Llegamos y fui todo muy rapido, no hemos necesidad de firmar nadie. Además fuenos dicho que poderíamos coger el desayuno en proprio dia. Mas negativo es la dificuld en parquear cerca para llevar las maletas

I arrived late after a long trip, the front desk agent was very attentive but parking is a huge problem. We have to carry our luggage because nobody informed us that we can park in front of the hotel to upload the luggage. The bathroom in our room had mold , I think that the property should check cleanliness and my husband felt in the shower . The only positive is that the hotel is in the center. I don’t recommend it.

Local é excelente, com atrações próximas e típicas de local central histórico. Perto dos pontos turismos e com ótimo comércio local. A Plaza Mayor fica menos de meia quadra do hotel, é linda e com excelentes restaurantes, sorveterias e cafés.Os recursos do hotel são confortáveis e o atendimento muito bom. Detalhe a cuidar é o acesso com carro pois os mapas não dirigem até o hotel por ser zona de pedestres.

Het hotel is bijzonder gelegen in de stad. Maar dat is ook een beetje het probleem: door wegopbreking etc heel lastig te vinden. Ook voor het parkeren in de garage had dit wat voeten in de aarde.

Very helpful staff, who solved the problem with my mattress, promptly after the first night. (They added these fluffy mattress toppers that make you sink in them and twist your body until your spine hurts --and you wake up at 3 a.m.!) Advice to other travelers: test the mattress immediately after arrival, and if the stupid mattress topper is not what you want, ask them to remedy the issue right away.

Location was excellent. Both sides of hotel entrance have direct paths to Plaza Mayor which is behind the hotel. Although there are lots of restaurants, shops and very close to Plaza, it was very quiet except the noise from the upstairs.

Nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta, era una habitación adaptada por lo que el espacio era amplio. El problema es que el baño carecía de ventilación, se oían todas las bajadas de agua, así como las maquinas del gimnasio que se encontraba enfrente de nuestra puerta. El internet no funcionaba en parte de la habitación ya que no tenía cobertura.

We stayed at Catalonia hotels in Ronda and Donostia, we liked this one as well, clean and quiet room and very well located once you find parking. Two things we didn't like though, the receptionist (one in the picture) did not welcome us and kind of lied to us that the included sparkling wine was in the room, it was not. All other people working there were helpful and polite. Secondly, the bottle of sparkling wine included was small, we have VIP with Hotels .com and this is the first time ever we got half a bottle.

A fantastic hotel, with excellent breakfast buffet and so close to Plaza Mayor and the main attractions in Salamanca. Very helpful staff, who solved the problem with my mattress, promptly after the first night. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattresses, however, felt old and uneven; when turning over in bed, I felt like I was sliding toward the edge. Breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the hotel was difficult to find—both Google Maps and Waze stopped about a block away, and when we tried to reroute, they kept taking us all over the city, back to the same place. Finding the entrance and parking in front was a bit confusing. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Room was clean and large. It was a little too hot I had to open the windows, which was slightly difficult because of the way they were set up. I couldn’t figure the air conditioning out. But the windows were fine in the end. Right off the plaza. Great Price point.
