Prima hotel, erg schoon en aardig personeel. Enige minpunten vonden wij de verouderde kamers (baddouche), dunne muurtjes, (vanbuiten af hoor je niks maar je hoort wel je buren), het zwembad heeft genoeg ligplekken maar je mag deze niet verplaatsen of draaien er waren iets te weinig parasols en de lift was echt een drama. (Te klein en duurde daardoor erg lang). Aantal dingen die niet mijn voorkeur hebben, maar wat niet de kwaliteit vh hotel afdoet: - ontbijtzaal is binnen, erg druk en rumoerig - hele dag harde muziek bij het zwembad Verder was het groot, ruim, veel fijne faciliteiten als tennis- en voetbalbaan, lekkere restaurants en poolbars, genoeg ligplekken, personeel super vriendelijk!

Was our 5th time at this hotel. Cleaniness was great as normal however it wasn't the same as previous visits. The breakfast was not up to standard and the hotel itself was less friendly than previous. Lots of issues getting a place at the pool as people were allowed to reserve chairs before the pool even opened then not use the chairs or seats until the sun was out way later in the afternoon and as we are a family it was quite difficult and made no sense. The fact that smoking and vaping are allowed pool side was strange

Nice pool and quiet area. Room with balcony with partial sea view is ok. Wifi has never worked . Two things we really disliked during our stay. First, if you have a baby stroller, the hotel does not allow you to take it in the elevator. And if you offer to carry it up the stairs instead, they still don't allow you to bring it into the room. I’ve never seen such a rule in any hotel before — and there's no mention of it anywhere before booking. You only find out once you're already there. Second, the sunbeds by the pool are all taken by 9:00 AM. If you want one, you have to wake up early and reserve it by leaving a towel on it — otherwise, you won't find any available. As for the hotel manager, while he did agree in principle to refund through the travel operator, that would have required us to spend our time chasing down the agency (Expedia). In the end, we chose not to go through that hassle, and they offered us a late check-out as compensation.

Heel goed. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd en zijn wel toe aan opknapbeurt. Maar alles deed het en er werd goed schoongemaakt en was goed onderhouden. Tuin en zwembad: top. Veel keuzes om overdag wat te eten en te snacken.

Hay dos detalles que hoy estan superados en la hotelería de este nivel y que aun n o implementaron, uno es que las cerraduras de las habitaciones no son electronicas y obliga a llevar una llave clasica con un incomodo y pesado conector para la electricidad del cuarto. Freundliches Personal, gepflegte Unterkunft, schöne Poolanlage mit mit einem riesigen Salzwasserpool und einem kleinen Überdachten Süßwasserpool für die Kinder, beide Becken sind sehr Flach bis 1,35m tief. Trotz vieler Kinder vor Ort ist es sehr ruhig, dafür sorgt auch das Personal. Die beiden Restaurants vor Ort sind sehr gut und nicht besonders teuer, Ein Tipp die Straße runter direkt am Strand gibt es einen Imbiss der sehr Lecker und Preiswert ist. Von den Zimmer gibt es eine schöne Aussicht. Würde jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen.

Lovely older hotel but very well maintained. Lush gardens and a fabulous central pool with a few restaurants and bars dotted around. Food at the restaurants was probably better than the local places. Friendliest staff we've ever encountered and cleaners who never stop cleaning the place. 10 euro taxi ride into Rhodes Town.

Outstanding welcome and ongoing fantastic service from the receptionist who was lovely. Hotel lobby had a relaxed vibe, swimming pool area and room very clean. Swimming pool toilets always very dark and wet floor. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast was of a good standard and the staff catered to my gluten free requirements by providing me with the appropriate bread, cake and biscuits which was really nice. On the whole most of the staff were friendly and courteous. Evening entertainment not really to our taste but the programme did seem varied (dancing/magician/belly dancer). We took a taxi into Rhodes Old Town most nights for an explore and dinner. Most taxi drivers were fine (especially the ones booked by hotel reception on the outward trip) but do agree the price coming back (queue at taxi rank in the Old Town) before you accept a ride, one tried to rip us off. We were two female friends travelling together and one taxi driver made us feel extremely uncomfortable and worried for our safety (detour taken from usual route, asking if we were travelling on our own without men etc). Would definitely stay at this hotel again as a base to explore the island.

Large reception area, but small rooms, small bathrooms, small elevators (3 person max). No way to lock door from inside without using a key and the key is on a magnet that needs to be hung in order for electricity to work, total fire hazard. AC is a waste, tried to open the porch door, plenty of flies from the wooded area come in. Breakfast was diversified, first time i saw onion rings served for breakfast. but we did have mosquitos in the breakfast area, didn't make it appetizing.

We stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed the Dionysus. The food in all three restaurants was very good, service was good throughout the resort. Staff were friendly. We had an adjoining room which didn't provide much sound deadening from the adjacent room. The property is very well kept.

There was a big group of us travelling fur my daughter’s hen’s party. The hotel was just perfect for friends and family meeting up from different corners of the world. It was in a great location, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and Donna was exceptional at making sure we had everything we needed.

D’abord logés dans une chambre subissant des problématiques (fuite, électricité, propreté), la responsable de la réception a pris contact avec moi afin de nous surclasser et a fait le nécessaire pour réparer la chambre. Nous avons donc pu loger dans une chambre d’un standing un peu plus élevé ce qui est fort agréable. J’ai seulement été mécontent du personnel d’entretien qui ne sont pas très aimables et ont même oubliés de verrouiller notre chambre durant toute une journée ! Cela dénote du reste de l’équipe qui est très sympathique et surtout un grand merci aux personnels de la réception qui ont pris de nos nouvelles quotidiennement et qui se pliaient en quatre dès qu’un «\xa0soucis\xa0» était évoqué ! Nous avons donc passé de bonnes vacances dans cet hôtel bien qu’un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne lui ferai pas de mal.

Fantastic stay at the Dionysos Hotel, its conveniently located with just enough shops and restaurants nearby. There is a small supermarket at the entrance to the hotel and the beach is just at the end of the road. We had an issue with the air con in the room and we were moved straight away to a different room with no issues what so ever. Food, drinks everything is just perfect, we will definitely be going back there soon.

The hotel appears to be somewhat old, with the rooms requiring considerable upgrade. The breakfast is very average, the food is plentiful, but the food/drinks quality was generally poor. The wifi was very poor, since we often struggled to benefit from a proper connection in several locations including our room. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We were initially excited to come over, but it turned out to be somewhat disappointing.

Take a travel kettle, they only provide 1980's filter coffee makers. The evening/night-time receptionist not very helpful. Wonderfully established mature gardens, kids play area, crazy golf, tenis courts. Breakfast was included for what we paid, you can go half-board, mexican fantastic and the other two resteraunts delicious. Not many resteraunts and nightlife down on the coast road and its very busy with noisy traffic. Bus easy to catch into Rhodes where you can transit to other parts of the island from the bus station. Visit Rhodes old town in the morning, cruise ships arrive in the afternoon's and it gets very busy. Overall loved the Dionysos, peaceful and so relaxing.

Highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, 3 choices of restaurants all placed around the pool, reasonable prices. Pool bar excellent again reasonable priced drinks. Location only a few minutes walk to the beach and bus stop. Good location and short taxi journey to airport and Old Rhodes Town. Would definitely go back as so many more sights to see.

Amazing garden and pool complex, large rooms, great breakfast buffet and other food options, all for an exceptional price close to all attractions. Two thumbs up !

Was our 5th time at this hotel. Cleaniness was great as normal however it wasn't the same as previous visits. The breakfast was not up to standard and the hotel itself was less friendly than previous. Lots of issues getting a place at the pool as people were allowed to reserve chairs before the pool even opened then not use the chairs or seats until the sun was out way later in the afternoon and as we are a family it was quite difficult and made no sense. The fact that smoking and vaping are allowed pool side was strange

beautiful gardens surrounding hotel. Room well equipped but bathroom in need of upgrade. Internet patchy in room and not always good in main areas. Breakfast food plentiful , no fresh cook station though. 3 restaurants - food good. Entertainment disappointing-, saxophonist and magician unappealing. Staff very helpful.

Highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, 3 choices of restaurants all placed around the pool, reasonable prices. Pool bar excellent again reasonable priced drinks. Location only a few minutes walk to the beach and bus stop. Good location and short taxi journey to airport and Old Rhodes Town. Would definitely go back as so many more sights to see.

Nice hotel. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast very average and a bit dull. Hotel very clean but the room service was a bit hit or Miss. sometimes the bathroom was cleaned other times just the towels changed. Overall a very nice stay.

Amazing find !! Staff quick and considerate. Plenty of room and amazing pool. Temperature consistently in 30s helped. Room was decent enough. Lift a bit small but thats a quirk giving this place a bit of character. Restaurants are great good variety. Overall...we loved it!!

The hotel appears to be somewhat old, with the rooms requiring considerable upgrade. The breakfast is very average, the food is plentiful, but the food/drinks quality was generally poor. The wifi was very poor, since we often struggled to benefit from a proper connection in several locations including our room. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We were initially excited to come over, but it turned out to be somewhat disappointing.

Lovely older hotel but very well maintained. Lush gardens and a fabulous central pool with a few restaurants and bars dotted around. Food at the restaurants was probably better than the local places. Friendliest staff we've ever encountered and cleaners who never stop cleaning the place. 10 euro taxi ride into Rhodes Town.
