Really convenient to everything. There for Sydney Vivid - activity right outside - 10-15 min walk to Circular Quay waterfront, 10 min walk to Darling Harbour for our cruise and we were a stones throw away to shopping as well as train station to Bondi Junction. Staff very friendly we arrived about 10/11:00 am and offered a room that was available. They have a nice lounge area you can use - restaurant on premise. Finding place was confusing as address was 1 Martin place but this was a whole complex that spanned a block - their actual entrance is on Pitt street, but we got there. Gym is excellent and really well equipped. Overall excellent place for our needs, very upmarket and we would go back.

You can never go wrong with Sydney Fullerton Hotel. Modern facilities, friendly staff , great amenities. Central location. Closest available parking is the Secure Parking located at the basement which leads directly outside the hotel’s lobby. Also close to the Royal Theatre.

Centrally located just beside Martin Place this is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms with all the facilities. The parking offer with Wilson Parking about 3 minutes walk away was also very convenient.

Great modern facilities and amenities. Great CBD location. This time we stayed at the executive room and the lounge access was excellent. Afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks and canapés followed by breakfast in the morning is a great addition to an already excellent stay. Will definitely stay there again when we get the chance. Only missing probably is the pool facility… it would have been perfect. I still highly recommend this hotel.

It's such a lovely hotel and we stay here often. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, at the centre-point of the city, close to so many shops, cafes and bars, and then the wonderful variety of top restaurants so close by. I must add that we had a snack and drinks in the hotel bar - The Bar - on arrival and the fried calamari with sechuan pepper was the best I've ever had. The calamari was very tender and the flavour was divine. I'll make sure to order that again next time. All in all, I give the hotel 10/10.

Another great fusion of modern and heritage architecture. This hotel exudes the luxury of 5 star facilities and amenities, yet maintains the classic elegant look of the former General post office building. The property is located near plenty of shopping and dining areas, within walking distance of Sydney’s iconic places, like the Opera house and Darling Harbour. Great service and friendly staff, it would have been perfect if they included a pool with their facilities. The rooms are spacious, modern and with great amenities. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back and stay at the Fullerton Hotel again.

Checking in was a breeze. Room looked good. Trip to the toilet showed that the handwash and body lotion were empty and not in the holders. Sent request to have them replenished. Only 2 choices of Teabags. Requested English Breakfast. Fridge was leaking water. Fridge was replaced with a dirty fridge that had hair and mould present (have pictures to prove!) Hair conditioner was also empty and had to be replenished with another call to service desk. Rang for pricing of water bottles and mini bar goodies. was told the prices were on the tablet. The tablet was not working so we sent this back and were told we would have a replacement sent up! We never sighted the replacement tablet and avoided the mini bar so as not to have bill shock when checking out. For a planned 'spoil ourselves with a luxury accommodation weekend' we were very disappointed and will not be returning. Not worth the money spent.

The hotel itself is stunning and the location is fantastic. The staff are also very friendly. However, when we arrived there was a bodily fluid stain on the bathroom blind and blood stains on the bath mat, both of which we had to ask to be removed/stained. I was very disappointed as this is a 5 star hotel. But the real issue was the shower temperature. The inconsistency of the shower temperature meant no matter what it was set to, every 20-30 seconds it would run scolding hot for around 15 seconds and then run freezing cold, meaning for every minute of being in the shower, only around 30 seconds was a normal temperature. I had to move out of the water each time it went hot/cold which meant longer in the shower and more water wasted. I informed a lady on reception, who was lovely, but explained that this is what happens when you shower at peak times which I don’t think is acceptable for a 5 star hotel. We were also woken up at 8:50am on Saturday morning for housekeeping. I never been woken by housekeeping before as I would never think to put my DND sign up before 9am, especially on a weekend. I feel this is very unreasonable. I do feel like if you’re desperate to stay here, book direct as I do feel you are given a subpar room with a 3rd party booking system.

Loved the very large room, clean crisp bed linen, well stocked fridge and tea/coffee in room options, quietness. Shower cubicle needs a complete clean - namely grouting, floor and all corners had sediment which I removed with tissues

Many wonderful things: amazing location, seems to be in the middle of everything whether for work or play; warm and welcoming staff (umbrellas for guests to borrow at the door); huge quiet bedroom even though I had a low level room facing the street; consistently fantastic breakfasts (at the buffet and room service); wonderful bathroom set up with soak tub; best hotel gym I have visited (and I have visited several); top notch laundry service. There were some surprising aspects to my stay: inconsistent dinners through room service (the same dish could be amazing one night and meh the next); my room, although spacious and quiet, was a bit tired and worn and could have used a little love; one feature of my room didn't work and it took several calls to get the problem fixed timely. The staff also don't do a great job at cross selling their services. I tried to buy gift certificates at the front desk, was told they did not sell them, only to be told later by reservations that they did sell them. I was not told about the hotel spa and there was no information about on the in-room tablet I used to order room service. Regardless, overall it was a highly comfortable and enjoyable extended stay and I wholly recommend it.

It's very convenient and lots of shops around. But the shower in my room was terrible, it kept going from hot to cold and back to very hot. Complaining about it didn't help at all. Not happy about that.

I paid for a room with a view over Martin Place (the clock), but was first given one facing west looking a construction site. Reception did move me after I raised it, but the new room had several issues. Most frustrating was a loud, constant noise from the bathroom pipes—day and night. I showed staff a video, but they didn’t seem concerned. The shower temperature kept changing suddenly, sometimes scalding hot. The in-room iPad (used for room service, pillow menu, etc.) was dead and missing a charger. I used my own, but the pillow menu they advertise said “nothing found.” The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, bed was hard and the bathroom taps were nearly falling out of the wall. For the price and the hotel’s reputation, the experience was well below expectations.

Hotel was a perfect location to public transport, convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. Very professional and friendly staff. My only gripe was our room had a faulty air conditioning unit which made for a hot stuffy nights sleep. The engineer came in and fixed it but the next day it broke again. We only booked for 2 nights so wasn't worth complaining about.

We loved staying at the Fullerton. I traveled with my two small children, 2 and 5 years old, and they were accomodating. I did unfortunately have a night where I ordered dinner via room service but the food never came even after multiple calls to the service desk. I was told the chef was very busy. They did remove those charges though after I discussed the matter with them. I recommend not using their room service and having dinner offsite.

We usually love staying at the Fullerton and stay there frequently - at least 4-6 times per year. However there has been a marked decline in service 1. Concierge - on arrival the usual man on concierge in the driveway was not on. We carried our own bags to the trolley while he spoke for 10 mins to taxi driver. 2. Checkin - checking was time consuming and incorrect. 3. Room service - we asked 4 times (at reception twice, calling twice and ordering on the iPad) for ice and glasses. They never arrived. 4. Reception - no one picks up the telephone at the reception desk. Eventually we went down in person. Twice. 5. Special requests - I ordered the special lips cake for my fiancé as a surprise as this trip revolves around our wedding rings. On arrival I requested the cake for the second night. It arrived on the wrong day at wrong time as we were heading out, ruining the surprise. 6. Check out - I have still not received the invoice / receipt by email 7. Fire drill - we appreciate the need to run fire drills. But running them from 6.45-8.45am on a Monday morning shoes extremely poor planning and foresight. We really hope this is just an anomaly. As the Fullerton is a beautiful hotel in a lovely part of the city. Perfect for me working and my fiancé to accompany me. This trip though felt like the standards were v low.

Large and corporate hotel in very central Sydney location - old Post Office building. I had a tower room in modern part of hotel with great view of P.O.tower. Check-in was very slow as the new staff member was polite but didn’t have the training or support she needed. Room was smart and spacious with huge bathroom (bath and separate shower). Nice toiletries but difficult that they’re fixed above head height in shower. Overall it’s a good location, but pricey for a fairly standard experience.

The staff are terrible Our room did but have a working tv which I would have told the staff if they engaged at all. The person checking us in was perhaps new - they did not engage in any conversation and then sent us to L6 instead of L26 , which after flight delays at 10pm at night is the last thing you want. When waiting in the lobby I started talking to another guest who made the observation that it seemed the guests were an inconvenience to staff , she’d had also experienced the poor customer service. I contrast this to the staff I encountered since my Fullerton stay on Disney cruise line and another hotel chain in Brisbane , the difference is Rhys prompted my to take the time to provide feedback on the poor level of customer service at Fullerton.

とにかく素敵な建物で気分が上がりました。客室はシンプルながらもモダンで素敵、お部屋の窓から時計台が見えたのもポイント高かったです。立地も良くサーキュラーキーやダーリングハーバーまで徒歩圏、ライトレールにもすぐに乗れます。ボンダイビーチやbills本店まで行けるバスのバス停もホテルから5分くらいの場所にありました。ホテル周辺の治安もかなり良いです。

The breakfast was excellent. The lobby and the surroundings were fantastic excellent location close to everything. There was a problem with the shower hot water was too hot or too cold kept fluctuating untill i asked them to check. They could have better pillows. A the mini fridge cold be colder.

The hotel sends a pre registration email and then does the same on arrival ??? Has one of the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had, highly recommended, however avoid late breakfasts as many items are cold and tough elg. Sausages, bacon etc.
