Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair.

Old hotel, fixtures all in need of improvement. Staff were excellent, food also great, one of the best locations in Singapore for peaceful but not dull nightlife. Really good swimming pool.

This Sheraton on the river was perfect for our ten day visit. Very close to fabulous restaurants and all the city highlights. Everything you could wish for in a hotel- generous free mini bar, washing facilities great pool and wonderful river view. Highly recommend.

Really easy check-in, incredibly nice staff and the hotel room was clean and in a great location. All the stand facilities were good and the general experience was largely positive. On the last night there was some unpleasant smells from the drains in the bathroom, altoigh this could be due to a number of reasons.

Our stay was good with great cleanliness throughout. Excellent check in desk and concierge. Service in the bar was a little slow but very attentive. The meals in the level 1 restaurant were of very good quality and good sized portions. Having had two meals during our stay, service was excellent the first time but slow the second. We had to ask for our drinks then the sweet menu. Our meals didn't come out at the same time, but that could be because of being cooked to order. If you've never tried durian fruit, do give it a go!!!!!

Family of five adults with different needs were all very happy with their stay at Four Points Sheraton Riverview Singapore. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean despite the smell of humidity occasionally infiltrating our rooms. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Beds were fine, reasonably comfortable but quite firm. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly with good service. Definitely will be a favourite for a return visit.

Great location and connected to subway and busses takes you to all the attractions (avoid uber/taxi). Singapore is an expesive city but great views and food options. Walkable brunch places to start your day. We had a river view room and could see fireworks by marina sands bay from our room.

The king room we stayed in this hotel was very small for 2 people to stay in for longer than 1 or 2 days. There is no where to put luggage for more than 1 person. There is no where to relax in the room due to it being too small.

Great Family room, only problem was waiting for check in. Easy to get Taxi from hotel. Nice pool, but rained most of time. Washer and Dryer cost a lot, should be made cheaper. Check out very fast and courteous.

Had to struggle with their communication on an issue for days with different department instead of them communicating internally among each others.. clients aren’t supposed to be involved with their mess and no responds to emails for weeks.. zero hospitality for a person spending 10 days at their hotel facilities. You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the river where you can conveniently walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Also, it’s right by the metro stop so you can easily travel to points further out. And, the hop on hop off bus stop is just across the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Riverview has been a favourite for over a decade. Well located on the river, with the relative quietness of Robertson's Quay and its wide choice of restaurants. Now there's an MRT station only 5 mins walk away - so there's no longer the snag of having to use buses or taxis or walk for miles

Good location. Hotel is expensive for what is now an old hotel Breakfast and Drinks very expensive. No information about when laundry needs to be picked up caused an issue on the shirts for work!!

would have liked a little cafe or restaurant on premises to be open to purchase milk when arriving late at night from a flight. no one wants to have to walk around the block looking for somewhere to purchase food etc when wanting a small snack. It would also be nice to offer a slightly later check out than 1 hour especially for people with late flights out of Singapore . Even if you charged a fee, and not a half day rate for a few hours
