Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe.

Der Ausblick aus der großen Glasfront des Hotelrestaurants direkt in den (vorne leicht beleuchteten) Wald war großartig, das Essen hervorragend, der Service außerordentlich freundlich und das Ambiente mit Kerzenbeleuchtung perfekt. Frühstücksbuffet war optisch sehr ansprechend präsentiert und wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Frühstückszeit von 7-10:30h gab Raum für jede Art von Tagesplanung. Das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna war toll (auch für Saunaanfänger einfach zu bedienen und perfekt zum ausprobieren). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, auf einem Bergrücken und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nicht so optimal erreichbar, so dass man Mietwagen/Taxi für Ausflüge in die Umgebung einplanen sollte. Dachterrasse für tollen Ausblick.

The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :) It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well.

Loved the location in the forest of a ski resort in summer. The roof terrace view is panoramic revealing all the fells around Rovaniemi. The nature trails surrounding the hotel are wonderful. The food was excellent. The sauna in our room was outstanding along with the view from the room over the local forest. Would do it again one day though it is a long way from Australia. At the end of fourteen self driving around Finnmark and Sapmi it was an excellent choice on our journey back to Kirkenes. We loved northern Finland. The staff made a worthwhile and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. The one challenge is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We took heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Frankly I would do it again. The hotel was great.

Great shame the outside floodlights are not turned off at night to allow for a better northern lights experience. The hotel and food was amazing, the only downside was our room was only made up once in our 4 night stay

Tolles Frühstück (nachhaltig und Ökologisch) Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider sehr kalt und bis es warm wurde dauerte es lange. Das Restaurant war gut aber Wir sind fast erfroren beim Essen. Es war wirklich alles sehr kalt. 10 grad außen Temperatur und sie lassen alle Türen offen und heizen nicht. Sie sind das bestimmt gewohnt, aber wir Touristen brauchen es wärmer ;) Im Restaurant gab es immer wenige Gerichte, Rentier des Tages war leider immer das gleiche.

部屋はおしゃれで清潔で快適でした。バスルームに置いてあるハンドソープの香りが森の香り？で気に入りました。バスルームの隣にサウナが付いていたので好きな時に入れて良かったです。朝食は少しずついろいろ食べれて種類も多くてとても満足しました。ベリーのジャム？も3種類？あり食べ比べが出来て良かったです。フィンランドの食事が楽しめて大満足でした。ひとつ残念なことは、エレベーターがないので、重い荷物を持って階段を上がらないといけない事です。(私はフロントスタッフさんが持って下さったので助かりましたが…) それ以外は、素晴らしいホテルでもう一泊したかったです。

No estuvimos en el hotel porque no respetaron mi reserva de casi un año y me mandaron a unas cabañas que por su puesto no tienen el confort de un hotel,no limpian en toda la estadia, y encima era a casi 400 mts de la recepcion, no lo resolvieron, entonces iba al chalet o me quedaba en la calle. No me parece nada bien y encima la manayer ni siquiera me dio la cara cuando me fui personalmente a decirle que yo queria ir al hotel que fue lo que contrate. Cuidensen es feo esto

Die Lage mitten im winterlichen Wald und Skigebiet ist wirklich hervorragend, wenn auch etwas abgeschieden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, weshalb die Lage für uns kein Problem war. Auf den ersten Blick macht das Hotel keinen besonders tollen Eindruck, aber die Lobby mit offenem Kamin ist sehr gemütlich und macht das beim Eintritt ins Gebäude direkt wieder wett. In der Lobby kann es manchmal etwas frisch werden, wenn viele Menschen den Haupteingang benutzen und die kalte Luft ihren Weg ins Innere findet. Vielleicht könnte man dort mit einer Art Schleuse oder Lüftung entgegenwirken. Die Zimmer mit der kleinen privaten Sauna sind super und der zugehörige Ausblick von der Sauna durch das Panoramafenster wirklich schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum heraus ist fantastisch und unterstützt einen tollen Start in den Tag. Getränke und Snacks in der Lobby sind ebenfalls lecker und preislich im normalen Rahmen.
