Amus Hotel & Spa

It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness & Room: Room and common areas were very clean. Housekeeping came daily, and towels were changed regularly. Bed and pillows were comfortable, blackout curtains worked well. The balcony was nice, though the shower cabin was narrow. The room had a wardrobe, drawers, hangers, safe, and an empty minibar. Air conditioning worked well and was essential in the heat. Pools & Beach: Two small outdoor pools – one at ground level and one on the rooftop. The rooftop pool was often crowded with kids, and swimming was hard due to ball games. Water was surprisingly warm. There’s also an indoor pool, but the chlorine smell was too strong for us. The hotel has its own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Access is easy via underpass, but no hotel-run beach bar or snack area. Many guests reserved poolside sunbeds early with towels. We preferred the sea, which was great. Food & Bar: We booked half board. À la carte restaurants are extra unless you’re all-inclusive. Lunch is €25 per adult, €12.5 per child. À la carte (1 pizza + 2 salads) was better value. Food overall wasn’t great. Too much pork, not enough kid-friendly options. Weak bakery section. I’d rate food 6/10. Bar was nice: Greek coffee €4, cocktails around €10 Other: Wi-Fi was free and strong. Spa and gym available, but we didn’t use them. You can change towels daily at the spa. Lots of kids at the hotel.

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, gutes Essen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wäre Service in den Pool- und Gartenbereichen nett gewesen. Außerdem ist ein Wechsel der Pool-Handtücher nur im Spa-Bereich (weit entfernt von den Pools) möglich. Liegen werden leider frühzeitig durch die Gäste reserviert! Bloß kein Zimmer unterhalb der 6. Etage nehmen, es ist sehr laut (Pumpen, Generatoren etc).

Très bel hôtel 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de piscines (3 extérieures et une intérieure & spa). Superbe salle de gym.

5 night stay in suite with Mountain View on 9th floor. Nice bright room, clean, sofa bed for 3rd adult, 2 bathrooms one with just toilet and basin, double balcony, some sun in afternoon. Breakfast had lots of choice, didn’t see anything GF however if that’s what you require. Nice pool area with one on the roof too. Drinks and food expensive. Beach sunbeds free. Should make getting beach towels easier, quite a walk to spa to change them. Resort fairly small, lots of touristy shops and restaurants. Lovely sunset views from beach. Can walk to Rhodes town )apparently takes an hour) or get the bus from the road outside the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Lia, in the suites reception was incredibly attentive and professional and we appreciate everything she did for us. She is a credit to the hotel!! Our room was very spacious and the comfortable bed offered a perfect nights sleep after a day of exploring. Lovely variety of breakfast choices and great location - close to some great restaurants. The cleanliness of the steam room and jacuzzi in the spa weren’t too great but overall all other facilities were fantastic!

Amus is a lovely hotel with lots of facilities, attentive and professional staff, good quality rooms, restaurants and bars. Spa is genuinely a great addition. The private beach is across the road, but the fact you access it via tunnel makes all the difference and feels both safe and non disruptive. Only positive feedback about the booked in restaurants - they are great for a resort hotel. All inclusive option didn’t disappoint either. Overall a great 10 days relaxing at Amus and exploring Rhodes.

The staff where absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for you, I would definitely stop here again. The only issue we had with the hotel was we paid for a suite which boasted a heated pool and was told it wasn't working which we was ok with at first as we had free spa access included too then be told that the hot tub wasn't working either. It did get fixed towards the end of the holiday though, Other then everything was amazing.

The property and rooms were very nice with lots of pools and areas to relax. The bar bits menu could have had a few more items. When restaurants at the property were closed it was better to go through room service menu instead of the bar bites menu for food. Also the pools closed too early. July is very hot and the sun goes down after 8pm. It would been nice to have at least one pool open till 9pm. There were a few times we wanted to use the pool after 7pm but were unable to since they were closed. The really nice beaches required a 25 to 1 hour drive from the property so we had to rent a car. The beach by the property was not very nice.

Our beds were made and towels changed, but our room was not cleaned. The floors were really dusty and full of hair. Under the bed and sofa were very bad. They didn't remove dirty glasses and cutlery and only replaced (some) toiletries after 4 days. Ridiculous system to collect/return pool towels! Can only be done at the spa at certain times, no use for those using the 11th floor pool or anyone wanting a swim before 10am. Most people used their own Our stay included 2 a la carte meals. We tried to book the nicer restaurant in advance but were told no. But there were no dinner slots left when we arrived. Bit of a con! No pedestrian access to the bus stop into town, you walk on the road which is so dangerous on the dark Really loud club music at the main pool - more suitable for a club 18-30 hotel! The gym showers - disgusting

Unserer Meinung ist das kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Der Poolbereich war nicht sauber (Abfall lag mehrere Tage herum) und es gab viele kaputte Liegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr in Ordnung, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Our first time to Greece and safe to say we absolutely loved it. The hotel and staff were friendly and professional the only thing that let them down was their lack of cleaning up the neverending bird muck on the balcony. We would definitely return to the same property though.

Väldigt fint hotell med mycket bra frukost. Vi bodde här endast en natt med frukost. Vi tog ett deluxe rum med havsutsikt. Rummet var fint renoverat och havsutsikten var bra trots att vi fick ett rum som var ganska långt in och lite mer på sidan. Rummen är ganska små och framförallt badrummet så hade man fått önska hade det varit bra med lite mer utrymme där. Servicen på hotellet är utmärkt och personalen mkt trevlig. Det enda vi kan bemärka på var småsaker såsom städning under säng. Jag berättade det för städerskan, så hon kunde försäkra sig om att det ordnas till nästa gäst. Jag är extremt pedant när det kommer till städning så på det stora hela var det mkt rent på rummet och i utrymmen på hotellet. Pooler: stora poolen nedtill är mkt full så jag rekommenderar att välja poolen och lägga våning 2 (om ni inte bara är vuxna för då finns det även en vuxenpool).

It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel - it is a three, and there are problems every step of the way and it really wasn't enjoyable. The room was opposite lifts so lots of chat, housekeepers shouting and furniture being moved around. Balcony light didn't work. The bathroom had no ventilation so condensation everywhere, and flooded floor. Housekeeping gave no toilet roll and didn't come everyday. Products out of date. They made the bed and left everything else.I got two single beds pushed together. And the middle where they joined was uncomfortable - this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Jacuzzi wasn't working, receptionist said 'that's the pressure, it is what it is'. I then called her a second time she said yeah it's not working. Towel system insane. Has to wait in a 20 min queue everyday for food, service bad. I informed there was a piegon in the buffet and they laughed. Poor food labelling, marked veggie when it was meat. Lack of information about facilities and classes. I wanted to give feedback but was refused an email address. Adult pool area quiet except for lifeguard talking loud on his phone. Sunbeds on beach and by the other pool uncomfortable, and towels don't cover the bed. Generally staff incredibly rude, and dinner service was bad. Waiting for drinks, arriving after I finished my meal. They had someone in a suit to show you to a table and then that's it, completely ignored. It took them 25 minutes one night to bring a card machine.

Sehr nettes und freunliches Personal, die Zimmer und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wurden wie beschrieben vorgefunden und alles war sauber bzw. wurde sofort in Ordnung gebracht, wenn es mal etwas zu beanstanden gab. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht einem 5-Sterne Hotel, 4 Sorten Käse und 4 Sorten Wurst (immer das Gleiche) sind einfach zu wenig. Deutschsprachiges Personal war eine Fehlanzeige, aber mit ein paar Englischvokabeln konnte man sich verständigen. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Wat ons vooral gestoord heeft waren bepaalde aspecten van netheid. Op zowel het bestek, de borden en de tassen kon je zeer vaak nog aangekoekte restanten vinden van je voorgangers. De douche was ook niet bepaald spik en span te noemen. Bij een douchebeurt kwam er een onaangename geur uit de afloop en de afdichtingen waren dusdanig slecht geplaatst dat er na het douchen telkens een hele plas in de badkamer stond. De afwisseling aan het buffet en de kwaliteit van het eten vonden wij alvast geen 5 sterren waard. Eerder een matige 4 sterren. Als we de vergelijking nemen met onze ervaring in Olympic Palace enkele jaren geleden (ook 5 sterren) dan is er toch een significant verschil in zowel de kwaliteit alsook de keuze van producten en de manier van presentatie. De kamer was verder wel goed, voldoende opbergruimte, modern en proper. Zeer goed bed en bedlinnen ook. Dagelijks propere handdoeken en vaak een kleine attentie in de vorm van chocolade vonden de kids wel fijn Personeel was attent en vriendelijk. Ze doen hun best om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Hotel is zeer goed bereikbaar zowel met eigen middelen als met het openbaar vervoer. De voetgangerstunnel naar het strand toe is best aangenaam, zeker als je met jonge kinderen op weg bent. Er is zowel op het 11de verdiep als beneden een groot zwembad waar op elk moment van de dag wel een plekje te vinden was. Geen belachelijke handdoeken race in de ochtend (al heb je natuurlijk altijd uitzonderingen op de regel)

Hotel muito bom. Bem perto do centro e aeroporto. A praia é agradável e o serviço e comida muito bons. Fiquei no esquema all inclusive e os drinks também são bons. A vista é linda. Mas não fiquei no andares mais altos, pois o barulho do café da manhã no terraço pode atrapalhar o seu sono. Os bangalôs são a melhor pedida. Ou andares até o 7o

The staff was kind and helpful! The bungalow we stayed in was very nice but I think our water kettle was broken and the front door had no seal along the bottom so bugs were constantly coming in.

Location is great so close to old town - 15 min on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great everyday and room was clean and great size

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk geholpen; een medewerker nam de bagage mee tot in onze duplex loftkamer. Prachtig zeezicht met hoge ramen en elektrische gordijnen, al werkten die niet goed en moest er een monteur komen. Ook waren de rails beschadigd. De kamer had drie douches; één houder was kapot (de volgende dag netjes vervangen), maar beide cabines liepen telkens leeg waardoor de badkamers spekglad werden. Volgens de monteur een bekend probleem, wat echt een onderhoudspunt is. Het terras was groot en comfortabel met dagelijks een schitterende zonsondergang, al was er weinig privacy door lage muren en hadden we wat last van luidruchtige buren. Minder prettig vonden we dat de terrasdeur na schoonmaak open bleef en dat er dagelijks iemand apart binnenkwam voor chocolaatjes. Voor ons had dat niet gehoeven. S'avonds in bed was er een groene lamp dat niet uitging bij het slapen. Dit was wel hinderlijk. Pluspunt: de ligging dicht bij het strand, bereikbaar via een tunnel onder de drukke weg. De strandwacht hield een oogje in het zeil, waardoor je zorgeloos kon zwemmen. Het hotel heeft potentie: mooie binnentuin (al werkte de waterval niet) en een ruim buffet met beperkte variatie. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam; de jongen die ons bij aankomst hielp, zwaaide ons bij vertrek persoonlijk uit. Al met al een fijn verblijf, maar door onderhoud en kleine tegenvallers geen volle 5 sterren.

We stayed in one of the suites with a pool/garden and were all inclusive. Our room and pool/garden were very nice and we were very happy with them. Would be good to have solar power to heat all the pools though as the water was very cold. Only small downside for us was the noise from The main road along which all the hotels are placed and the pump for the pools as we were next to it but having said that we live near a major road so wasn’t really a problem for us. The food was excellent and plenty of it and all of the staff in the suite areas we dealt with were all very nice, lovely, friendly and helpful people. We didn’t manage to use the spa but hopefully we will go back and use it next time we go.

We stayed at Amus Hotel & Spa with my wife and son and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding — both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has a small but beautifully maintained territory, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are simply furnished, yet the beds and pillows are very comfortable. There was some noise from the restaurant ventilation and the nearby road, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

AWFUL customer service by the receptionists. As soon as me and my friend arrived, there was no warm welcome like other hotels, the receptionist was very cold and blunt. Once we signed in and were informed that we had an hour until check in, we were told to move our luggage OURSELVES. So we had to walk to the spa ourselves, carrying all of our luggage into their lift, up and down multiple stairs, with still no one offering to help. Then once we get there we we were haggled by the lady at the spa with ridiculous prices specifically for the spa. For example, if I want JUST my fringe cut, it would cost me €40. Even without a wash and blow dry. And so when we politely said that we are tired and we’ll have a think about the offers as we have literally just arrived, the lady became very cold, rude and then ignored us. The rest of the trip, not one person there explained where any of the facilities are, how to access the private beach, or even where breakfast was going to be and at what time. We had to figure everything out on our own, which is very odd to me considering it’s a 5 star hotel. ALSO at the end of our trip, when we checked out, the receptionist unprofessionally forgot to charge us for the tax for our stay and so they practically harassed my phone when I arrived at the airport telling me I didn’t pay and and that I need to now FIND their email and pay it ASAP. The breakfast was also not nice, eggs were super oily. The bar staff were lovely and so were the housekeepers

Loved our time at the Rhodes Bay Hotel. The staff were amazing - in particular the pool bar staff (George and Milinos) who recommended some amazing local restaurants and kept us entertained with expert service and particularly great Bloody Mary's. Anna and Melissa gave great pool dance classes and we attended the bingo which was good fun too. We would have loved a massage but the prices were not published anywhere. We talked to the spa staff twice who tried selling a 600 Euro whole package. Breakfast was good. Well organised, great selection and views outside are amazing. Overall really loved our stay. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing and the little touches really made us feel welcome. All areas including pool was super super clean and all staff we talked to went above and beyond. The under road walkway to the beach was a great idea! Would recommend and was sad to go home!

The hotel itself is great with an amazing view & had really good facilities from the spa to the pool and right across the road is the beach. The staff at reception however I think could be more helpful and friendly. Everytime we went to ask a question whether it was for a taxi or just directions- it was like we were bothering them. It wasn’t all reception but just mainly the person who checked us in which kind of ruined some of our experience with the service.

Should not be a 5 stars hotel. From reception to bars and restaurants, poor service from a staff mostly (apart for a few individuals) clearly not trained to the standards and just not helpful/not bothered. Room looked tired, with mismatched floor tiles, a tv in front of a mirror, a scruffy bathroom and a ripped sofa. Food was varied but quality average. Silly system with the pool towels which need to be collected from the spa. Spa staff very pushy to book, list of treatment and prices hard to obtain. Yet they ambush you after your treatment to leave a review. Picture perfect spa but not thought through, a jacuzzi without steps to get in, with nowhere to leave your towel, a steam room with steps down you can\'t see/no sign, a huge sauna struggling to get hot with nails sticking out of the benches. Messy pools areas with sunbeds all over the place, cigarette bots in the grass, glasses on tables for hours. Very loud music for "activities" at the downstairs pool twice a day, played over the pool\'s music, with young entertainment team dancing, all rather tacky. Good gym but blocked shower and toilet without lock. Cleanliness and tidiness under average all round. Overall lack of attention to detail.

I felt that some of the staff could have been more helpful and better delivering service - with exception of the spa staff and a couple of ladies working in the top floor restaurant. However, it was a relaxing stay and the hotel itself was wonderful.

Staff so friendly, second time I have been to this hotel and loved it , service is excellent food is very good and they always have a smile on their face they do their upmost in making your stay pleasant and memorable, The lads at the pool bar exceptional, great service can’t thank them enough. Definitely recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work 🙌👌

Good amenities and meal choices available. Staff are very friendly which is a little let down by the kitchen staff on the main restaurant floor. Overall I’d recommend the hotel and it is in a good location.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel was well run and the facilities and public spaces were excellent. Short stroll to sea and wonderful sea views and sunsets. Close to airport and old town.

Amus is a lovely hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, it is a good distance from Rhodes old town and the airport. Food at breakfast was plentiful with a great variety, plenty of space to sit inside or outside. Olivetti restaurant was lovely too. Pool and activities were good, access to the beach is perfect with a tunnel under the road making it safe, lots of restaurants and bars nearby along with supermarkets all in walking distance. Our rooms were great, nice size and kept clean. The toiletry products were lovely. The spa was nice, staff very friendly, but it is pricey. £100+ for a massage. Some areas to improve, the pedestrian access to the hotel needs to be improved you can only walk on the drive which has lots of hire cars and taxis on it. They should enforce the message not to put towels out before 09:30, there is a sign up, but it is at the wrong end of the pool. I they didn’t remove any despite the sign stating that they do. We mostly found somewhere for 09:00, and there were 3 of us. You have to scan a QR for any menu that you want to see, even in the restaurants. Which isn’t great if you don’t take a phone to dinner, or pool bar etc. The bathroom toiletries are attached to the wall to prevent you taking them, which I 100% support, but please make them reachable from the bath! You can only reach them if you’re having a shower. Tricky to get up every time you want some shower gel! We had a lovely stay at Amus

Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, hier gibt es keine Beanstandungen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist auch ein Katzensprung und war sehr angenehm. Wir waren in einem Duplex-Zimmer und haben die letzten 2 Tage in einem Zimmer mit Pool. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Getränke und Speisen, welche im All-Inklusive Paket enthalten waren, waren ausreichend und lecker. Die Bedienungen waren immer freundlich und hatten alles gut im Blick. Teller wurden schnell vom Tisch abgeräumt und wenn die Getränke leer waren wurde sehr zügig gefragt ob man noch etwas benötigt oder aufgefüllt. Die Speisen könnten lediglich etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, wir haben jedoch jeden Tag etwas gefunden was uns schmeckt. Eine Nacht sind wir mit dem Taxi nach Rhodos gefahren. Das Taxi haben wir an der Rezeption bestellt und es war innerhalb von 5 Minuten vor Ort. Bei allen Anliegen wurde uns an der Rezeption immer sehr gut weiter geholfen. Im Hotel ist auch ein kleiner Shop der das nötigste zu notmalen Preisen ambietet. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch, dadurch mussten wir das Hotel weniger verlassen und konnten entspannen. Der Pool im elften Stock war super und es gab ein kleines Buffet für Tagsüber. Der Pool unten war in Ordnung und war es dort jedoch zu heiss da in dem Eck in dem wir lagen kein Wind ging. Der Weg zum Strand durch den Tunnel war sehr entspannt und auch der Strand hat uns gut gefallen. Das Meer war gut begehbar.

Overall a great 10 days relaxing at Amus and exploring Rhodes.

Great location - between airport and Rhodes old City. Oops were very nice and beach access was great. Hotel breakfast was huge with great selection. Would highly recommend.

Overall great stay, must advise that this is definitely not a 5* hotel though. Positives: The staff was mostly friendly and helpful Nice place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Negatives: I found it odd that they did not allow people to order food/drinks from outside (first time I’ve seen this at any hotel or resort I’ve stayed at) It is not very close to the city, and the beach is very wavy.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, super Lage, uns hat es super gefallen. Essen und Auswahl war gut und reichlich, nur die Beschriftung war nicht immer gegeben, wenn man zwecks Allergien aufpassen musste. Aber auf Nachfrage wurde in der Küche sofort alle Zutaten erfragt.

Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, hier gibt es keine Beanstandungen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist auch ein Katzensprung und war sehr angenehm. Wir waren in einem Duplex-Zimmer und haben die letzten 2 Tage in einem Zimmer mit Pool. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Getränke und Speisen, welche im All-Inklusive Paket enthalten waren, waren ausreichend und lecker. Die Bedienungen waren immer freundlich und hatten alles gut im Blick. Teller wurden schnell vom Tisch abgeräumt und wenn die Getränke leer waren wurde sehr zügig gefragt ob man noch etwas benötigt oder aufgefüllt. Die Speisen könnten lediglich etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, wir haben jedoch jeden Tag etwas gefunden was uns schmeckt. Eine Nacht sind wir mit dem Taxi nach Rhodos gefahren. Das Taxi haben wir an der Rezeption bestellt und es war innerhalb von 5 Minuten vor Ort. Bei allen Anliegen wurde uns an der Rezeption immer sehr gut weiter geholfen. Im Hotel ist auch ein kleiner Shop der das nötigste zu notmalen Preisen ambietet. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch, dadurch mussten wir das Hotel weniger verlassen und konnten entspannen. Der Pool im elften Stock war super und es gab ein kleines Buffet für Tagsüber. Der Pool unten war in Ordnung und war es dort jedoch zu heiss da in dem Eck in dem wir lagen kein Wind ging. Der Weg zum Strand durch den Tunnel war sehr entspannt und auch der Strand hat uns gut gefallen. Das Meer war gut begehbar.

We stayed at Amus Hotel & Spa in August 2025 and had the most amazing stay! The staff were incredible, the food was fantastic at the buffet and all the on site places. We stayed in a duplex with sea view and were so impressed with the size of the room and the balcony space. We were later upgraded to a suite with private pool. We preferred the layout of the duplex but were still incredibly comfortable in the suite, and the pool was fantastic. We would love to return to this hotel again, we had a brilliant time.

Location is great so close to old town - 15 min on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great everyday and room was clean and great size

Fantastisk mat med stort utbud. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal som hjälpte oss med allt vi kunde komma på. Rekommenderas varmt!

Wat ons vooral gestoord heeft waren bepaalde aspecten van netheid. Op zowel het bestek, de borden en de tassen kon je zeer vaak nog aangekoekte restanten vinden van je voorgangers. De douche was ook niet bepaald spik en span te noemen. Bij een douchebeurt kwam er een onaangename geur uit de afloop en de afdichtingen waren dusdanig slecht geplaatst dat er na het douchen telkens een hele plas in de badkamer stond. De afwisseling aan het buffet en de kwaliteit van het eten vonden wij alvast geen 5 sterren waard. Eerder een matige 4 sterren. Als we de vergelijking nemen met onze ervaring in Olympic Palace enkele jaren geleden (ook 5 sterren) dan is er toch een significant verschil in zowel de kwaliteit alsook de keuze van producten en de manier van presentatie. De kamer was verder wel goed, voldoende opbergruimte, modern en proper. Zeer goed bed en bedlinnen ook. Dagelijks propere handdoeken en vaak een kleine attentie in de vorm van chocolade vonden de kids wel fijn Personeel was attent en vriendelijk. Ze doen hun best om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Hotel is zeer goed bereikbaar zowel met eigen middelen als met het openbaar vervoer. De voetgangerstunnel naar het strand toe is best aangenaam, zeker als je met jonge kinderen op weg bent. Er is zowel op het 11de verdiep als beneden een groot zwembad waar op elk moment van de dag wel een plekje te vinden was. Geen belachelijke handdoeken race in de ochtend (al heb je natuurlijk altijd uitzonderingen op de regel)

We stayed at Amus Hotel & Spa with my wife and son and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding — both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has a small but beautifully maintained territory, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are simply furnished, yet the beds and pillows are very comfortable. There was some noise from the restaurant ventilation and the nearby road, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

A really nice hotel with good services and amenities nearby. The staff were brilliant and always so friendly and helpful- special mention to the staff at reception, at the bars and restaurants!! We went all inclusive which was well worth it and would definitely recommend the hotel. The whole area was very clean and the rooms cleaned to a high standard .

The food was good

We loved our stay at Amus, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and it’s great there are so many pools to choose from. I also have to eat gluten free and I ate very well here! Each meal time they would show me what I could and couldn’t eat and for breakfast I could even order gluten free pancakes. Would highly recommend this hotel!
