Large room and nice bathroom with good shower. Friendly staff. Nice pool if a little too shallow. Good fitness room. Excellent for city centre and MRT. Excellent food.. Front desk a bit slow. Use the self check-in. Don't call it "Millennium Orchard " as this confuses taxi drivers. Just call it Orchard Hotel, Orchard Red.

A superbly located and presented Singapore Hotel --- our room was spotless -- the hotel foyer was not only spotless, it was sparkling and super clean. Hotel staff were attentive and effective. Th breakfast buffet was excellent. Check in and out was quick and easy, lifts were close to the lobby and the lift wait times were minimal.

部屋の掃除が本当に不十分です。海外だと当たり前なのかもしれませんが、さすがに汚くて悲しかったです。初日部屋に入ると机の上に食べかすなどが落ちていて、コップの跡のような丸い円がありました。自分で拭きましたが普通に取れます。フロアには髪の毛が目で分かるくらい落ちてますし、洗面所も綺麗だとは思いませんでした。特にバスタブは絶対に洗ってないだろうと思うくらい汚れがついたままで、こちらも自分で洗いました。静かでベッドも枕も快適なのでまた泊まりたいと思いましたが、掃除の点が解消されなければ次は別のところにしたいです。あと、ペットボトルのお水の用意がないのもマイナスポイントです。（水道のお水を沸かして冷やすとのことでした）面倒なので毎日スーパーなどで買いましたが結構な金額になります。

Everything is a good, staff are nice but the only thing is our room is next to the lift so we can hear the lift go up and down easily and quite noisy. Other than that the rest are perfect.

The hotel is still a great stopover place. While dated it has been well maintained and remains a very good option for an affordable hotel in the orchard Road area. Walkable for all major malls in the area, near many great food and entertainment options. It remains my go to in that area.

Room was clean, however colours dark/dark red, the Down lights very dim, bathroom dark tiles, poor lighting, makeup mirror in build light not working, had to call electrician to sort it out, to small for a couple of suitcases.

The hotel is clean. The family room for 3 adults was spacious including the 6 bags. The breakfasts was great enjoyed it every morning. It is a walk to the MRT if you have an issue with walking. I would stay here again.

First, check in was awful. They point you to a computer kiosk that did not work so a hotel employee had to help and it did not work so she had to go in the back. My room was in the Claymore wing and this employee sent me in the WRONG direction of the correct elevators adding another 30 minutes of wandering around the hotel looking for my room. Once in the room the wi-fi failed to work so I could get no work done. At night the room was warm. It's like they shut the ac off at night. I am NEVER staying here again.

For a busy period with the f1 in town there is an extreme lack of front office staff and people at the door. Check out day on a Monday morning after f1 only had one staff doing checkout.

Front desk receptionist Rose was very accommodating including the other staff at the lobby. Assistant restaurant manager Tina Soh gave us a 4 star service including the rest of her crew. My family enjoyed our vacation stay in Orchard Hotel.

Naveen cleaned my room and had to work around me whilst I had to work. He was not phased by my presence and just carried on with cleaning and tidying up. A good worker too. Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming.

We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated at the Orchard Hotel Singapore. Two separate Premier King room bookings were made: a one-night stay followed by a 3-night stay (4 consecutive nights). Upon arrival we were told there was no room for us and the hotel would send us to their sister hotel far from our preferred area (the M hotel). The front desk clerk made it sound like there was a problem with the rooms and they were unavailable for occupancy. We had to fight to get a room at the hotel. After a very long time (about 40 minutes at 3 am after a very long fight), it turned out that they gave our room away and just did not want to upgrade us to another room. This was totally unacceptable under any circumstance! In addition, the premier room we booked for the 3-night stay included breakfast, but we were told we would be charged for it. We feel we should be compensated at the very least for the breakfasts we did not receive.

Reception: this was haphazard and chaotic, with long queues when checking out. No crowd control, managers or supervisors standing around not doing much instead of pitching in with registration or helping guests check out. Room--on the way to shabby? Shower floor slightly slippery; the slight step-up out of the shower must have been an after-thought; you can't open the glass door without first pushing aside the bath mat, defeating the purpose of having one. You have to step onto the bathroom floor with wet feet first, not ideal on already slippery marble. Toilet roll holders not ergonomically located, requiring one to twist one's body for access. And we were missing hand towels and bathrobes when we entered room. The supposed zeal to seem 'green' with no plastic water bottles but instead a water dispenser for hot and cold water (which we had to fill 500 mils at a time) was not thought through properly. The container for dispensed water far exceeded the height of the dispenser--quite a manoeuvre to get water into the container

Great locations, access to major public transport routes and only a cheap taxi fare to get to MBS (~$20SGD return). Great malls to visit around orchard road, recommend hawker@ion for some excellent hawker food. Hotel itself is pleasant, quiet and staff are very nice. Great for a short stay to Singapore

The property was clean and in a great location. There was a bus at the door, the train was within walking distance and there was a supermarket underneath which was great. There are great restaurants and shops in the area and I would recommend staying here. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The food was well prepared and it was extremely clean and constantly re-stocked. I would stay here again - no problems at all.

Cleaning staff and Door staff were lovely and very helpful. Reception staff were unwelcoming - especially after arriving after a very long flight. Staff in breakfast restaurant were also very formal and official. Not very friendly. The hotel was nice. Breakfast was chaotic and not very relaxing.

The breakfast buffet has plenty of selections, and I specially like the wide array of pastries and dim sum. But I wonder why they never serve rice at all. I was assuming all Asian buffet would have rice on their buffet tables but there’s none.
