Pools abit cold but overall lovely staff and clean park. Will definitely be back..

The whole family loved the location and being able to access multiple areas for swimming and playing as well as the convenience of the location for us to access the venue as well as shopping and food.

Cleaning of rooms need to improve. Excellent pool areas. Quiet place.

The new water park is fantastic & having plenty of pools is a great idea. We found the cabin to be clean and all user friendly.

The room was a great size, comfortable beds and very clean. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The waterpark and pools were amazing.

The price was right. Room was bright very bright like at 5a.m in the morning a blockout blind on glass would help. Also Venetian blinds don't cut the outdoor light directly out the window.The bed being in full view of main door which opens outwards doesn't afford privacy at times.The shower head is not central in the shower which makes it difficult to get under the water. I feel for the price charged and the clear high occupancy rate there is a strong lack of maintenance.The pool as cloudy n very murky with a large amount of tree waste in both pools. As for the waterpark the slip proof mat was removed on the two decks over 2 years ago when my grandaughter was hurt it has been replaced with thin grit like paper. There appears to be sharp edges in the big green slides as my 2 grandaughters have suffered cuts to there fingers on 2 seperate visits over the last year.We have had numerous stays here in last 2 years in various accommodation which messages have been left (but no response) about issues that need attention.These range from dodgy mattresses leaking taps leaking gas uncovered inspection sites on a spa pump in a unit.Doors that you need to be a contortionist to get in the shower.There appears a lack of sensible security as windows have a piece of dowel to hold them shut and lots of broken window mesh.I realise the bats n birds are an issues but most cabins outside are really bad.I hope this goes where needed as this is an amazing place with so much potential

The property was clean and the ladies at check in were friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pools and waterpark which was nice after a long day of driving.

Cabins old and not really as pictured on website. Laundry most machines and dryers not working so useless. Park itself quiet noisy. Water park old and run down and not operating. Cabins werent clean. Behind doors looked as though never been cleaned. Mouldy shower and musky smell through entire cabin. Not worth the money it cost to stay there. Stayed at alot better accomodation for less money

We stayed the night in a cabin which was terrific. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The waterpark looks amazing for families with children. We are very pleased to recommend staying here.

We were grateful to have a roof over our heads and liked that it was cleaned prior. Plus the staff also allowed us an early check in which was great. However, the room and linens were dusty and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable and cabin was clean. Pool was great too!

Facilities were great . Staff were extremely nice to deal with . A/c in rooms were filthy.

We stayed the night in a cabin which was terrific. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The waterpark looks amazing for families with children. We are very pleased to recommend staying here.

Rubbish around property, room was clean, bed a bit old otherwise was fine for the price.

room was very good clean modern downside was television continually lost signal every couple of minutes

Updating the beds, if you have two people in them you roll into the middle. In the bathroom please add some storage cupboards or vanity so you can hold your make up, toothbrush & accessories Add a games room with something for kids to do after dark.

Staff were Amazing! This is now our preferred place to stay next time we are in Rockhampton. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Great position for accessing Rockhampton. Office closing at 5 pm was a bit early when arriving late in afternoon and needing assistance.
