Best swimming pool ever, nice gym and very international clientele. Great buffet breakfast. The traditional Japanese breakfast option was a bit slow. I’d go back to this hotel definitely. Only problem is poor ventilation in the room windows don’t open to let fresh air in oh. Oh and there’s a lounge with free snacks!

Truly impressive hotel. From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is right next to the subway and many dining and shopping options. The gym and pool were also fantastic with many other third party services such as acupuncture and spas on site. There is an easy airport bus service that’s picks up at the hotel going to both Tokyo area airports. Lastly, the food options onsite were incredible, and the swanky rooftop bar on the 40th floor offers one of the best views of the city. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

Great place. If traveling with kids below, be ware that they won’t be able to use any of the amenities including the swimming pool. Otherwise, restaurant staff is the best by far then the security as well as the reception personnel are amazing!

The room size is relatively large in Tokyo. The free drink in the fridge is an extra and they refill it everyday. It is excellent that it has an indoor pool and it opens till 10pm. The breakfast is average except that the food refills very slow.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I was disappointed however to find my children couldn’t use the pool during any hours. I would not have booked this property while traveling with my grandchildren.

Very clean. Our room on the 31st floor was newly renovated and the king bed was huge. The view was amazing looking out on the city and Mount Fuji. The hotel employees were always helpful.

We stayed last year and loved the hotel. This year not so much. Carpets in halls and rooms are very dirty. Desk was challenging when checking in after a long flight. Every day after room clean there were several long hair strands that must have been transferred from cleaning other rooms: on sink, shower and sheets. We ordered room service one day and had to pay on the spot. They would not charge to room. Pricing was way more expensive than reserved on Expedia. They acted like they didn't understand the issue and I finally gave up. We are planning a trip next year and will most likely pick another hotel.

From the start to the end of our holiday we were made to feel welcome. We arrived earlier than our check in however they offered to look after our luggage, which allowed us to explore a little bit of Shibuya. When we arrived back at the hotel, the check in was an easy process and they had already delivered our luggage to our room. The room itself was immaculate. There was a closet as you walked in the room which contained slippers, iron and umbrella. Also inside was a safe and drawers. The closet itself was very spacious so plenty of room for clothes. In addition to the closet was some additional drawers, one of which had pyjamas supplied by the hotel. During the day the rooms would be cleaned and items refreshed such as the complimentary water, soda and beer. In the evening (usually when we were out, they would come back in the room, straighten out your bed, lay out pyjamas, top up your water (if needed) and provided a selection of teabags and chocolates. The room had a fantastic view of the city and on the more clearer sky mornings, we are sure we could see Mount Fuji. The hotel is located in a really convenient location that is close to Shibuya Scramble, the shops and the train station. The hotel staff are just lovely and helpful. They greet you warmly everytime you pass them. This whole trip has been wonderful and the people of Japan are some of the nicest people I have met. I am hoping to come back again soon and will definitely chose this hotel

This was an incredibly wonderful welcome to Japan. I could not express enough how this is the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were professional, courteous, attentive (without being intrusive) and just perfect. This applies to every single member of the staff from the attendants outside guiding traffic in to check out and everyone in between. The hotel cleanliness and quality as well as the food were just as perfect. I am very picky on cleanliness and this was definitely a 10/10. Next time I am in Tokyo, this will be where I stay again.

A good clean and pleasant hotel. Room sizes are on the small side but the room has a lot to offer in term of amenities. Breakfast was also good with choice of some western breakfast selections. The hotel is 2 mins from Shibuya crossing hence the transport links are convenient for rest of the major cities. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and very polite. They let us store some of our luggage whilst we travelled to other places.

Upon arrival to the hotel, staff and service were great. Check-in was easy and quick and the rooms were amazing. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the city lights at night. The hotel is great, clean, very conveniently located. Very good breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are very small, but that’s true for all of Tokyo. The gym is small, but they squeezed many machines in there, so it is very usable. However, the two negatives completely destroy any chance I will stay again there: 1) The smaller issue is that the gym only opens at 7am, means, it is packed to the brim 7-8 - it should be 24/7 or at least start at 6am. 2) Internet is horribly, unacceptably slow. This is a deal-breaker: in the modern age in a 5-star hotel you cannot take a zoom call, you cannot remote desktop into work machines, you can’t even place traded on Interactive Brokers, that’s how slow it is. Just a disgrace in our day and age.

The view from the room is changing because of the building construction. I stayed 20th floor so I thought it was high enough to enjoy the city view. But there were a huge building in front of my view so I just enjoyed the construction view. And the hotel room starts from 19th floor so I stayed very low floor from this building. It's little different with the contents of the official homepage information. If someone expect to enjoy the city view you should check more higher floor. The rest of everything was perfect.

My heart is full of gratitude to all your staffs. Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. Thank you most especially to Ms. Mae and to the chief operating Officer of Housekeeping for your outstanding customer service. I love your hotel even more for your help. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well. For such a great hotel, the staff was very hit or miss. Some we're very welcoming and some just seemed rude unfortunately. I would think it would have been more consistent.

We’ve booked 4 nights and had no air conditioning for 3 nights. We’ve prepaid all the fees and was required to pay for additional fee when checked out. I asked the hotel staff to explain what the fee it is and he didn’t want to explain at all. Most importantly, I still paid and asked for receipts, the hotel staff refused. It’s my first time to experience such bad hotel service like this in Japan. This male hotel staff was very rude ans impolite. This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel service, it’s less than 1 star for sure.

This was an incredibly wonderful welcome to Japan. I could not express enough how this is the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were professional, courteous, attentive (without being intrusive) and just perfect. This applies to every single member of the staff from the attendants outside guiding traffic in to check out and everyone in between. The hotel cleanliness and quality as well as the food were just as perfect. I am very picky on cleanliness and this was definitely a 10/10. Next time I am in Tokyo, this will be where I stay again.

The location is amazing, food on site was amazing. House keeping staff was amazing. The only negative was the concierge staff. They were not very helpful and a bit rude. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel where we paid more than the Peninsula Tokyo! I would say this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star ambitions but it's not there yet.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Views from the room were great. What really made this stay great was the staff. After check in, someone escorted me to the elevator, pushed the button, and waited until the door closed with a deep bow and an Arigato gozaimasu. When I was leaving I inquired about where to catch the shuttle bus to Haneda airport and someone walk my luggage down the elevator with me and walked me to the bus stop managing my luggage the whole way. Little things like this made their level of hospitality memorable.

Great room with a view, good restaurants, excellent staff -- in particular the concierge! I always stay here when in Tokyo because it is close to Shibuya station for trains and metro -- and also for the NEX (Narita Express) train from Narita Airport -- only 60 mins compared to 2-2.5 hour taxi or bus ride.

What a fantastic hotel to start our stay in Japan. The location in Shibuya was perfect. Near the Shibuya scramble and plenty of sights. Also near Shibuya station. The staff were excellent and the amenities top notch. We loved our room on the 28th floor. The view was amazing and the spacious room was located on the corner of the building looking towards the scramble and also towards Fuji. Nothing to complain about.

Had a great stay! The view from the top floor bar was excellent. Drinks and Sushi at hotel were great as well! Rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, and noise was minimal could not hear tv or voices in other rooms or hallway. Would absolutely stay again!

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!

From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is right next to the subway and many dining and shopping options. The gym and pool were also fantastic with many other third party services such as acupuncture and spas on site. There is an easy airport bus service that’s picks up at the hotel going to both Tokyo area airports. Lastly, the food options onsite were incredible, and the swanky rooftop bar on the 40th floor offers one of the best views of the city. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

Accommodations were what you would expect from luxury hotel. All the staff were excellent and very attentive! Able to do anything you needed! Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a great mix of western and Japanese food! I highly recommend this hotel!

The room size is relatively large in Tokyo. The free drink in the fridge is an extra and they refill it everyday. It is excellent that it has an indoor pool and it opens till 10pm. The breakfast is average except that the food refills very slow.
