A shame I had to downgrade my rating on my second visit. I was mis-sold a "deluxe" single room. At the point of sale they show pictures of an extra wide single bed, prompting me to pay more for this. When I got there it was a regular single bed. The receptionist explained that some of the deluxe rooms have the bigger bed but others not. There was also much less toiletries and a poor shower in the room, meaning I got less from going deluxe than I got from my regular room last time. The receptionist I spoke to deserves credit, she was very professional and we were able to debate this while remaining civil. Unfortunately she is being let down and put in a difficult position by the hotel management.

Good all round. Brilliant location in the centre and still quiet inside the room. Staff were great, helpful, spoke english when my spanish wasn't good enough. Everything clean and in good order. No tea & coffee facilities in the room, but it was cheaper than many other options in the area and you can grab refreshments downstairs or in the local area. Will stay there again.
