Hotel muito bom e com ótima localização, no geral gostei da estadia, apenas ressalvo q o quarto naobtimha sistema de aquecimento, ou se tinha, nao estava funcionando, incompativel pois com o preço cobrado. Outro ponto diz respeito a falta de transparência na cobranca das taxas de estacionamento, no hoteis.com diz q seria dez euros por eu ser silver, lá quando cheguei me disseram q cobrariam 5 euros, mas no check out me cobraram foi quinze euros por noite.

Great location to explore Salamanca on foot from. Convenient secure parking at hotel. Close to the railway line and park and some noise from both at night with the windows open, but nothing that disturbed us.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items. The parking garage is great just across the lobby. The only situation that we experienced was that the AC in the room was not working properly and the room was very warm. We woke up sweating several times during the night. The room did not have a temperature control panel. Besides the situation with the AC, everything was great. Hope the hotel can fix the AC situation in the rooms.

Nous avions demandé une chambre loin des ascenseurs, on nous a donné une chambre juste à coté. l'ascenseur était très bruyant, en plus d'une très modeste isolation on entendait tout des chambres d'a coté quand elle était occupé. Petit déjeuné bon et suffisant mais très monotone. je dirai un hôtel 3 étoiles au lieu de 4. Beaucoup de choses à revoir.

Fantastic staff incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the center and all tourist attractions surrounding Salamanca. I was very impressed with my stay and more importantly will be back.

It was great. Just perfect for what I needed. Location was perfect to go walking to Salamanca downtown. Clean, good size, all amenities, small chocolate in my comfy bed, complimentary water and snacks. Friendly staff and delicious generous breakfast.

The hotel is spacious and immaculate. The hotel has easy parking and almost all of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Sadly, breakfast was poor. No attention to detail, limited places to sit becuase most tables had been used. I found a spot opposite a used place. Poor selection of hot food and it wasnt being topped up as it was running out.

The hotel is spacious and immaculate. The hotel has easy parking and almost all of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Sadly, breakfast was poor. No attention to detail, limited places to sit becuase most tables had been used. I found a spot opposite a used place. Poor selection of hot food and it wasnt being topped up as it was running out.

Modern hotel, 10 minute walk to city centre. Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us. We were able to book the hotel garage parking on-site for a fee, you access the garage via an electronic door at street level (no ramp). No restaurant or bar, however plenty in the area. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast options were good. Supermarkets and shops etc very close by. Would recommend, Used as an overnight stop.

The Hotel is clean, staff is kind, friendly and very helpful, parking is across the street but notice that their parking policy is a little confusing, I was told that they only warranty the first night even if your reservation is for multiple days.
