We had a very pleasant stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The overall service was good, and we especially appreciated the complimentary lounge where guests could enjoy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day—a thoughtful touch. The hotel is well located and convenient for exploring Shibuya, although it is not right in the heart of the famous Shibuya Crossing area. It takes around 10–15 minutes on foot to get there. The only aspect that felt a bit unusual was the breakfast experience. When we went to the buffet, we were asked to pay before entering. This was the first time I had encountered this at a hotel, so it felt slightly uncomfortable, although I am not sure whether this is a common practice in Japan. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, convenient location, and generally good service.
