Great location. Amazing view. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Most comfortable place we stayed in all of Spain. Rooftop bar is nice. Wish the pools were open still. Parking was accessible but expensive. Breakfast was spectacular, large buffet with everything you’d want.

Hotellet levede i det store og hele op til vores forventninger. Det var et rigtig dejligt hotel. Det primære poolområde var ikke så spændende, men rooftop-poolen var hyggelig. Rengøringen havde lidt svært ved at tælle håndklæder, så vi fik konsekvent for få. Det mest irriterende var den begrænsede elevatorkapacitet, men vi boede heldigvis på 1. sal, så man kunne løse det ved egen fodkraft.

Stayed in a standard room with a sea view. The room was beautiful with everything you needed in it. The amenities around the hotel were great too. We paid for massages in the spa and they were incredible, we would definitely recommend.

First time back to Tarrangona for over 20 years…it’s even better than I remember and this was definitely helped by this hotel. It’s really perfect! Great location with a sea view and the amphitheatre. Room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, and all the toiletries you need for a week’s stay. Air conditioning works and is quiet! Additional ceiling fan, which was very welcome same days. Helpful and friendly staff. Gym with everything you need for a short stay and lovely views out to the sea

Great room view. Shows had discussing mold on the base around the shower. Maintenance came and recaulked. I don’t know if it was scrubbed first. Towels came to the room dirty. All issues resolved but dirt and mold are a sign that there is no quality control.

Excellent hotel all over. Check in crew were fabulous, it took less than a minute. I was given a great room with a balcony looking at the ocean and a roam amphitheater. The cleaning team were excellent, breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was very good

The view of the waterfront was stunning. We loved to stand on the balcony and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable and loved shower and bath option. The only downside was that the walls are thinner and you can hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. We were tired so it did not hurt our stay. If you want parking book it ahead of time. There are not many spots, you park in a circle in front or offsite. If close parking is important, do it when you make the reservation. This was one of the best breakfasts we experienced. Take the time to walk around. The street in front had live music and vendors as you walked towards the marina. Loved this hotel!

Terrible last night at this property. A concert outside our hotel room until 4am. Staff did not make us aware of this, nor did they provide and rebate on the room. On top of this the roof top bar was closed the first night.

There was a music DJ festival happening till 4am right next to the hotel. The whole room is vibrating with the loud beats. Be aware to stay at this hotel if you come stay around early September

This hotel has wonderful, helpful staff and fantastic rooms. I was there in the fall and the prices were very competitive with other hotels nearby. The H10 is in a unique location and was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the nearby walled city section of Tarragona. It’s undoubtedly the best located hotel in the whole city for tourists. I would use this hotel again.

The staff would not bring a bottle opener to the room. They asked me to bring the bottle down to open it. After check out, I ordered a taxi more than an hour in advance. Taxi was late and I asked them if they could call. They did so reluctantly. They did not update me so I had to ask what was happening. They said we don’t know if taxi is coming or not. They did not care. I had to rush to the station under the rain. Shocking and rude behaviour. I will never come back

From the moment we arrived we were very happy with nearly everything about the hotel. Checking in was swift and efficient and we were able to unload our luggage from the car at the entrance before taking it to the private hotel car park at the rear. Although expensive at 22 euros per day, the secure, convenient parking is worth it. We were offered a welcome drink. Our junior suite overlooking the Roman amphitheatre and the sea was perfect - clean, spacious and well appointed with a really comfortable bed. There was a huge range of items for breakfast and everything was good quality and well presented. Service throughout was good, but has only earned 4 stars as we had to wait a long time for attention in the bar and eventually had to go and ask for menus as we wished to order food. The bar was very quiet and there were 2 staff members but they seemed more interested in cleaning glasses than serving us. One other staff member finally arrived and provided good service. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot think of a hotel with a worse customer service refund policy. The morning my wife and I were going to travel to Tarragona to stay at this hotel I had an emergency medical issue that required me to be taken by ambulance to an emergency room in Valencia. My wife contacted the hotel to let them know I was in the hospital and therefore we would not be able to travel to Tarragona as planned. When my wife requested a refund of our pre-paid hotel room the hotel informed her that their policy does not allow a refund. This was outrageous that no exemption would be made when the reason for not staying at the hotel was the result of a medical emergency. I would never make another reservation at this hotel or any hotel that may be a part of their hotel group.

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful views of both the city and the beach. Staff ate amazing. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Stored our luggage upon an early arrival & gabe us immediate access to all hotel amenities. Helped us with bus ticket booking and calling taxis to take us places. Staff just really went above and beyond, which made our stay exceptional. Hotel itself is just gorgeous. Nice comfotable rooms woth big bathroom, and gorgeous balcony view.

Great location. Beautiful room with great view of ocean and Roman ruins. Welcoming and professional staff. Rooftop and backyard pools. Modern and comfortable. Appreciated the early check in. Small note. Elevators are so slow most people walk up and down 2-3 floors and 5 Euros per mid-size ice bag was surprising when used to self-serve free ice machines on every floor in North America.

located directly across from the Roman ruins and the old town of Tarragona, the atmosphere, the dining options ,the beautiful boulevard around the hotel , all facing the ocean are all spectacular. The fact that the mercado central is close by add to the charm. Tarragona is sort of like Barcelona used to be.

Pluses - Nice hotel, decent paid breakfast option, location close to area sites, right across the street from beach, and easy walking distance to bus stops, downtown train station and eating options. Negatives - Smallest rooms, various staff seemed to have conflicting information about pool conditions, bar options, etc. Also extremely expensive bar. For some reason a a single G&T and either an accompanying bottle of beer, coke, or water always cost $22. Better option is to buy your drinks offsite. Our room was on amphitheater side of the hotel on the 7th floor during April 2025. With the balcony door open I think we heard every school group that visited the site and at 8:00 - 17:00 jack hammering demolition of a building nearby. Neither of these things the hotel can be faulted for, but just beware of it if you were expecting a peaceful personal balcony experience.

Gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with huge selection. Lovely staff. Unbeatable location. I was hesitant to book a room in such a big hotel / chain, as I usually prefer more botiquey spots. But this was a great choice. Would absolutely and happily return, and recommend to pretty much anyone!

Hotel room - classic sea view - on floor 5 was lovely. Hotel in a prime position on the seafront. Staff extremely welcoming and efficient. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Not a very good selection compared to other chains we have stayed in recently in Spain. Everything was lukewarm when we went at 10am. Would stay again but would have breakfast in one of the many nearby cafes.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the hotel is maintained beautifully. The location could not be better. My only criticism is with the restaurant. We spent a decent amount of money for an extremely unsatisfying dinner and unimpressive breakfast. If you order a filet medium, be aware that that apparently means raw in Spain. I sent it back to have it cooked more, but it still came back raw and inedible to me. The choices at breakfast are o.k. at best and for 20 euro I would have expected better food and at least a modicum of service.

Beautiful hotel, the front desk staff are very welcoming with great service. The drinks on arrival was a lovely added touch. We had the junior suite which had an amazing view of the sea and the ampere theatre. The room was big, spacious and very clean. Also a nice added message from the hotel to wish my mother a happy birthday (thank you). I really wanted to give 5 stars but our breakfast was cold. We paid €19 each which offered a great selection of different foods but unfortunately was let down as the hot food was cold by 9am when we came downstairs. The roof top has a lovely view and definitely recommend. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the attractions and places to eat. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. We had a balcony with view of the sea and the amphitheatre. The rooms were well equipped with a very spacious drench shower with spray attachment. Coffee machine and fresh bottled, filtered water renewed daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied but the hot food wasn’t hot. The other issue which let this hotel down was the poor service at an evening meal in the Alta Mare restaurant. Long wait, choice of wine limited, we never got the balsamic vinegar we requested. But the final straw was when our main course arrived cold and on a cold plate. I mentioned it to the waitress who snatched my meal off me and stormed off with it. It was returned to me after a few minutes after it had obviously been microwaved….thrown down and she stormed off taking my cutlery with her!! This incident let down a pm excellent hotel and generally good experience.
