이그제큐티브 스위트에서 숙박했고 내부시설이나 라운지 서비스, 그리고 신주쿠역까지 운행하는 셔틀서비스는미리 알아보고 간 그대로 기대만큼 쾌적하고 편리해서 좋았습니다. 다만 <상태> 점수를 낮게 매긴 이유는 수영장 컨디션이 상당히 나빠서입니다. 수영장 탱크 내벽 페인트가 덧칠에 덧칠이 되어 있는 거 같은데 턴을 하며 벽을 살짝 짚자 물에 불은 페인트가 가볍게 뜯어져서 깜짝 놀랬습니다. 요즘도 이런 페인트를 수영장에 쓰나 싶었습니다. 그러고선 바닥을 보니 뜯겨진 페인트 조각들이 바닥에 가라앉아있고 수영을 하면 페인트조각이 둥둥 떠다녔습니다. 오랜된 호텔이라는 것을 감안하더라도 최근 호텔수영장 어디에서도 본 적없는 페인트 벗겨짐은 충격이었네요. 보수가 시급해 보입니다. 그럼에도 여느 분들이 헬스장 이용을 매일하듯 수영으로 운동량을 채우는 편이라 머무는동안 매일 이용했습니다 다음에도 힐튼 도쿄 이용할 계획입니다. 다음 숙박땐 수영장 개선이 되어 있기를 바래봅니다.

Fantastic hotel with the most attentive staff. Not cheap but for a Tokyo hotel to have so much space in your room isn’t easy to find as they specialise in small rooms. Food was great and the bars were superb with a great cocktail choice and some good drama.

We opted for a junior suite with executive lounge access The room was an excellent size, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a quiet part of Shinjuku but with easy access to the Shinjuku train station either on foot or using the free hotel shuttle bus. The executive lounge was good, but not as good as other lounges we were in on our trip and it was very busy. I was very disappointed with the ladies Onsen, as the hot pool was basically only the size of a two person spa bath and the cold pool could only fit one person, both were inside only with no outdoor Onsen. The facilities attached to the Onsen were also very old and not of the quality of other hotel Onsen that I visited on our trip around Japan. I was expecting better from the Hilton. The swimming pool was under repair during our stay and this was not made clear to us when we made the booking on Expedia which was disappointing.

A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!

Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views.

I just returned for an 8-night visit in Tokyo. Fortunately, I booked Hilton. As an American that’s never been to Japan, I found the time change, exchange rates, trains/subways, limited English, and the heat (90F–95F) hard. My advantage: I stayed at Hilton Tokyo. I always came back to a clean, well air-conditioned room. It helped me enjoy my stay; without a recharge I wouldn’t have enjoyed my trip as much. Additionally, I stayed on the 30 floor (741 sq. ft. room). I splurged and loved every minute. Seeing Mt. Fuji at sunset out my window was the bomb! The Executive Lounge came with my room. Tremendous value: endless adult beverages on the house, breakfasts, and light dinners. The above is the cake and the icing. Here’s the cherry on top; the staff. Mr. Regivaldo Waki – Journey Ambassador (Japanese/English/Portuguese), Yurina Okada - Concierge (English) and Tomoko Aoki – Bell Captain (English). Without these three, my trip might have been a disaster. They bent over backwards looking for restaurants and niche stores. They also spent an in ordinant amount of time helping me with trains/metro and mapping it almost daily. Purchasing tickets was another gift. This was all with a genuine smile. I hated to leave the hotel—and I spend 150-300 days a year living in them. Finally, Japan is an amazing place—safe, clean, helpful and honest. Please visit Japan and the Hilton Tokyo. Once you do, ask for Mr. Waki and sit back. Yurina and Tomoko will help you with the rest. God bless, Edward

This hotel had terrible air quality in the room. I was sick the entire time there. Housekeeping hardly change the sheets or even dusted the room. I asked for a humidifier which made my sickness even worse. They claimed it’s because the hotel is very old and no ventilation. There were several others i spoke to that had similar complaints. If they know the problem then why haven’t they looked into a solution? I did not enjoy my stay or my vacation. I will not be going back to this hotel.

Absolutely sensational hotel in Tokyo. Amazingly helpful and responsive staff who went out of their way to make our staff memorable. Hotel is immaculate both in and out, and the room was kept to the highest order by the housekeeping tea.. We had an executive room with access to the relevant lounge. Lounge was split into two was quiet and coffee, drinks and snacks plentiful all day. Evening snacks and drinks were superb and included branded alcohol drinks. The lounge was very busy on the weekend but the staff managed numbers incredibly well. The lounge concierge service was outstanding, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Due to the Heathrow closure the staff did all they could do to accommodate us having a later checkout and lounge access which was beyond what could have been expected. They were even able to advise on airport transfers including the executive bus transfer service which is hourly and very cost effective ie 1400 tempo to transfer to the airport Hotel has a shuttle to a shopping area which is provided free of charge

I was here a decade ago on business and I left impressed. Fast forward to 2024 I'm visiting with my family, and I find the value proposition here severely lacking. Perhaps hospitality management in the rest of the world has caught up, and many far surpassed this particular establishment. Overall I felt the room is old, tired, and quite confined. Design is dated. Sound proofing is weak. Not as clean as I remembered. All would've been acceptable had the price matched its current state. Not likely to stay here again given numerous options available elsewhere.

Lovely stay at the Hilton! The hotel has a lovely buzz about it, the staff are awesome, and our room, a King Jr Suite Executive, was roomy, sunny and gave us access to the excutive lounge. Staff in the lounge are awesome, and in the face of some pretty demanding guests at times, always remain professional, polite and service focused. The main breakfast buffet has an awesome variety of food, but can get quite busy - so go early! The rooms were serviced beautifully, especially given the amount of shopping debris we left daily - so a big thank you to the room service team. Hotel is in an ok location - has a cool park opposite and its about 10 - 15 mins walk to Shinjuki station. The hotel has a regular shuttle into the CBD which is awesome. This is our 4th stay at the Hilton, we initially chose to stay at a "western style" hotel for our first trip to be able to control the type of food we had access to (my partner has seafood allergies) but even now as we have learned to navigate the food (benito in everything lol) we still choose to come back to the Hilton - its a consistently lovely experience!

Fantastic hotel located in Shinjuku just a couple of minutes away from the pulse in a quiet area. Everything was amazing except for the cleaning in the room. Not happy to find a guest’s underwear and socks under the bed when booking a room like this

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo in a King Premium Room with Sofa Bed (nicknamed the “lucky room”), and it was an excellent experience overall. The room design was impressive, with plenty of smart storage space — especially under the cabinets, which made it easy to store and organize large luggage. The espresso machine and tea selection were a lovely touch, and the hotel even surprised us with birthday treats, which made the stay extra special. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and very attentive. They were also understanding about our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety including Indian dishes, traditional Japanese options, and Western choices. There was also plenty of complimentary water in the room, and the staff even offered a small treat upon departure, which was a wonderful gesture. It’s also a pickup spot for the Airport Limousine Bus, making it very convenient at the end of a trip. Our room felt roomy and comfortable, even for three friends with lots of luggage at the end of our Japan trip. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was a bit slippery, and the shower head didn’t stay in position well — it would be perfect with a rain shower. While the hotel is a short walk from the train station (not quite as central as being right by Shinjuku Station), the location was still very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, Hilton Tokyo is a fantastic hotel.

Walls are quite thin so can hear people in hallways and in their rooms. On the 31st floor can hear rhythmic sounds through vent throughout day and night - - sounds like either a washing machine or dishwasher. Quite annoying. Other than that, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Great view from 31st floor.

Well, I don’t stay at a lot of Hilton’s or five star hotels but it was pretty nice. Breakfast on the first floor was really good. Some five star hotels have outlandishly fancy meals and I don’t think it came quite up to those standards but to be honest, in my experience, they do not taste any better. The line on the first floor was getting long when I left but I did not notice anyone waiting a long time but you might want to eat earlier rather than later if you want to sit right down. Executive Suite was very comfortable and I hope I return.

The service is very good but the room lacks technology upgrades such as charging station and smart TV. The TV is very small and channels provided only have very 2 English channels. So basically no entertainment while we are there. Compare to other hotels that we stayed recently, this one is really basic. Lots of confusion with the front desk and duty manager about my booking as it was done via Orbitz which according to them meant that I would be ineligible to receive points towards maintaining my current Diamond status. I offered to rebook directly with them in an effort to manage this. It still has not been resolved. Very disappointing and the service at the Osaka Hilton where I had stayed prior to arriving in Tokyo was by far superior.

Service in buffet lounge dinner was disappointing - asked 3 times to finish and leave at 9pm, having only sat down 830pm with food and glass of wine. I understand the restaurant closes at 9pm but one table would not hold up anyone for another 15 mins or so. The impression I got was the staff just wanted to clear up and go home. No consideration for customer (paying a good rate) and goes against Hilton's mission statement of "fill the earth with hospitality"). Worst experience at a Hilton hotel from the many I've stayed at around the world. First time in Tokyo and not a pleasant impression of the hotel or City. A shame really.

The staff at the Hilton Tokyo were all so polite and helpful. The level of service they provided really contributed to making our stay there a wonderful experience. Our room was not large, but it was very clean. We loved the shower and bathtub combo. It was a lovely deep tub- wonderful for soaking after a full day of exploring. The staff at the St. George’s Bar and the staff at the Metropolitan Grill restaurant were especially welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a special Valentine’s meal at the Metropolitan Grill that was one of the best we have had anywhere. The menu was thoughtfully planned and beautifully prepared and presented. Our experience at Zata bar was disappointing in comparison to the St. George’s Bar. We found the level of service and the preparation of the cocktails far superior at St. George’s. One special feature that we discovered is that the hotel is linked to underground walkways that connect to some of the subway lines that we used frequently. This was a very nice feature that helped to facilitate our daily travels.

Room service requires us to order via QR code and the guest service REFUSED to take my order Later the manager came and apologised but never offer corrective action. I would rate Hilton as 2.0 stars for this. Cleaning staff wear same glove step 1 to clear Rubbish & clean toilet and step 2 handle your clean towels to hang on the railing. So unhygienic however the cleaner is very pleasant Overall the standard of service and cleanliness have dropped tremendously. Location at night always heard ambulance siren. Not recommended

I am a Diamond Member at Hilton and Gold member with Expedia ! Sometime we forgot which site to book for our trips and I am sure it happened to a lot of you ! Regardless which site you use ! I believe the company staff ( some are so stuck up to the policy )that they don't realize or respect how important a return customer! Thankfully, they have other staff ( especially at front desk and her name is Ada ) who safe the day by getting what I was requesting! ( which was 1 hour of extension of my late check out ) ! To Hilton : if it wasn't Ada ! I will not stay at your hotel again although I am a diamond member at your hotel chain !

The train station located beneath the hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Shinjuku Station. The front desk manager, Waly, greets us daily and is extremely helpful with our inquiries about navigating Tokyo. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Tokyo.

Hotel is in an ok location - has a cool park opposite and its about 10 - 15 mins walk to Shinjuki station. The hotel has a regular shuttle into the CBD which is awesome. This is our 4th stay at the Hilton, we initially chose to stay at a "western style" hotel for our first trip to be able to control the type of food we had access to (my partner has seafood allergies) but even now as we have learned to navigate the food (benito in everything lol) we still choose to come back to the Hilton - its a consistently lovely experience!

The staff at the Hilton Tokyo were all so polite and helpful. The level of service they provided really contributed to making our stay there a wonderful experience. Our room was not large, but it was very clean. We loved the shower and bathtub combo. It was a lovely deep tub- wonderful for soaking after a full day of exploring. The staff at the St. George’s Bar and the staff at the Metropolitan Grill restaurant were especially welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a special Valentine’s meal at the Metropolitan Grill that was one of the best we have had anywhere. The menu was thoughtfully planned and beautifully prepared and presented. Our experience at Zata bar was disappointing in comparison to the St. George’s Bar. We found the level of service and the preparation of the cocktails far superior at St. George’s. One special feature that we discovered is that the hotel is linked to underground walkways that connect to some of the subway lines that we used frequently. This was a very nice feature that helped to facilitate our daily travels.

Comfortable stay, friendly, helpful staff with a great location.We were in an executive suite, slept 3. King bed was comfy with nice bedding. Staff added a roll away bed next to a long sofa. Spacious. Restaurants overpriced as expected. Plenty to walk to near-by.

Fantastic hotel with the most attentive staff. Not cheap but for a Tokyo hotel to have so much space in your room isn’t easy to find as they specialise in small rooms. Food was great and the bars were superb with a great cocktail choice and some good drama.

Well, I don’t stay at a lot of Hilton’s or five star hotels but it was pretty nice. Breakfast on the first floor was really good. Some five star hotels have outlandishly fancy meals and I don’t think it came quite up to those standards but to be honest, in my experience, they do not taste any better. The line on the first floor was getting long when I left but I did not notice anyone waiting a long time but you might want to eat earlier rather than later if you want to sit right down. Executive Suite was very comfortable and I hope I return.

Stunning Service. Issue is that I paid additional fee to have breakfast in the executive lounge - but the breakfast in main restaurant is FAR superior with three times the choices.

A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!

The hotel should give priority to the guests in the restaurants. We just arrived and couldn’t eat an any of the restaurants just because you need a reservation
