Orchard Hotel Singapore

This is the best breakfast we have ever had, such a large selection to choose from. Staff very helpful and a great location.

Everything fine except Breakfast . The Kitchen is not Halal certified. So Aa Halal eater I had choose minimum vegetarian option . They could keep some more eating options for Muslim guest

Family stay, amazing service and facilities

Room was clean, however colours dark/dark red, the Down lights very dim, bathroom dark tiles, poor lighting, makeup mirror in build light not working, had to call electrician to sort it out, to small for a couple of suitcases.

We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated at the Orchard Hotel Singapore. Two separate Premier King room bookings were made: a one-night stay followed by a 3-night stay (4 consecutive nights). Upon arrival we were told there was no room for us and the hotel would send us to their sister hotel far from our preferred area (the M hotel). The front desk clerk made it sound like there was a problem with the rooms and they were unavailable for occupancy. We had to fight to get a room at the hotel. After a very long time (about 40 minutes at 3 am after a very long fight), it turned out that they gave our room away and just did not want to upgrade us to another room. This was totally unacceptable under any circumstance! In addition, the premier room we booked for the 3-night stay included breakfast, but we were told we would be charged for it. We feel we should be compensated at the very least for the breakfasts we did not receive.
