スカイツリーが見える部屋を予約したので眺望が最高でした。朝食は26階レストラン武蔵でしたが窓側の席で、ここでも眺望を楽しめました。朝食はブュッフェで種類も豊富で味も良く、１階のパン屋さんのパンも食べることが出来てクロワッサンを沢山食べました。部屋にはお茶とミネラルウォーターかありましたが、コーヒーがなかったのが残念でしたが、レストランのコーヒーを部屋に持帰り出来るのは良かったです。また２０階には展望室もあり、大きなガラス張りの部屋で夜景を楽しみました。つくばエクスプレスの浅草駅から直結で雨に濡れずホテルに着けるのも良かったです。

Room was spacious and clean. However did not have other services I expected for the price. No room service at all. No concierge at all to help bring luggage down on check out. Beautiful view in the Skytree view room. A lot of misunderstanding if you can’t speak Japanese. I had asked about laundry services as I wanted to do some of my own washing. I was told laundry service was not working on Sunday but would resume the next day. I sent some pieces in the in house laundry then found out there is a a washing and dryer on the 5th floor. I used this the next day. We had been travelling for a couple of weeks and were staying here for 6 nights. The patisserie downstairs is beautiful. Supermarket next door was very convenient. They are currently renovating the front entrance and there was a putrid sewage smell. Room was very hot not sure if AC working correctly. I had it set at 18 high fan and we were still very hot.

This hotel was supreme with all of the qualities. The service was top notch, the room we got faced West which you can see Mt Fuji on a clear day with enough height, but still a gorgeous view of the Asakusa area. The amenities they provide is convenient and they have amazing service for tourists (especially new to Japan). The accessibility to the rest of the city is easy. If you are also needing an easy way to get to the airport (Narita for us); the limousine bus’ hub is at this hotel, so easy to get to the airport! (Just make sure to reserve this separately early). Staff is always there to help if you need it! Excellent stay!

Travel tip: if you find the mattress too hard, ask for an air weave mattress pad to be put on. (not all the front staff seem to know about it, so be persistent!) That made a huge difference! This is a beautiful hotel and a fantastic location with an easy walk to all the attractions in the area. Staff is wonderful, they have a very handy self luggage storage system, and the room was beautiful and spacious.

The stay was pleasant. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part was the convenient location, right next to Sensoji Temple, with numerous food and shopping options nearby. However, there were a few drawbacks. Firstly, the hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in. Secondly, unlike many other hotels, it doesn’t provide paid luggage storage facilities after checkout which many other places provide. Lastly, the swimming pool and gym are paid services, which was a bit disappointing.

Only 1 night stay. Reserved 2 rooms (large rooms). Clean rooms, nice bathroom amenities, hot water pot with drip coffee in the room, bed is firm, pillows are comfortable. Wifi is okay, has CNN english channel. Friendly staff, we were able to check in early since our room was ready - normal check in time is 3pm. Airport bus limousine stops here from either Haneda/Narita. We did not try any of the restaurants since there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. only negative comment is they did not have room service which is fine since plenty of restaurants nearby. there's a convenient 7-11 store across the street.

Fantastic location. Choose your rooms not next to a staff entrance. Trolleys running around outside the rooms all night. No A/C just heating. Not comfortable if you run hot at night. Lighting in rooms were not intuitive you have to ask. Bedspreads were dirty. Linens clean. Towels clean. Floors dirty. Service was outstanding did not fit with the hotel. Very safe! Great location.

This property is under renovation and it needs it. The public areas are pretty nice but the carpet in the rooms is worn and not fit properly in some areas. They do use the hotel for weddings so all restaurants may not be available which is a disappointment because we paid quite a bit for the room expecting to have access to those amenities. Bus tours stay at the hotel leading to crowding at the breakfast buffet. I would avoid for now and revisit when renovations are complete.

I stayed 5 days and room view are foods are nice, but carpet need to be cleaned and tea area and TV stand board were covered by white thick dust. Cleaner lady did not clean properly. It was frustrated to using time for the coin laundry which have only short during 3 hours in morning and evening.

This hotel was amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor facing Tokyo Skytree and the views were magical. Great neighborhood, walkable to a ton of things and right on a subway line. My only complaint is that the AC had already been turned off for the season and it got quite warm in the room, but they sent up a fan to help remedy the situation.

I would give the hotel 5 stars if they provided comfortable beds and pillows. It seems like they spent much of the budjet on the beauty of the service and property. but not on the comfort of a good night sleep. The beds were hard and the pillows thin. Every other place my wife and I stayed at in Japan provided more than confortable beds. Other than that, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of Tokyo.

Location is great, with many amenities in the neighbourhood. What i didnt like is the comforter is outdated and bulky. Not a modern comforter thats fluffy and cool. The AC system is weird and not working well. Also they do not provide coffee sachet nor coffee cups in the room. Just tea .

Very good location as it was walking distance to a lot of the attractions in Asakusa such Sensoji Temple, Kappabashi Kitchen Town and shops such as Don Quixote, UniQlo, etc. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly but the front desk had difficulty understanding and speaking English.

Top-notch hotel. Client changed the time of an online meeting at the last minute and I needed a quiet location to have the meeting. The check-in was fast and easy even though I booked the night before. The room was quiet and clean so I could prepare for the meeting and the room had an excellent WiFi connection. Plus, the view of Tokyo tower was amazing. Excellent place with correspondingly excellent WiFi. Great ambiance also - it’s a restful place where you can get things done.

Had a terrific stay at the Asakusa View Hotel! The hotel is clean, staff are extremely helpful, and the location is a plus! A subway station is right in the vicinity and several outstanding restaurants and shopping stores are also just a short walk away. To go back to the stay, there was an issue that I was having with the air conditioner not functioning. A phone call was made to the reception at someone was at the room in a matter of minutes (at 2am). The issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend and i would definitely be back when i visit Tokyo.

I complained that I was running upstairs, but I still ran around. Chun Jung's back rang and I couldn't sleep because I was running from dawn. After the tour, I came into the room and I still ran. After talking to the front desk, it was quiet for a while, and then ran again from dawn. I told him on the phone that it was too loud to sleep, but no action was taken. It was the worst trip ever

Very professional and kind staff at the reception. Stubborn and unfriendly at the bar. After having dinner at the Karakurenai & Makie restaurant (a bit distanced but professional service)I moved to the Ice House bar (open to 10.00 pm, last orders 9.00 pm). I was at the bar counter at 9.02 pm and they refused to serve me a drink. I do respect the Japanese rules and formalities, but this was too much stubbornness. It was not my first stay at this hotel and I might come again next year. But I will certainly not try the hotel bar.

We had an awesome stay here! Even though we arrived late on our first night, the front desk handled our check-in quickly and professionally. The hotel's location is perfect—within walking distance to the subway, Tokyo Skytree, and Senso-ji Temple (Asakusa). There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. We stayed in two Executive Connecting Rooms for five days; the rooms were comfortable, and the complimentary bath salts were a life-saver after a long day of walking! The daily breakfast buffet on the 26th floor was a highlight, and the staff were consistently helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!

This is our 3rd time at Asakusa View Hotel. And we love it each stay. It’s across the street from the historic neighborhood next to Senso-ji Shrine. So many choices for food, Japanese style bars, restaurants, street food stalls, the scenic river to view the cherry blossoms. Best part is you can walk to a kimono rental shop and walk around the historic quarters. You can spend several days in this neighborhood exploring. The hotel staff are so kind, respectful, and helpful and many speak English. There is a money exchange machine and ATM in the lobby. The local train is 2 minutes away.

Detta var det perfekta boendet att avsluta vår resa i Japan och vi kände att vi skulle vilja stanna längre. Hotellet låg helt rätt framför ett shoppingdistrikt i Asakusa som var ganska turistiskt men det fanns både mat och souvenirer. Rummet var på 24:e våningen med en fantastisk vy över Tokyo, de hade möblerat det så att vi hade två fåtöljer framför fönstret där vi kunde sitta och njuta av utsikten hela kvällen. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig och den serverades på 26:e våningen. Vi fick sitta vid fönstret och även där hade vi den fantastiska vyn fast åt andra hållet. Vi kan inte annat än att rekommendera hotellet och besöker vi Tokyo igen så är det nog vårt första val.

My family of 3 with a young child were looking for a nice, clean, comfortable, affordable place to visit Tokyo for our first time. We got the Skytree View Room with 3 beds including breakfast. It absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. To go to bed with the twinkling lights and wake up to sunrise views overlooking historic Asakusa was incredible. Amenities such as included toiletries, air con and bath were great. Breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. Staff was helpful, kind, and English speaking. Proximity to tourist sites was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
