Nice resort with lovely staff and good location. However although the room size was around 50m2, however we had two suitcases and had problem to find space for one of them. The air con was noisy and there was an issue with the hand shower as it was only spraying on the wall :) However all together a nice resort.

A bit dated style from the 70’s which has its charm. Very well maintained, though. Staff is generally attentive and helpful. Not those in the breakfast room. This part is too small for the hotel, and it becomes crowded and noisy, it seems it is really too much to handle for the staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The staff were incredibly sweet, attentive and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed in the Garden Wing, which was absolutely lovely. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings overlooking the beautiful green surroundings. The Garden Wing area feels very lush and peaceful, almost like resort living in the middle of the city. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Singapore.
