 1am after a long travel day, checked into room 205 and placed luggage beside bed and sat down for 10 minutes. Within that time we had several bed bugs crawl onto us and our luggage. Immediately called the front desk and checked out. All the support they gave was a refund, we had to throw away all our belongings to ensure we did not bring these things home. A mananger was supposed to get ahold of us and nobody has been answering calls or trying to make things better

Arrived to check-in and there was only one staff member working. Although he was doing his best it was very clear there needed to be more people working to get through the line of folks waiting to be checked in. Once we were finally checked in, we went upstairs and found that our room wasn't cleaned at all and was still dirty from previous guests. We had to go back downstairs and wait over an hour for them to clean the room and have it ready for us. We had requested a cot that didn't come until late and when it did arrive there was no bedding. We then had to call and request bedding for the cot. I paid for parking overnight in the lot and the extension cord for my vehicle was stolen overnight. Thankfully my car was still able to start despite the cold. Overall an extremely negative experience.

The hotel room was very clean and the service was great. The hotel needs an upgrade and we were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. Nice to have something but the only option was one breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Used to much more from a Quality inn.

The Roads are all blocked off. Definitely not the hotels fault but the receptionist was super rude upon check in. Refused to cooperate in any sort of way. We requested early check in, but was un accommodating in every bit of the conversation. Was very difficult to enter, and the hotel was gloomy/dirty.

We tried to stay here. The roads are all blocked off around the property for construction. Couldn't find anywhere to park or where the front door to the hotel was. Contacted hotel and was told to park in their lot across the street which meant walking with my young children and our belongings around the construction, and try to find the front door. Asked for a refund so we could find somewhere more accessible and family friendly to stay and they refused. When contacting the front desk, the person working asked me to hold and put the receiver down. I listened to him for half an hour check in people who I watched walk past me on the street and talk about football with my crying toddler in the backseat. All around, terrible experience. Maybe when the construction is cleared up it would be ok but not worth the headache right now.

Terrible parking, not enough staff at check in time, house keeping only every three days, my request for extra towels was ignored and I had to take some off the housekeeping trolley, and when we had a plumbing issue (plugged toilet) I was given a plunger to fix it myself because no maintenance staff were there.

I booked through Expedia, when I arrived they turned me away because I had no credit card for a damage deposit… I could have paid $500 cash/debit as a deposit but was refused as it’s policy… I was then refused a refund of roughly $150 for my reservation as they don’t refund for cancellations. I did NOT cancel, I was denied my reservation. If taking money for a room reservation, turning guests away, and then keeping the funds for services not rendered is your policy… that’s not a business, that is robbery… actual theft. It is an absolute scam!

Overnight stay for a medical. Thought we would stay close to appointment location so we chose the Quality inn b/c of price. Bad move. Pay $15 for parking. Sketchy as hell. And walking from parking to hotel late at night not very safe?? Next time I will pay a little more and drive a little farther and stay at a safer location

This is a very affordable hotel, right in the heart of downtown Regina. The rooms offer a lot of space, and I don't really notice any downtown noise at night.

Hotel room was clean, but the area surrounding the hotel was pretty ‘shady’ and the road construction made it very difficult to access. Will not be returning here!

Room was nice. Location is convenient for the casino and only 10 min driver to the airport. A lot of homeless people in that area in the morning. Most were friendly but a few were very aggressive.

I guess i didnt realize how "downtown " this location is ...in the middlenof high rises and need to pay for parking. The air was so dry our bed,light switches ,basically anythig we touched was sparking like an electric chair . And breakfast is a flop as well ...

Checked into motel and had to pay an extra parking fee on top of the price. Our room was the furthest room u could get and being on the second floor we were above a chinese restaurant and the room stunk like chinese food. Left today and our clothes still smell like chinese food. Continental breakfast was closed for good but they had a nice little shop that could provide you with breakfast for $15. Definitely will NEVER stay there again

Regina's downtown is a mess with construction and one way streets. The rooms were nice and clean but be prepared for paid parking. On checkout I was told it would be $15 per night for parking. Also, the breakfast provided is a guy with a microwave oven that offers egg, egg & sausage or egg, sausage cheese microwaved muffin.

The hotel room was very clean and the service was great. The hotel needs an upgrade and we were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. Nice to have something but the only option was one breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Used to much more from a Quality inn.

Hotel staff were awesome. I had problems getting to hotel ( construction everywhere). Room was immaculate. I would have liked hand rails in the shower for my husband. I’m am peeved that parking wasn’t included with my stay. After I booked I was informed that parking would be extra. If I had known that I might have gone elsewhere. But I will say this. The parking was very convenient, right at back door, with a ramp.

The street is under construction, the ‘on-site parking’ in the description is actually an uncovered ungated public parking lot one block away in Regina downtown. It is impossible to sleep tight when thinking your vehicle could be broken-in in any minute during the night. I made the reservation then drove to the hotel, discovered the situation and ask for cancellation. They refuse to refund the reservation I made just 20 minutes ago. Don’t recommend at all if you drive a car.
