Room was basic but nice, the bar / restaurant in the hotel was nice making it so we didn’t have to leave the hotel. The breakfast was really good but it’s not free, but way better than free breakfasts at hotels. Small parking lot, would stay again.

Nice hotel near the Keg on Albert if that is your jam. Really nice water park for the kids and adults hot tub is big enough for a crowd. It also has an Irish bar downstairs. The staff were all friendly. The only thing is it has a small gym. The parking is huge

The rooms themself are clean and comfortable We went there for the water park. It is good when it is not busy, but when it is busy it is unsafe. This morning not a staff member was in sight. There was kids running and jumping into the pool that packed shoulder to shoulder. They landed on other kids. The parents are ultimately responsible, but the hotel is also responsible to protect guests. The same thing happened last time I was there. The waterpark is very packed most of the time making it not enjoyable

The room was not very clean. The bathroom was old and cramped with no bathroom fan. Lots of rust in the bathroom and stains on the walls. We were given an air bed which had mysterious stains on it. The water park was fun but also not very clean or well maintained. The pool is very small and kids jumping in constantly made it hard to enjoy yourself. The pool towels are not allowed to leave the pool area so prepared to walk through the hotel soaking wet and cold in your bathing suit. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Overall, a fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff, especially the front desk. The only negatives were that the pool was too small (the hot tub was excellent though) and the bed was saggy in the middle.

The room service staff forgot things each time (drinks or utensils). Water pressure was poor. Other guests rude with noise or could hear others showering above. Bathrooms could use updating. Carpet in hall and room was bunching up. Chair in room very modern and not comfy. No mincrowave in our room (spaces avaliable).

There were burn marks all over the carpet, the room layout was strange so we couldn’t watch the TV while laying in bed, and the bathroom was dated and in very rough shape. The photos online were very misleading. This was extremely over priced for what we experienced. We will not be staying again.

One of the front staff ladies was great, the rest showed no customer service. The room a/c wasnt working and was extremely humid/muggy, maintenace reset it and it gave out after 10-15 minutes was then given an old dusty fan, parking was not the greatest, pool was extremely packed, exterior garbages were all full the whole time, no areas for pets to go washroom, requested an extra pillow and didnt show up, lastly we requested an early check-in days before and were told to ask on the day of in which we did and was told they should be able to accomodate, waited in lobby from 1:40pm until 3:30pm which then we had to leave as we had birthday arrangements to get to. Was def not the greatest experience and will not stay here again and also not recommend to anyone. No type of compensation offered either.

Staff were super friendly. Brought extra towels quickly to our room. We stayed pool side room and it was great for the kids. Smaller water park but definitely enjoyable for all ages. The center water spray attraction Is a nice touch.

Parking lot is so small! The stay was absolutely awful! Will never stay here again! There was a HUGE group of kids running up and down the hallway at until almost 10:00pm! We had babies and kids in our room that kept waking up screaming. We asked the children to stop more than once. We call front desk to do the same. Seems like the care for other guests is not a priority. I would absolutely never stay here again! Something needs to be done about how they let children run around this damn hotel! Especially when there is other babies, families and small children who need to sleep! I am so disgusted and disappointed with this stay. Waste of money! The staff need to be better about control other guests and ensuring respect is mutual for everyone. So astonishing how they said they knew the kids were loud yet seemed to do nothing.

Great hotel with the kids with the slides. Conveniently located The Keg and other nice restaurants and Save on foods for shopping. The mall is also less than 10 minutes drive. The Wascana Park is also nearby.

We had just had a terrible experience at another hotel, so coming to the Atlas was refreshing! It was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious! Would be nice to have a continental breakfast included in the cost as many other hotels do now, but other than that it was a very good experience.

Everything is good except that we requested for a crib but nothing came. We had breakfast too at the hotel restaurant but the experience was not that good. Took so long for the order to come, missing orders asked 3 times but nothing came and food was cold when they served. Talked to the server about it, gave us discount which is appreciated. Hopefully it’ll not happen next time.

Great hotel, we love the pool of course! Nice restaurant and great affordable room service is nice as well. Unfortunately the rates have gone very high, perhaps due to popularity. We stayed elsewhere on our latest trip. We will definitely return to the Atlas if the rates are more competitive.
