Beautiful city view. The room has a good space for 1-2 person, very clean with all accessories that you will need both for leisure trip or work from elsewhere. I have very stable WiFi for work and very good coffee in room machine. Fitness 24 hrs is also very clean with free water and towel. Location is very convenient and very good restaurants and clovers stores nearby. Love this place.

Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again.

The room was spotless when we arrived and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff printed an extra room key one night when my partner had already gone up to bed while I stayed downstairs, and the hotel gladly held our luggage after checkout so we could use our last day to explore without hauling everything around. They cleaned the room every day (unless we specifically requested that they not) and made the bed for us and replaced 4 water bottles each day. Would definitely stay here again for the size of the room and bed, the private restroom with toilet, bidet, and shower, the laundry accommodations, and the ease of access to the train station and surrounding neighborhoods. The distance (<10 minute walk) to the Tokyo Dome was also really convenient!

Rooms are clean and are a nice size (compared to some other rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan). They have a desk and chair, a small round dining table with chair, a mini sofa, a coffee maker area with a shelf above it (which we used for the snacks we brought back to the room) and a refrigerator. There is a spacious laundry room (on the 4th floor) with a lounging area to wait for your laundry or to just relax. Staff are eager to assist and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nearby train stations make it easy to get around. I would stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

Really nice stay for having access to the subways close by. The room was comfortable and small the bathroom was good with excellent amenities. Only drawbacks to the property are the gym has basic cardio equipment, no free weights or machines to work out. Lastly the hotel caters to non English guests communicating at the hotel is a challenge. The staff all were polite and tried to help. I think the value and relaxing ability away from the nightlife locations makes all the sense in world to be fifteen minutes away and come home to peace. Well done to management.

Booked last minute as it had decent price, the location is great, walking distance to several train and metro lines making access to other parts of Tokyo easy. The room (we had the room for 3) is relatively big in Tokyo standards, the bathroom is very small. You don’t come to Tokyo to stay in the room so it was OK. The service is efficient, they don’t provide information unless you ask. We stayed in the east wing, so if you want to go to GYM or laundry room you need to go down, access main building and go up. The laundry room -the waiting area is really nice, but, they have only 8 machines and about 650 rooms, the machine is up to 3 kilos but people put more and then dry it for hours as result I needed to wait until midnight to get a machine then the course of wash and dry takes 2 hours, it’s not their fault but they could add more machines or control the usage.

Great location practically on top of Suidobashi station. Great for connecting to all the sights we wanted to see. My only complaint was the restaurants were VERY expensive compared to outside the hotel- even just across the road. The rooms are small with limited storage, but it’s Tokyo so not unexpected. Beds are also small- so westerners probably want a bed per adult (you could probably sleep 1 adult and 1 small child in one bed). The best bit was then laundry facilities. 8 washer/dryer combination machines that you can check status of via the telly. So you know before heading over if there’s a free machine and you know when yours has stopped. Machines auto dispense the laundry soap, so no need to bring/buy any. Staff helped us forward our bags to Kyoto, which made our Shinkansen experience much easier! All in all, a great hotel with fantastic and super helpful staff.

The room was well-cleaned and there were no issues. However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When I drained the bathtub, the water backed up from the drain on the bathroom side, flooding the floor. The bath mat also got soaked. The next day, I was able to get away without putting the bath mat on the floor. I really hope they improve this.

客室の掃除が不要だったので掃除依頼の案内のマグネットをドアに貼り付けず外出して部屋に戻ったら掃除がされていたお掃除をしていただけるのは大変嬉しいのですが部屋に入らないと思ってホテルに置いていっているものもあるのでトラブルの一因になる事もあるので気を付けていただきたい

I like the hotel service and location. However, the standard room is a bit deceiving in terms of space. The photos on this does not reflect how small it is inside. You can't even fit a check-in bag open on the floor. I had to upgrade to a deluxe size to have a better space. Other than that, the bed is a bit hard regardless of the type of room you get. Hence, be warned.

The room was large and clean. I prefer carpet in my hotel room. That was the only thing I didn’t like about my room. It was clean had a separate bathroom from the shower area. The restaurants were good. Room service isn’t very common in a hotel. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Five minute walk to the underground. We would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and spoke English well, especially helpful for our group where most of us knew no Japanese. The hotel breakfast was phenomenal and definitely worth giving a try, a bit expensive to do every day so I recommend trying out nearby options as well. Rooms were decently sized, and very clean. Bathrooms came stocked with all the amenities you need. They stocked several water bottles in the room which was a godsend as well. The area is decent, you're close to two train stations and there's quite a few close restuarants (make sure to try the bbq place across the plaza, it's great). There's a 7/11 and Starbucks extremely close which is great for quick morning breakfasts or grabbing a snack. Overall it was great, and our stay here made it super easy to enjoy our time in Japan.

Very nice hotel and close to everything especially the iidabashi train station. Quick and easy walks back and forth and in the middle of major areas. One way always took us to shinjuku and shibyua area and the other direction took us to Akribara and Asakasua. (Sorry for spelling) restaurants and shopping and many other things right there near the hotel. Another great area known as little Tokyo is Kagurazaka which is right outside of the iidabashi train station heading towards canal cafe which is a wonderful place for views and a quick bite or coffee or drink.

An excellent hotel, with great staff and service. The location was easy walking distance to several stations and made it very easy to get around all over Tokyo! There were also two convenience stores around it making it very easy to grab a quick drink or bite! While there wasn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel itself, it wasn’t hard at all to take the transit to somewhere that does! The rooms we stayed in were a bit small for 2 people who are not used to smaller accommodations, however we got used to it pretty quickly. I’m under the impression that the size is about average if not above average for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, it was very comfortable! We enjoyed our two week stay, and we would definitely stay here again in the future if we come back to the area! Thank you very much!

Ordnade egen frukost eftersom hotellets frukost var ganska dyr. Det fanns ett bageri på hotellet som hade gott bröd, men inget nybakat bröd före klockan 11:00. Begränsat urval. Nice, clean hotel that was close to many stores and public transportation. Several restaurants, a bar, and breakfast buffet available within the hotel. We paid in advance for the breakfast buffet to be included with our stay and we were really happy we did. Food was amazing and staff were very friendly.

Quiet, spacious and clean. Good service from staff. A little bit old school / traditional bur overall very good accomodation. Also very well located to move around (10min walk from populr Kagurazaka neighbor). Breakfast definitely overpriced, better options available a short wall from the hotel.
