Great location, very friendly staff, the check in staff only spoke a little english but there were not issues with check in. They gave us a gift of japanese curry to bring home when we checked in. The lobby is small, only one elevator but we never had to wait long. There are washing machines in the lobby. Yes the rooms are cozy, we had to open the luggage by the front door and when you do that you can't get in/out of the bathroom but it was fine for a few days. The bed was actually the comfiest bed we slept in our entire 3 weeks in Japan. Close to a train station, about a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station but it actually wasn't that bad (wide sidewalks and fairly flat). On the train line direct to Dinsey. Lawson's just around the corner. Close walk to Ginza. We would recommend this and would stay here again. Fridge in the room, head board shelf was nice instead of a night stand, fabric spary provided, slippers, hair drier, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, teas and kettle. No daily room service, frequency dependent on length of stay. Fresh towels provided daily.

Clean hotel like all APA hotels. Room layout is different where the bathroom door faces the bed which is efficient but not great if your partner is going number 2 if you know what I mean. Great hotel if you want to goto Disney though. 1 star less for having only 1 laundry machine operating during our stay (out of 2).

Well maintained and comfortable place to stay. Although a little tight, the room was cozy and conveniently designed. The bathtub was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight. Friendly and professional staff, the restaurant staff are specifically courteous and considerate. The only thing I wish they had was multiple elevators, Overall, this hotel is on my list and will definitely return.

Staying here was a good experience. The area doesn't have much to do, but you have easy access to Hatchobori station, and can get anywhere with a few easy train transfers. Only had 2 complaints. 1) You cannot control the AC in the room, and I was mildly uncomfortable at 77 F indoors. 2) There are only 2 washer/dryer machines for the whole hotel and they are used frequently. Aside from that, it was very clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms are small, but that was to be expected.

Fiz a reserva pelo Hotéis.com com um mês de antecedência e tudo correu bem! Eles nos mandam um e-mail de boas vindas assim que a reserva é confirmada! Atendimento impecável online e também na recepção! Hotel novo é muito bem equipado! Amenities de primeira qualidade e variedade como cotonetes, toca de banho, algodão, elástico, escova e pasta dental , lâmina de barbear, pente, toalha para lavar as costas no banho. Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável! Tem secador de cabelo, chaleira elétrica, uma TV enorme e camas extremamente confortáveis. Tem uma mesinha de canto com duas poltronas confortáveis. Recomendo fortemente a reserva neste hotel! Ótima localização! Ah!!! O Café da manhã nos contratamos na reserva e foi uma surpresa muito agradável!! This hotel was very clean and convenient as it is right outside of the Hatchobori station. The room size may be unfamiliarly small to foreigners so keep that in mind if you are above average in height or have a lot of large suitcases. Our favorite part about this hotel was the Airporter luggage pick up/drop off service, as it saved us 2 hours round trip from having to drop off our suitcases at Haneda airport ourselves. The breakfast of this hotel was also conveniently connected to the lobby but keep in mind, this APA hotel does not partner with the Denny’s nearby for breakfast. Some things that could’ve been better are that the AC unit wasn’t consistent and due to central heating, there were times where our room got too stuffy and we had not control over it. If this happens to you, open the bathroom door and let the fan run and it should help circulate the room better. The coin laundry was also convenient but the dryer function wasn’t very effective. Our clothes remained quite damp despite us adding an additional 30 minutes of drying time and the hotel room did not have much space for us to hang our clothes to air dry. Overall, this hotel is a great value when it comes to cleanliness and location.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property- I love how restaurants and konbinis are close by. Tokyo train station is also a walkable distance. Staff is helpful and friendly. Although rooms are small, they are clean!

Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Room was in perfect condition with excellent service, daily replacement of consumables and towels. The restaurant was good, breakfast and dinner served. If there was lunch, I didn’t try it as I was always out during lunch time. The restaurant staff was very friendly. Had a blast during dinner joking and trying to learn to speak japanese with the help of the staff and other people having dinner. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; although I felt pressured during the first day with constant messages to say my time of arrival and warnings about cancelation of booking if I did not make it by 24:00. I do not know messages were directly from the staff or someone else. Overall, recommended for accessibility to train stations, cleaning, excellent room, great staff specially at the restaurant. Oh, keep in mind this is a business area so there is not much to do around. Consider this a hub to rest and head out the next day.

Extrem kleine Zimmer, aber richtig günstig. Von den ...01 er Zimmern rate ich ab. Sie haben kein Tageslicht, da das Fenster zu einem Schacht raus geht. Fazit: da man kaum im Zimmer ist, ist es völlig OK. Müsste ich zwischendrin arbeiten, würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das wäre dann natürlich wesentlich teurer.

The hotel staff had no flexibility for customers arriving before 3 pm. They asked for a pretty hefty penalty for quecking in early. I asked the staff to travel to Europe to understand and appreciate what customer service means.

Positive : The room was clean and comfortable. Negative : The biggest negative point is the staff cannot speak or understand English. They just keep repeating what you say so comunicating in english was a real problem. They provided free water only the first day, the next day i would have to pay. I was sick the day I arrived and the next day. I requested for some hot soup to be delivered to my room and they refused. Even to call a taxi to go to the airport they charged me JYen 500/- I was surprised. I am a world traveller been to 45 countries and stayed at 3* hotels to 5* hotels but never came across a hotel like APA. They dont make your stay enjoyable. There are no restaurants nearby. Being alone I was afraid to go out for dinner. The restaurant attached to the hotel has just 5 or 6 items on their menu. but their breakfast was good. Even to make a local call I was charged. I would definitely not recommend APA Hotel in Hatchobori, Tokyo. Japan was beautiful its only the lack of English speaking people that put my mood off.

A compact and convenient property that I would definitely stay at again however I did have a small incident with the front desk and my luggage sending. The hotel recommends a different company to Yamato / Black Cat and was strongly pushing the use of this other service but as I had already sent bags to the airport via Yamato I didn’t want to have to go to different companies to pick my bags up at Narita, I wanted them all in once place. A male staff member through Google translate told me Yamato no longer offered this service which is was not true and another attempt to try to get me to use the other service (which is also dearer) so it wasn’t until I insisted that they agreed and assisted me with using Yamato.

Great location, very friendly staff, the check in staff only spoke a little english but there were not issues with check in. They gave us a gift of japanese curry to bring home when we checked in. The lobby is small, only one elevator but we never had to wait long. There are washing machines in the lobby. Yes the rooms are cozy, we had to open the luggage by the front door and when you do that you can't get in/out of the bathroom but it was fine for a few days. The bed was actually the comfiest bed we slept in our entire 3 weeks in Japan. Close to a train station, about a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station but it actually wasn't that bad (wide sidewalks and fairly flat). On the train line direct to Dinsey. Lawson's just around the corner. Close walk to Ginza. We would recommend this and would stay here again. Fridge in the room, head board shelf was nice instead of a night stand, fabric spary provided, slippers, hair drier, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, teas and kettle. No daily room service, frequency dependent on length of stay. Fresh towels provided daily.

Walking distance to Tokyo Station, taking about 20 minuses when I walked slowly, two subway stations nearby, and Keiyo Line is good for going to Chiba. Two chain restaurants around and they open almost 24 hours … the prices of hotel was reasonable too…

Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Room was in perfect condition with excellent service, daily replacement of consumables and towels. The restaurant was good, breakfast and dinner served. If there was lunch, I didn’t try it as I was always out during lunch time. The restaurant staff was very friendly. Had a blast during dinner joking and trying to learn to speak japanese with the help of the staff and other people having dinner. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; although I felt pressured during the first day with constant messages to say my time of arrival and warnings about cancelation of booking if I did not make it by 24:00. I do not know messages were directly from the staff or someone else. Overall, recommended for accessibility to train stations, cleaning, excellent room, great staff specially at the restaurant. Oh, keep in mind this is a business area so there is not much to do around. Consider this a hub to rest and head out the next day.

Atendimento impecável online e também na recepção! Hotel novo é muito bem equipado! Amenities de primeira qualidade e variedade como cotonetes, toca de banho, algodão, elástico, escova e pasta dental , lâmina de barbear, pente, toalha para lavar as costas no banho. Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável! Tem secador de cabelo, chaleira elétrica, uma TV enorme e camas extremamente confortáveis. Tem uma mesinha de canto com duas poltronas confortáveis. Recomendo fortemente a reserva neste hotel! Ótima localização! Ah!!! O Café da manhã nos contratamos na reserva e foi uma surpresa muito agradável!! First the positive: - Good location - Clean - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed Now the negative: - The room is ridiculously small. It is basically a closet with a bed in it. Think of the smallest cruise ship cabin you’ve ever seen and realize it is much smaller than that. There is not even enough room for your clothes. You need to hang your jackets on the wall. You need to keep your suitcase under the bed, and live out of it the whole trip. No dresser, no closet. The bathroom is the size of a phone booth. - Breakfast was terrible. The hotel is right next door to a Dennys. Do not pay the additional fee for breakfast, and eat better next door for the same price. - Did I mention how small the room is??? Do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money and stay at a real hotel.
